Touring this Ashton Woods house for the first time felt like no other house tour we had been on. It was that surreal feeling of “wow, we found our home.” The layout and design of this home felt like the exact space and feel we wanted. It was a blank canvas for us to make it ours. Not only was the house exactly what we pictured ourselves in, but the sales representative and project manager answered every single question in a timely and detailed manner. They were truly invested in us and our race to get this home before the new year. I cannot recommend Ashton Woods enough.

Overall, Ashton Woods has taken care of our family. When moving to a new neighborhood from out of state this was very important to us!

Process was not pleasant at all. Alot of bait and switch was done on the purchase of the home.

Quality of build and complete lack of empathy when they make mistakes. Especially completely leaving out an entire Jack and Jill bathroom and sprinkler system. They make excuses instead of correcting problems. Completely ruin the home buying experience for my wife and children. The only bright light in this company is the current construction superintendent in our particular neighborhood. And, of course his manager. But corporately this company is a joke. Insensitive uncaring and only profit-driven. I would never build another house with this company even if they corrected the mistakes that they've made now. It the only reason for doing so for them would be to save face and get a couple of extra Stars on review. The fact that they're considered one of the most reliable companies of 2025 is laughable. I'm not sure who they paid to say that but it's completely untrue. To this day they are still not installed the sprinkler system that was promised by their salesperson. Now I have the best house in the neighborhood and the worst lawn. And I have four children sharing one bathroom upstairs because of them.

We are disappointed in the quality of home provided given the price we paid - low quality fixtures, no soft-close cabinets, just not the quality we expected. We bought the home based on the finishes in the model unit and finished units we had seen, and though the sales agent was clear that the fixtures/finishes would be different in our townhouse, we just didn't expect such a drastic difference. The customer service has been fantastic, but had we been able to see the 'finished' version of the home before we signed the contract, we likely wouldn't have bought the home or at least wouldn't have paid as much as we did.

Would definitely recommend, my family and I have been very satisfied with the entire team and process. From our lender to our sales rep to our construction manager, everyone has been great.

Home value

Personally, I don't like the home's design. Based on the home price, it could have been better. The interior amenities, particularly the bathrooms drawer, cabinet, bathtub, etc., are of average quality. I wish If I could remodel the house.

No. This is my first home buying experience and it wasn’t that great. I kind of feel like I was tricked into signing the contract because I was told yes to all of the things that I had requested and asked about prior to purchasing and then after the purchase, all of it was a lie. I have not been provided with any schematics or blueprints to the house that I was promised when I was purchasing it, and then, after the fact was told that I was required to landscape the backyard, which was never disclosed during purchase and then told I wasn’t allowed to make any DIY changes to the house which is the whole reason I purchased the house so that I could do all DIY. I would’ve never purchased the home if I had known all these things upfront.
I purchased this home under false pretense.

Great builders and quality

I would recommend them, but with the caveat that this is what you get, nothing in the master bath for drawers or towel bars. As a female, I need those things.

Sales rep was very good, builders are very good and polite, home walkthrough was very smooth.

I am likely to recommend them to a friend because we didn't have any issues with the house. It's well-built and the service team was quick. The only thing I had an issue with was with their rescheduling finance. It was inconvenient, but not a big deal.

The house is very nice, the manager Steven is very helpful and our blue tap went smoothly and he fixed all the minor kinks.

The salesperson was terrible, the project manager was unresponsive, and the home is highly overpriced. Based on my experience, I will actively advise others to stay away from Ashton Woods Homes.

The overall quality of the home is great however, they failed to pay for taxes for the portion of the year they still owner the property. We closed 1/30/25 and they were supposed to pay for property taxes from 1/1/25 through 1/29/25. We are in the process of trying to get in touch with them so they can make it right, but we have not had any luck. Ashton Woods please make this right!
