I emailed pictures of the work site with all the damaged plants. The work was done very, very quickly and now there are bubbles and peeling of the paint. I emailed again but never got a response from you. They spent less than two days on the job and it was a man and his father and mother.

What type of flooring could be installed over top of a cork floor that would both protect the cork floor underneath and be durable?

I would recommend a clik together flooring that would be floating over the cork. That way you can install and remove it easily and there should be no damage to the cork below.
What factors should you consider before removing a medium-sized oak tree? Our fear is that one day it will be too big its location relative to our home.
