when i called they were very helpful and pleasant. The technician came quickly. But, as far as billing very, very expensive. They made it sound like it was a major issue with my water heater and wanted to charge $365.00. but the job cost me less the $20.00 and 10 minutes of my time.

I would recommend hiring a structural engineer to review and recmmend repairs not something you should let go.
