After having three estimates from professional window specialist we decided to contract Window World of Western Massacuhsetts. Our initial meeting with Tim D. was very informative and professional. He explained the Window World products and how the process works. Comparing the Window World products to the other offers and estimates everything lined up better to use Window World. We planned a date and as planned everything went perfect. Within two days of work the two man crew had replaced 17 windows, two entry doors and a new storm door. They followed the contract to their word and left our home looking great! Thanks to Slave his partner, Tim D and all the office personnel to make the update seamless and promptly.
