They were excellent to deal with. They responded to all my requests.

We were disappointed with a number of items including lack of care to our property (debris left outside, paint on driveway, scratches to newly installed flooring, paint on sofa, shoe treds on underside of shelving that was installed, crawl space left open when no one was at property), communication was inconsistent, length of time to complete the project was far beyond expectation, and attention to detail particularly in the bath area was disappointing - not the level of work we would expect from a professional service and we may need to do additional work to address caulking around shower. Back bedrooms were also painted wrong color - we approved leaving as is in an effort to expedite the project and reduce waste and if this had been the only oversight, would have been able to tolerate.

The job got done, it was just a hassle from the first moment on. It literally took months to get one day of work done.

The team did a great job, was clean, and professional.

They responded quickly to our request to provide an estimate to repairs the damage from a leak in the MBR.

Cost was expensive. Service was exceptional

When I asked to extend my drying out time they where very accommodating.

As of now, we don't know of anyone looking to do a restoration or even a new project. If I am ever asked, I will surely recommend ATI.

The quality of the work is great, nice planning and finishing except some delays due to multiple projects they do simultaneously.

Very unprofessional, sloppy work, it is obvious they did not know how to replace my kitchen cabinets- did not cover anything- I had paint on my buffet, bathroom vanity and shower rod, bedroom dresser, end tables, bathroom and kitchen floor, water damage still showing in ceiling, kitchen cabinets have space between them and the toe kick is not installed right

This contractor made it fairly easy to work with and we felt they managed the overall project well. There were no real surprises.

The communication was very poor throughout our restoration process. Most of the communication was initiated by us after waiting and waiting for calls to coordinate activities. The team members were nice people but they were very dis-organized.

Getting started with the project took longer than I expected it too.

The job was supposed to take 5-7 weeks and took 5 months. Horrible communication from Alex and between him and the contractors they were all blaming each other and us for work not getting done timely or correctly.

ATI ended up being the best choice for us because they work hand in hand with Erie insurance. This did save a lot of potential aggravation when it came to agreeing on the scope of work, payment timing etc. To date, their workmanship has been solid. Their communication however has been very poor. There have been multiple instances where work is planned and people don’t show or they schedule a job and then call the morning to reschedule due to callouts. This was extremely frustrating with a wife, newborn, and 2 year old when we’re displaced from our home. The only work that was done expeditiously was the moisture remediation and demo. That outfit worked exceptionally well and communicated effectively.

I would recommend ATI with a large disclaimer on their communication.
