Pricing and installation were great, but more time is required to determine quality and durability.
I received numerous quotes for new windows in my kid's rooms upstairs. After the salesperson came to the home and measured, he gave me a price and soon after, we decided to move forward. We had to wait 8 or so weeks for the windows to come in before being installed. When the installers came, they measured and saw that the windows would not fix. The salesperson mismeasured. I had to wait another 5 weeks for new windows to be ordered. With this being my kid's room, we had to wait those 5 weeks before putting the room back together as far as furniture placement, etc. I also had already removed the blinds so that the installers would not have them in the way. It made no sense to put up more blinds just to remove them again when the new replacement windows came in. For this entire time, there was no privacy in those bedrooms. I asked for some kind of compensation or discount for the inconvenience. I was told that wasn't standard on one mismeasurement. I did get an apology, though. Not sure if I would have the confidence to recommend to anyone else at this time. If I did, I'd warn them of the potential for having them have to come out twice for installation.
From the first meeting (Chris) to the last detail, everything was perfect ! Professional, REASONABLE, clean, efficient and the result was more than we expected. In today's world, it is an uncommon occurrence. Great job Window World !

These windows are beautiful…except!…the screens are too small!!! If they are made in the same factory on the same order, how can that be?!!! What a shame! 😲😱
Also, a lock doesn’t work and needs to be replaced.
I have late onset muscular dystrophy and can’t hold my arms over my head for long. The installers were happy to remove the blinds and hardware for me and were very friendly at the beginning. By the end they were in a rush and refused to help me put them back up even though with a drill they could have done it in 5 minutes. It left me struggling with a manual screwdriver for nearly two hours, along with shoulders that still hurt. I realize it’s not their job, but I personally am always willing to do a little extra for someone who isn’t able to do it themselves. I just didn’t feel it was the best customer service. Especially after the salesperson asked the owner to pay early to help him with his end-of-month statistics.
Very efficient installers but it took some time to get windows and install date.

I have already had neighbors asking me about the windows.
The communication from the get-go was extremely difficult. There were three days in a row trying to figure out when I would be on the books. I was promised each day a callback and never got one. They said they were out of town for training. The communication for the job, the guys were okay, but there was glass left all around. I am still finding glass and stepping on glass, two weeks out. I have had bloody feet, and my kids have had bloody feet. They came back out and were aggressively throwing glass into their trash bins. There was glass in my son's bed, and a two-inch long piece was in my office, which I found two weeks later. The sliding door stopped working two days later. They weren't going to send someone out until a week later. That is my access outside, and I have dogs. I had to reach out to a manager to get someone out. The house area around my door will have to be painted due to how much caulking they used around my door. There is no direct communication with anyone. When you have issues, that is extremely frustrating. Once the manager was notified, we got a call quickly and he was apologetic. The person in charge of this job, I would never recommend them to anyone.
One of the worst company’s I have ever dealt with from beginning to not even the end yet. Bait and switch, poor installation, lies, horrible supervision, won’t return calls, incorrect permits, failed inspection, not showing up when scheduled, breaking shutters without saying anything, knocking cameras off without saying anything…….
It took along time to get a permit.

Quality, waiting time, finished product
Tech is coming out Monday. Window quality mismatched paint painted halfway up and then stops. Overspray ( looks like done with a spray can. Screens broken felt seal on bottom inside ripped and sitting in bottom of window. Worst quality I have ever seen. I didn't pay all that money for something thats is so unprofessionally done. Workmanship is unacceptable . I had them do my condo windows about a year 1/2 ago and the windows were very good quality. Not sure where they got these windows from. One window glass is scratched looks like inside . It seems that one window especially must have been used and altered by manufacturer and tried to pawn off on me.
Lead installer was very good at his job.
