We liked the location to All of restaurants, doctors, dentists, chiropractors,, family, hospitals and other important services that we need, since we are new to the area.

Process was great and house is thoughtfully designed.

Quality of home is nice but the purchase process was less than adequate.

I bought my home after surviving Hurricane Helene and having several months of transition as my previous home flooded. The process with Ashton Woods was amazing and I'm so very thankful for my beautiful new home.

We were impressed with how well the homes are built.

The home is beautiful, our family felt very at-home and comfortable very quickly. The subtle details made us feel like there was care put into these homes (ex: sprinkler system being included, ample storage space, arched windows and entry way, landscaping, the specialty windows, lots of natural light, etc.)

Homes are decent, the builder has been selling to too many rental companies.

For their Douglasville homes we only have a pool as an amenity. I thought they would’ve put a playground near the main entrance to the left of the pool area so that the kids had something outside of the seasonal pool.

We recently closed and had a great experience. The process went seamless thanks to Jesus. From construction, initial walkthrough to the final walkthrough. He ensure everything was complete in a timely manner and perfection.

Upon moving in there have been so many issues with our house. I’ve been disappointed with workmanship. Our washer wasn’t working for 2 weeks due to poor install (my husband repaired it) since we were waiting on a resolution for far too long, screens are all flimsy and falling out, my ac unit broke and we’ve been without AC for 3 days now, there’s a chip in my countertop that looks like someone painted over it, my bathroom sink is not level so things keeps sliding off, there a crack on my patio, my front lawn has deep tire marks from trucks working next door, many of my door handles were loose (now resolved)

Love the way they built our home and everything in.

Would not recommend. For us it was an expensive home to buy but very cheap material inside.

We already have a friend that bought an AW home recently, and he’s right around the corner (Bill Sowers)

I enjoy the layout of the home. It's a beautiful home that feels well built.

They have big houses with spacious rooms. They also have nice paint colors to choose from.
