The home we chose is so well laid out.
The flow of the home is so comfertable.
You ran my home service electrical line right through the middle of my back yard , not in the easement, and then fought me for weeks about having to move it to accommodate my being able to use my back yard as I please. Literally you cut corners to save a few dollars and then buried the evidence. When caught, you told me this is just how we do things and attempted to pass the 6k cost of moving the line on to me.
The service during the sales process was good. However, the service for repairs after purchasing the home was not. They need to improve in that area because they said they would send someone to fix the issues, but no one arrived at the agreed-upon time.
Overall, the quality has been good & the people I have worked with have been great and care about their product. There is a lot of pride in their work
They have poor quality control.
Ashton Woods is neither good nor bad.
The service is impeccable and we were made to feel like family!
Cadence and Joao both made the home buying and building process a great experience from start to finish. Cadence was extremely responsive, organized, and easy to work with on the front end, while Joao carried that same level of professionalism through construction with strong communication and attention to detail. Together, they made the process feel smooth, well-managed, and stress-free, and it’s clear they both take pride in delivering a quality home and a positive customer experience.
Feel they took a really nice house and added very cheap bath and shower stalls which in my opinion lessened the appeal of the home.
From start to finish, it was clear that Ashton Woods is a quality homebuilder that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends and family. During the process, we were treated like family. I didn't feel that we were just another sale. As a homebuilder, once I sign the contract with AW then I'm on the hook. Instead of just being flashy upfront, the care and quality continued through the buying process and in the weeks after. I truly feel like a part of the community and that AW has its customers best interests.
Less starlight and more Ashton woods homes in the subdivision.
Great attention to detail by the project manager Gus!
We felt very welcomed and could not sense any funny business throughout the entire buying process. We are also pretty pleased with the build quality of the new home.
We would absolutely recommend Ashton Woods to a friend. The home buying process was seamless from start to finish, and our agent kept us well-informed every step of the way. We truly love our home. The finishes are beautiful, and the overall quality exceeded our expectations.
Shortly After purchasing our new house we found out that there was no hot water . Filed a warranty claim and plumbers showed up and diagnosed the issue as crossed water piping . The house was plumbed incorrectly where the hot water went to the cold said and the cold water went to the hot side . My whole house was then cut open on numerous walls and on the concrete floor to correct the problem . As of today 3/27/26 , the repairs are still ongoing . We closed on our new house on Feb 12 .
We liked the open communication from Ashton Woods representatives and project managers during the build of the house. The design options were also plenty and we received good guidance from their design studio on our choices. However, there were a few structural features that were not communicated to us which we would have liked to add to the house had we known about them. Warranty requests were easy to submit but some requests required constant follow ups and our warranty representative kept changing through the year. No big issues with the house and other warranty concerns were fixed by Ashton Woods in a timely manner.
I have already recommended this community to a friend. Everyone involved was friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with throughout the entire process.
The warranty process and lack of consistency has been poor. My father in law also saw the craftsmenship and poor quality of finishes on my driveway and inside my home and elected to purchase a home in another community after initially wanting an Ashton Woods home. Areas of opportunity included: poor landscaping and concrete work, uneven flooring with floating floor inside home, and chipped bricks throughout the outside of the home.
Quality and beautiful home. Perfect for a family. Friendly and communicative staff.
We had the best experience ever with Ashton Woods Homes, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire process. From day one, our sales representative, Lily Klein, made everything smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free. She was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely cared about helping us find the perfect home.
Our project manager, Katelyn Bracamontes, was equally amazing. Her communication, professionalism, and attention to detail were outstanding. She kept us updated every step of the way and ensured our home was built with expert craftsmanship and completed in a timely manner.
The final result? Our home is absolutely gorgeous. The quality, design, and overall build exceeded our expectations in every way.
We highly recommend Ashton Woods Homes, especially if you have the chance to work with Lily and Katelyn. They made this an unforgettable and truly wonderful experience!
Ashton Woods Homes has amazing staff in the sales office and even the foreman for them is great. They are very on top of things and very communicative.
I would absolutely recommend Ashton Woods Homes to friends and family. My experience was overall very positive, and the quality of the home, along with the professionalism of the team, especially Eric, Tanisha, and Addison, made a lasting impression. Their commitment to customer satisfaction and attention to detail truly set them apart.
Our 1 year new home warranty was very good, it was not difficult to put in warranty requests and they were always handled in a timely and efficient manner.
During the contract process, I was told that it wouldn’t be a problem to close later than we had discussed, and then was told that it was a hard date within the paperwork that I was going to lose my earnest money if we didn’t meet that date. So we scrambled and met the date.
Now 60 days after closing I’m still trying to get Ashton Woods to pay the 2026 homeowners association fee that was paid to them in the closing costs. And initially they told us well that was for the 2025 homeowners association. I didn’t own this house in 2025 because I closed on it in 2026.
We bought model home from Ashton Woods, we were sold this home as is. No cable outlets in the entire house, master bath entry door sagging, 2nd floor floors already creaking, outside faucet not secured to the house. Not impressed with Ashton Woods build quality.
