The salesman wasn’t pushy and answered our questions. He was professional. The installers were awesome. They took everything away and cleaned up their mess. They were respectful to our house and made sure it looked just right before they left. They were always telling us what was going on and how things were going. The text to let us know that the windows were being made and when they were finished were unexpected. Then when we got the call to install we were fortunate enough to have them installed the next day after they were made. Everything was great.

The two young men that did my windows were very polite and did a good job. Their names were Jamey and Brad.

The product itself is wonderful! I love the windows! Even with the western hot sun bearing down on the space, it is quite comfortable. The sunroom is such an improvement to the deteriorating screened porch that I had before. I love having an actual roof that isn't corrugated metal. However, communication was an issue and should be a focus of improvement going forward.

Broken window, wrong size window, improperly assembled window. Required me to take three different days off for scheduled install attempts.

I live in my childhood home that has Champion windows my parents had installed years ago. Unfortunately a couple windows have a foggy appearance and a couple screens need replaced and Champion would not honor their lifetime warranty since the original contract (that I have) is in my fathers name and not mine even after I spent an additional 24k on siding. Now I know when I pass this house on to my daughter, Champion WONT be there for her if she needs anything

I just think that putting a sunroom on your house should not cost 25% of the value of your house.

Offer 24 month installment payment plan. I was told that a 12 month plan was only available. Other companies offer the 24 month plan.

The sales and installation process was a good experience. However, the follow up and customer service has been a significant disappointment and little to no communications

During the installation I reached out to customer service twice and never received a follow up call. However, I received a half dozen calls for final payment. Due to poor workmanship I hired my contractor to finish the work.

Happy with the product so far, not with the installation process.

I like the features about all the windows. The price was right. I love my new windows.

I think your prices are expensive

The Laundry Room window was made too large and needed to be remade resulting in a 4 week delay in finishing the job. The replacement window lower section tilt mechanisms are notably malformed and must be replaced, resulting in another 5-6 week delay in finishing the job.

Quality service and windows.

Company is easy to work with, installers were friendly and showed respect to my home.Cleaned up after their job. These windows and doors are garrenteed for a life time, so what do you have to lose.

I’m bummed that I didn’t realize in time that the workers removed our screen door and didn’t reinstall it like they were supposed to and removed it with the debris (most of the debris anyway. I’m still finding things like the weather strip from the old door at the edge of our porch). When we worked with the rep who set everything up, we discussed that we wanted the screen door reinstalled. It’s practical because it keeps our dog inside when we need to answer the front door. Now it’s gone and we’re stuck buying and installing a new screen door. Not happy.

Overall experience was positive and we are very pleased with the appearance of our home.

Explain the glass portion will be smaller than original. Kitchen was worst measured but you had a great insulation team and they make it work

I love the new windows, but they sent the wrong window the first time. The casement window I ordered was in the warehouse, but a double hung window was sent, instead.

The installers was very professional nice kept me informed of everything they were doing around the house they did a good job of cleaning up behind themselves they done it very quickly removal and install I was happy with the turnaround between ordering the windows and the manufacturing of them and getting them installed it was quicker than others had stated they could do

The wrong window was made for my home. While I understand that mistakes occur, I was sorely disappointed that no one from the office contacted me after the installers discovered the mistake. After a month of waiting I called twice to get a status and was unable to get a returned call or a straight answer about how long I would have to wait for the window to be remade. The communication was horrible and for that reason, I would not recommend this company to any of my friends or family nor will I use them to replace the other 18 windows in my home.

I feel like I was pressured to buy a window I couldn’t afford. I feel overcharged

They used contractors to install their product. Two of the three workers never spoke a single word of English. They drove a beat-up van that they popped the hood on as soon as they pulled in my driveway. The van sat like that the entire installation period. Made my house look like hillbilly city. When I originally talked with the Champ salesman, I SPECIFICALLY said I wanted people who spoke English on my job. I might as well have spoke to the wind.

We will see how it works out. We had a visit on April 29th from the expert,Jason and were impressed with his knowledge and helpfulness.A neighbor has asked us about our experience and we told her to wait to see how this works out.

glass came tinted and we were never informed of the tint. this significantly alters the light coming into the house. it is awful.
