Window World installed new windows and doors on our house 7 years ago, so we went back to them when we were ready to do the roof, siding and gutters, and we're so glad we did! The whole process was amazing from start to finish. The initial consultation was no pressure and he really listened to our ideas. The office staff is amazing at answering all your questions and handling everything. The crew that installed our windows was wonderful. You would have never been able to tell that they replaced all of our windows in a few hours because there was no mess left behind. The standard is golden and it is worth every penny.

Window World of Western Ma was an excellent contractor to deal with. We had a new roof put on, new windows throughout the house and new siding (with a mixture of siding types). They did everything from the design to execution. Communication was great during the entire project and all questions and concerns were addressed immediately.
