He just stole over $30,000 in deposit money for new windows and doors from our family. He is already filing chapter 7 bankruptcy a month after accepting our deposit on the project. He never ordered a thing for our project; just pocketed our money. Companies don't magically go into bankruptcy mode after 10 plus years in business within two months of taking a family's hard earned money. Karla and Mark are as dishonest as the day is long.

Clean - After the installation was complete and the work crew had left, you couldn't even tell there had been workers in and around our home. Very pleased with their consideration for the cleanliness of our home.

Safe - There was never any reason for us to be concerned about safety. The team kept all of their tools out of the way so we could move freely around our home at all times.

Communication - From the ease of scheduling our first appointment to how the installation was progressing, everyone was in communication with us at all times.
