I think their contractors are ill prepared. They kind of have a song and dance that they give you even if they know they are wrong.

Through all the steps and a couple broken and missing windows we will have had someone from the company come out 8 times meaning we’ve had to leave work 8 times which has become quite annoying. Other than that the windows are great and the people we worked with were great.

Our sales person listened to our needs and was very helpful in choosing the right style of window for our kitchen, living room and bedroom. The communication with the company was excellent. I received phone calls and texts through the entire process. The installation crew was incredibly! They were very professional and answered all of my questions on the process. I was amazed with the end results! My home is 123 years old and my windows were in really bad shape. I absolutely love my new windows inside and out! I am so pleased with Window World and highly recommend them!
Quality products and skilled sales and installation staff..
Our windows were installed a few months ago. We noticed all of our sliders were leaking upon the first rain after installation. We notified our sales rep, and he was quick to get someone on it. Unfortunately after that, it’s been nothing but a run around since. The manufacturer is now involved. A sash was replaced and it didn’t resolve the issue. That was over a week ago. We have heard from our sales rep since, but no one else. Our sales rep Collin has been great throughout the entire process. The rest of the experience has been horrible. We are still with leaking windows and no answers. I was waiting to write this review to see if this issue would be resolved in a timely manner, and it has not. Once they got our money we stopped existing.
The whole process went smoothly. Did a great job windows look and work great. I had a hole in one of the screens. I called and service came out next day to repair.
They installed on a very very hot day in July. They left fingerprints on the windows.

Window World of Toledo was prompt. Everything, or most everything, was taken care of. There were a few problems, so I am waiting for that to be done.
Installers were friendly, efficient & communicative. My only issue was a few chunks of inside trim damaged.
I have been very pleased with Window World. When they first put the door in, we were having some issues. I called the company, and they came back and fixed it right away. It has been working great since it was fixed. I am pleased with the door.
From start to finish, the process was very efficient and the staff very friendly. I plan to replace doors in the future and I will call window world to do the work.
