We are a Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer and have been providing heating and cooling solutions to home builders and homeowners since 1989. We became 100% Employee Owned in 2013, which gives each of us a vested interest in customer satisfaction and quality HVAC installations. We do the job like we own the company, because we actually do!

Our salesperson seemed to be very knowledgeable and honorable. I felt comfortable with him, so that is why we went with One Water Systems. It seems to be a very good product and it is important to be able to work with someone you feel at ease with.

I had no problems with the company, other than the fact that they didn't get back to me regarding my bill. I am still waiting for them to do that now. I have sent numerous emails, and apparently they don't respond back to me. I am just going to wait until they contact me like I've requested.
