Window World of Western Ma was an excellent contractor to deal with. We had a new roof put on, new windows throughout the house and new siding (with a mixture of siding types). They did everything from the design to execution. Communication was great during the entire project and all questions and concerns were addressed immediately. We are extremely pleased with the results! The whole staff were professional and courteous. We highly recommend them!

This is a company but it's really clear that the strength of this company are the employees they train and hire. They are invested, professional, polite, and invested in doing quality work and helping people.

Salesman was very prompt when first contacted, explained what could be done thoroughly, and followed through during the install. The workmanship and material provided is top notch quality. Also customer service answered my questions immediately, as well as being very pleasant and courteous. Definitely recommend Window World.

WW surpassed my expectations. The staff is courteous, friendly, cares to do the work well and establishes a nice working relationship with the homeowner. The staff has fun on the job while maintaining a solid work ethic which is baked into the WW culture. I needed remaining windows replaced and invited WW back to do the work.

I will recommend Window World to anyone who asks. By far, one of the most professional companies I have ever had the pleasure of working with! We used them to replace our roof. They were within budget, kept the worksite safe and clean, and didn't run into any last minute "supply chain" issues.
