All the workers at Blu Sky that helped me out were great! Rachel was the kindness,sweetest lady who was not only professional but so empathetic! When Chris and Gary came to clean up my basement, they were such good workers who tried to please me and moved things carefully. And finally when Kyle came to check on the machines, he also helped me find my iPhone that was momentarily lost. I feel that the Blu Sky Company should feel so proud of all these workers.

People good to work with

The first team came immediately to get the water out of the carpet and to take down the ruined paneling and ceiling tiles. They were great. Very friendly and explanatory. However, when it came time for the Project Manager to come and give an estimate, it was several weeks later after I called them and my insurance company. He finally came and estimated the damage. That took another couple of weeks. Someone was supposed to call me to set up an appointment to renovate the basement. Blue Sky wanted me to send the down payment of $2500, which I did. Several more weeks went by. I finally called them asking when someone was going to come. The PM called me back to tell me that he'd get in touch with the PM in charge of renovation. That was two weeks ago. Not a word. I can't tell you how frustrated I am about this company. They've got my money and I'm about to ask for it back and hire someone else to finish the job. How many phone calls do I have to make to tell them to finish the job? That is why I'm giving low stars. The first group gets a high score, but the last group gets no score.

Never get. Answers...transfer to different departments....then hang up on me...

Well there were some issues with this project, Brian and Dan did not hesitate to make things right. That is what is called excellent customer service.

The dynamic duo that came to our home did a fantastic job! Hopefully we never have another similar problem but if we do I am requesting them!!

All team members were very hard workers.

BluSky Restoration came out the day it happened, got started right away, and has been pretty consistent so far with what they have said day to day. I am still in the process.

Quality of service

Chris was excellent. He contacted me right away and came out to look at the damage. He sent two guys out to take care of the problem. They were awesome courteous and were very careful about how they took things apart.

Showed up shortly after we called, came back frequently to check progress and had thorough easy-to-understand reports after every visit.

We have recommended them to other people and we see their trucks around our area all the time.

Each day, the BluSky team was on-time, friendly, professional and diligent.
