We liked the location to All of restaurants, doctors, dentists, chiropractors,, family, hospitals and other important services that we need, since we are new to the area.

Process was great and house is thoughtfully designed.

Quality of home is nice but the purchase process was less than adequate.

I bought my home after surviving Hurricane Helene and having several months of transition as my previous home flooded. The process with Ashton Woods was amazing and I'm so very thankful for my beautiful new home.

We were impressed with how well the homes are built.

The home is beautiful, our family felt very at-home and comfortable very quickly. The subtle details made us feel like there was care put into these homes (ex: sprinkler system being included, ample storage space, arched windows and entry way, landscaping, the specialty windows, lots of natural light, etc.)

Homes are decent, the builder has been selling to too many rental companies.

For their Douglasville homes we only have a pool as an amenity. I thought they would’ve put a playground near the main entrance to the left of the pool area so that the kids had something outside of the seasonal pool.

We recently closed and had a great experience. The process went seamless thanks to Jesus. From construction, initial walkthrough to the final walkthrough. He ensure everything was complete in a timely manner and perfection.

Upon moving in there have been so many issues with our house. I’ve been disappointed with workmanship. Our washer wasn’t working for 2 weeks due to poor install (my husband repaired it) since we were waiting on a resolution for far too long, screens are all flimsy and falling out, my ac unit broke and we’ve been without AC for 3 days now, there’s a chip in my countertop that looks like someone painted over it, my bathroom sink is not level so things keeps sliding off, there a crack on my patio, my front lawn has deep tire marks from trucks working next door, many of my door handles were loose (now resolved)

Love the way they built our home and everything in.

Would not recommend. For us it was an expensive home to buy but very cheap material inside.

Ashton Woods Raleigh has a phenomenal team of employees that were so helpful and supportive. On top of the houses and community being beautifully designed, the people they employ made the decision to purchase with them the easiest choice.

All members of the Ashton Woods team have been the easiest to work with. They have truly made the experience of buying a home comfortable and reassuring at every turn.

Sod quality is poor and deteriorating after 1 year. Tree in back yard rotted. Drainage on side of house is terrible. Crack on ceiling in kitchen drywall. Some walls aren’t straight. Interior doors don’t shut and need adjusting. Dip in the floor. Grout is cracking. Seals on exterior doors show daylight. Paint on driveway?? Who would ever do this?? It’s flaking off and builders won’t fix. Even though I’ve brought ALL these issues up to the builders, nothing has been done.

Ashton Woods delivered what has been promised. This is my first purchase with Ashton Woods and I'm delighted with their standards, quality and integrity. There were no hidden things or fine prints in their deal.

The process from start to finish was very professional and both Connor and Jarrod went up and above to make sure we had all the information we needed. Jarrod made sure everything was taken care of and was a plesure to work with.

I’ve been very happy with Ashton Woods as my builder, and my home. They’ve taken care of the few issues I’ve had, and quickly fixed my warranty issues.

Build quality not at all good

I had an issue with the electricity, and Ashton Woods Homes (Nashville) was never able to make the correction. My AC also gave me issues. At the moment, the AC is running, but it is a temporary fix. They said they had to order a part to replace it. I have been waiting for 2 months for the part that needs to be replaced.

My wife and I very disappointed in the build of the home. We believe that fine details were missed by the construction team and the project manager overseeing the build. We have been working hard over the last year to correct some big items and a lot of little items. We had to spend $400 of our own money to have the floor in one of the bedrooms reinforced. Thankfully, Sara Mitchell of Ashton Woods has been supported to the best of her ability to help us correct most items. Ashton Woods has put such a bad taste in our mouths with purchasing a new home, that we never want to do it again.
