We were scheduled for installation 4 times and cancelled 3 times. One of the times we were cancelled, we received NO call to let us know. The installation (when it finally happened) was fine, but I would probably not recommend Window World to anyone based on the disorganization of the company.
Window World came to install 14 windows. We also had a patio door replaced, and we were very happy with them.
The delay of the first appointment was a bit frustrating because of the work we had to do to get ready for the delivery of the windows. However Window World of Toledo made up for it when they came for the installation.
The work was very well done. Everything was well taken care of, cleaned up well, and explained in detail.

They measured my windows in October and didn't install them until the end of January. I don't know why it took such a long time. My nephew used Window World and started his process 2 weeks before me and was finished months before me. I would like to know why it took so long.
There were damages done to my home during install of windows. It was difficult to get reimbursement for this. I had to call 4 times and it took 2 months.
All staff members were courteous and tidy, which is appreciated. The job went off without a hitch!
