C & H Roofing & Remodeling were very professional at the management level and dealing with the adjuster and company representative who were both the same. They completed on schedule and let us know any scheduling issues. They were most agreeable to work and our modifications. The quality of the painting was marginal. We paid to have the colors changed and all rooms of our home painted (an additional 3 rooms). Nail holes were not repaired before being painted over and we have several places on the white molding/trim that were not painted. Their workers worked hard and long but a major level of quality was not there in the painting. I would rate the company as an 80 of 100 and would use them again.

The product and the installers did a good job. Clean up was poor the first time. Had to call to make them come back to do a better job. My contact ( C& H Rep) was a nice enough guy, but was obviously inexperienced with proper customer service and follow up. Did not communicate important information to his contractors. Did not follow up with me on request.

We were very satisfied. They were very cooperative with all the rain we had. They would come out and our lawn would be saturated, so we didn't want people trekking all over the lawn. They were very good about it and understood.

Jenkins didn't follow any schedule that they promised from the first appointment to the clean-up (which they haven't yet done).. They came without tools and had to leave to buy them at Home Depot. Avoid this company.
