What is the best way to clean smudges and marks off of walls painted with flat paint?

I would echo what Steven says. Generally, flat paint is not washable. If you look at the cleaning instrctions, it will talk about being "scrubbable". This means you have to scrub a layer of paint off ... read more
My Bermuda sod was put down at my new home in December. How do I care for it to promote growth and keep it healthy?

Water until established and then cut the water back.  Bermuda needs water, but not as much as some of the other types of grass.  Keep it cut short
