BluSky restored my home following a house fire. I don’t think I had even begun to process what an overwhelming task laid in front of me when the BkuSky team came in. My insurance team had worked with BkuSky and recommended them for the restoration. I am SO glad they did!!!! Sean, Brian and Rachel took care of everything we needed as we needed tho gs done.
Honestly - this team has been amazing to me. I’m not the easiest person to deal with - and….i have dealt with family medical situations during this process…so - I have to admit - they’ve been great to work with, while I have been distracted. They let me know….all along,, what I needed to do - and when I needed to do it.
From start ti finish, I have felt like I am in good hands.
Great company to work with .
The team was so quick to respond to my initial inquiry and so easy to work with. I'm definitely pleased that I elected to work with them for my restoration.
good job
were onsite next day after house fire; helped me with a workspace until i got into a temp rental home
I was informed of what would be done at each step and kept updated regularly.
They had friendly and prompt service.
Poor communication.
I don't have a comment at this time.
Thanks!

The team that was assigned to me was outstanding in everything they did. I would definitely recommend Bruce, Tim and Chris. They worked together fantastically and were very receptive to anything we brought to their attention or had questions about.
Professional, courteous and pleasant to deal with
One of the reasons I did not give them a 5 is because it was written throughout the document they gave me of the work they were going to do, that they were going to cover the floors and all the surfaces to protect them because they were doing dry wall, sanding, and installing the furnace and moving the water heater. They did not cover any flooring or surfaces. There was a lot of drywall dust all over my utility room like on my washer and dryer and in the garage. They did come back and steam the carpet after I questioned that. In the future if they are going to list that in the list of things they are going to do they should do it. Also just to protect the customers rooms. When I was given the estimate of what it was going to cost for the repair, there was a number my insurance company approved for the repair. When Patrick brought the paper for me to sign, they had rounded up that number by $15 and I am going to have to pay that extra 15 dollars and I am not sure why it was rounded up. I guess just to charge me and extra 15 dollars. They had sent a person to my house in place of Ryan, and he said he was from another company they hired to remove my furnace and water heater. I was working with him to buy a new furnace. I found out that they decided he was not going to do the work on my house, and they hired a different company. I just wish they would have decided that before they sent him to my house and decided to use them. I do feel that the work was done to my satisfaction. The men who came and did the work, with the dry wall and the heating and air, there were just a few things that I could feel like they could use some constructive criticism.
Everyone has listened to my situation and needs and have been accommodating plus very friendly and dependable, they do what they say.

I think the biggest thing was cleaning up. I thought they would do a better job cleaning. It seemed rushed.
