The issues with our office phone system, lack of advance notice from the crew, missing supplies, and the cement work around the posts fall short of the standards Champion of Cincinnati is committed to. This is not the experience we want for our customers. I'd like to personally review these concerns and ensure we address the cement work properly. Had an issue with scheduling installation (confusion around payment time based on contract and what Svc people were telling me). Called main office two days to talk to a mgr and I was told someone would but no one did. Very disappointing. As though no one cared.
