Excellent communication and quality work from start to finish. We have since sold our hold and attribute the above asking price to the way things were done by Matthew. Recommend without reservation.

They are always very professional. We have had three renovation jobs with them, each was a terrific experience. Matthew hires top notch subcontractors and the on site management is very professional and personal. We will work with them again in the future. And we will always recommend Matthew.

We would recommend Matthew Johns Construction to friends, in fact we have. We are very pleased with the quality of the work done, but were frustrated with the time it took to get a quote and the time it took to complete the project.

We are very happy with our home, and the overall process we took to get here. We enjoyed working with Matthew and his team on the project. Everyone was very professional, as well as, flexible as the project evolved and took shape. We were well prepared throughout the process as we made decisions about design, hardware, lighting, appliances, granite, tile, etc. We never felt rushed to make decisions.

Review of Georgia Water and Fire by Sandra F.
The contractors that were used were not respectful of our property and they caused damage to our property that Georgia Water and Fire were not willing to take responsibility for. It caused us additional damage and work that had to be done that they refused to complete
