I would be much more likely to recommend had champion representatives and HELP representatives did not get into a **** measuring contest in front of my family.

7 weeks and our windows are not corrected

Had an issue with scheduling installation (confusion around payment time based on contract and what Svc people were telling me). Called main office two days to talk to a mgr and I was told someone would but no one did. Very disappointing. As though no one cared.

3 times coming to install windows and still not right, you have to come back. Very upsetting to me, I feel like calling someone to report this! Outrageous! Unexpected! IM NOT HAPPY!!!!!

The service, the communication, the professionalism

Got project done in a timely fashion and it was proficiently built.

The crew that installed our windows were hard workers, they worked well as a team and were respectful and kind.

The installer did a terrible sloppy job at installing my new door- the door also has many scratches all over it. This is unacceptable to pay all this money for a sloppy install and a defected door- We will see if champion does the tight thing and fixes this

When we were told that the window problems would be fixed in 3-4 weeks, and here we are, still waiting and now finally have an appointment 11-12 weeks later is not acceptable. Champion needs to be honest about the timelines.

The cost the wait time and poor follow up

An 8 isn’t bad. Communication was just ok and we don’t like the color of the door, but the quality is top notch and the everyone was professional and accommodating.

Difficulty with scheduled installation. We were given a date and time windows and specific instructions as to how to prepare
We followed those instructioWe told and received emails that they would arrive between 9-11 am. We received a call at 9:20 that morning that the installer was sick and they would not be able to reschedule until Monday of the following week. We were not happy with this and contacted your "customer service" dept and spoke to Brittany who said she would check on an earlier time. I was on hold for 15minutes when she finally came back on the line and said installers would be there today and would contact us when they were on the way. At 2 when we hadn't heard from anyone we contacted the installation number. They informed us that they had no record of the call and wouldn't be there today. We expressed our dissatisfaction with the new date. After lengthy discussion they finally agreed to have someone come the next day. Not great customer service.

The guys were on time and worked hard the whole time! They did a beautiful job on our windows and cleaned up afterwards. Great crew of guys!

First of all, the installation crew was very professional and well organized. They arrived and the crew immediately began setting up in our garage. They completed the whole job in just a few hours, cleaned up the minimal debris, and were done by lunch time. We certainly were impressed with the efficiency of this group. This part of the experience I would rate as 10+. The same goes for the quality of the Champion Windows.

The windows are attractive inside and outside. They reduce outside noise.

They kept their promises. I'm very satisfied in their work. I highly recommend service to other customers.
