We had a great experience with Ashton Woods Homes in Austin. The team has been professional, responsive, and supportive throughout the process. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed promptly, and the warranty team has been very helpful. We would definitely recommend Ashton Woods to friends and family.

The building is better than surrounding communities, but it was a terrible pain to get warranty work done before James came along, you have a gem in that man. He was the only reason we started getting things fixed. But still the builders don't know about hurricane clips or building methods to survive high winds. ( It only takes a few minor changes in method, no change in materials) I am a carpenter 15+ years experience.

The contractors that Ashton woods decides to do business with are HORRIBLE. They talk down to you, don’t truly listen to your concerns nor do anything to address warranty issues.

The first thing we encountered during the initial stage of the buying experience was that there were very few optional upgrades or changes that we could do to the house. I will say the representatives were able to accommodate one of our requests but all the others were not. I wouldve like more freedom with certain things (not structual) about my new home, especially if its going to cost me $400k.

So far we have not ran into any issues. Quiet neighborhood, Aston Woods seem to have built a solid community.

I have already mentioned the builder of my new home and the value I received to multiple friends and family. Paul did an excellent job bringing everything together to build a beautiful home and Taylor and the rest of the team were there for anything else I needed. I am loving my new home so far and am very pleased with the experience.
