Had an issue with scheduling installation (confusion around payment time based on contract and what Svc people were telling me). Called main office two days to talk to a mgr and I was told someone would but no one did. Very disappointing. As though no one cared.

3 times coming to install windows and still not right, you have to come back. Very upsetting to me, I feel like calling someone to report this! Outrageous! Unexpected! IM NOT HAPPY!!!!!

This is a horrible company. I’ve asked multiple times to stop showing up at my house and using my phone number and they continue to. I don’t know at this point if I need to call the cops because it’s a safety point I have blocked over 13 numbers from this company please be safe.

You work was less then professional. You used old products. Your sells person lied .it took two months to do a three day job . Sent felons to my home . This is a big deal because my wife and daughter both work in the justice department. You put there lives at risk.

The service, the communication, the professionalism

Got project done in a timely fashion and it was proficiently built.

The crew that installed our windows were hard workers, they worked well as a team and were respectful and kind.

The installer did a terrible sloppy job at installing my new door- the door also has many scratches all over it. This is unacceptable to pay all this money for a sloppy install and a defected door- We will see if champion does the tight thing and fixes this

When we were told that the window problems would be fixed in 3-4 weeks, and here we are, still waiting and now finally have an appointment 11-12 weeks later is not acceptable. Champion needs to be honest about the timelines.

Third time I have used champion. Extremely happy with process from decision making to installations.

The cost the wait time and poor follow up

An 8 isn’t bad. Communication was just ok and we don’t like the color of the door, but the quality is top notch and the everyone was professional and accommodating.
