Areas Of Satisfaction - A+ Roofing exceeded my expectations by dealing with the insurance company and for following-up when dealing with minor repairs. When asked to fix some issues, they came quickly without protest.

The project manager was very attentive and timely and the workers were very neat and paid attention to details.

They did a good job in fixing my roof.

I appreciated the sales rep, nice guy and his service was very familial.

They were great and I would have them do it again.

While the guys seemed nice during the work, mistakes were made and the process of fixing those mistakes was very unpleasant. Ivan, the owner, was awful at listening, dimisssive and chose to do a cheap repair rather than actually making sure the work was done correctly. His interactions with me once the mistakes were discovered were unrespectful and he just wouldn't listen.

Worst experience of my life ! They dropped the ball with my insurance company. When I needed a tarp to prevent water ingress they put them in the wrong places & then sent someone to fix the error. The supervisor was called in by the tarp folks and we ended up in a shouting match with a group of 5 or 6 people who were rude & insulting. When I tried to speak with the owner he also was rude & told me I wouldn't let him in the house which I don't know what he was talking about since he never came to my door ever !!!

They were professional and stood behind their materials, and they are the best roofing company in Chicago. They accommodated my request.

From the beginng Boobie and Ivan were on top of their game. They imediately dealt with the insurance adjustor and the insurance company saving me both time and money. The actual roofing work was done most excellently in all phases and as we are finishing with the insurance company and their finishing their payments for the work done, Bobbie and Ivan have been right there to help the process get completed properly. I even referred them to my older parents home and they are in the process of redoing their roof and siding.

The work done on my roof has created a new problem that A+ Roofing has decided they are not going to fix. They did not attach the gutter correctly to the roof and now water is leaking into my building. It's causing the wood underneath the siding to rot. I reached out to the for help and the woman who answered my call said that someone would be reaching out to me to address my concern. I never got a call. I called again and got the same woman, same response, no outreach. I called a few more times and now they are outright ignoring my calls. This is a true case of contractors taking your money and disappearing. They have taken no responsibility for the poor work they've done. I'm guessing the reason is because they subcontracted some guys who didn't really know what they were doing so that they can make a bigger profit. I would never recommend this company to anyone and I highly suggested that anyone considering working with them look elsewhere.

Communication needs to be a little bit better, especially when people are spending their money outside of what is being covered by their insurance carrier.

I think they did an excellent job. The were responsible for everything with the roof and gutters. I like the way they did the work. I can't find anything to complain about. They did a very good job.

The work was done on time and of the highest quality. They cleaned up very well. There weren't any issues.

Having the insurance adjuster within the company proved to be important. Communication with multiple project managers was very confusing. The quality of work on the roof (shingles) OK....some minor errors and workers seemed to be in a hurry to get to next job. The gutter installation was unacceptable. Substandard workmanship. I had to get on a ladder and take pictures myself, then wait two weeks before another person came to repair. Because of the later I don't know if I would recommend to another party.

Attention to detail, customer service, quality of work are the best.

A+ Roofing would have received 5 out of 5 stars if it weren't for the siding/gutters side of their business and the lack of help/follow up from the girls in the office. Frank Rivera was awesome to work with-he often went above and beyond for us to get the job done to our satisfaction. We had two complete tear off roofs done (our second house/project still in progress). Each "roof," was completed in a timely manner. On our first home roof done in July 2015 the siding and gutters done about 3 months after the roof completion). This went through insurance. I confirmed with our ins. co. that there was no delay on their end, it was A+. We are still waiting for our siding to be completed on second home (which is a partial siding job-the lower half of the house all around, some fascia, and corner pcs going up the house). The roofing side of business is quick, siding/gutters slowwwww. I did not get very good c/s from girls in office-no updates on progress, not even when I called and requested it. And one of the girls clearly showed her annoyance with my call. We are easy people to work with. I was later told they were just really busy. Not very good service by girls in office. We will gladly use A+ in the future as long as they improve on the above mentioned area's. Again Frank Rivera is great at his job & we appreciated that!!!

Don't use.. if i could give a negative star rating - i would have. Horrible customer service - overpromised on how their capabilities. Had to call another roofing company out to give me an estimate to fix areas they didn't. Had to take days off work to meet with window contractors even though that was part of contract and A+ promised they would handle everything.

Second time in four years that I dealt with A+ Roofing. The quality of their workmanship is exceptional. I have developed a good working relationship with Ivan and his staff and they treat you like family. Calls are always returned promptly. I will continue to recommend A+ Roofing to friends and family.

There is no excuse for not sending a receipt or fixing my issues. The job was messy, sloppy, and incorrect. I ordered cream colored siding and flashing and they installed brown. My requests were ignored. The put up vinyl instead of aluminum. These request were discussed multiple times.

I would never recommend A+roofing to anyone.
