Our experienced staff will own your project from start to finish. We are fully licensed and insured, and do not use any undocumented laborers. When performing work, we will have crew supervisors present at all times. Sales contact POOR. He carried plaster samples that when selected, we were later told either not or no longer available. After a few such misfires, he provided a physical sample (not a brochure representation) we approved. Unfortunately:
(1) the name on physical sample was all that was written into the final contract, excluding the resource name and (2) the name on the physical was a name of a color used by several other resources. Consequently, the plaster installed was not even close to the actual sample we had apprived. Allen Smith Pools agreed to remedy this by replastering to our satisfaction.
Post Replaster Water Balancing POOR. Paud extra for this and it was a waste with unqalified personnel.

I have never been so impressed with a contractor. They came i,n and A to Z knew what they were doing. They set up and never had a problem. The guys were super nice. I was impressed and happy with the overall product at the end. I could not recommend them more. They exceeded my expectations for our pool.

Recognized Excellence - The salesperson, Chris Dimitrijevic, was very thorough, gave us an estimate on site, answered all our questions, and was fantastic. The project manager, John Palmieri, was always thorough, asking how it was going, showing up after every step of prep, and making sure everyone was taken care of. He was exceptional as well.

This project was for repair for something that was repaired two years ago by another contractor. Alan Smith Pools took the time to understand the underlying problem and formulating a plan. The job was done efficiently and with a team of the same workers every day and they were good with keeping me updated on regular basis.

Types of work - Alan Smith Pools did a fabulous job replastering & tiling our pool. They weren’t the cheapest, but they were worth it. They were very professional, clean, polite, great at their jobs and kept us informed along the way.

Alan Smith Pools did a fantastic job repairing our pool (Crack in bottom of pool). Did hydroblasting for plaster removal, brought split drains up to code, new skinner and pebble finishes. All workers were reliable, professional and did a top.notch job on clean up. Good communication and follow up. Highly recommend.
