They are very responsive to everything and they did a good job, but they need to follow up better.
Window World was very friendly and efficent as well as clean.
Junior and James were a great team. They were very neat and professional.
Exceptional service and great value. Not to mention that windows are beautiful!
Although one window came broken and took over two weeks to replace, quality of work was outstanding. Recommend quality assurance be looked at the manufacturer end.
I love my windows! The service was excellent. The salesman and the installers were very professional.
Installation failed the inspection.
I have already recommended Window World to others. They did a great job. They did what they said they would do and the project turned out great.
I am very satisfied with the quality of workmanship from the Window World installation crew. They were very courteous and did a great job.
One of our windows was measures incorrectly and my picture window was scratch and had to be replaced. They only covered half of the screw holes.
From start to finish it was a smooth process! The product and the install were excellent!
The window quality is fantastic. The installers are fantastic. The communication was horrible. I would give communication a -2 on a scale of 1 - 5. I had to reach out to get all my updates. They did not call me. The installation was to take 5 - 6 weeks and that is what they quoted me during COVID-19. This process turned into 12 weeks without any explanation. No apology and no compensation. It was disappointing.
I have had windows and doors installed, and when the inspector came, they said they always find that Window World of Tampa does a superior job!
Window World was great! They were helpful.
Totally love the windows them selves but customer service totally sucks the lack of communication is ridiculous
They did not explain that they would have to come back and finish the job for an inspection after they finished the job. If I had known that, I would not have chosen them.
Window World of Tampa is efficient, communicates well, and the installers were professional.
I have recommended them to many people!
I was very satisfied with the job. Everybody was good. I have four windows on order they are going to take care of, too
They were very efficient. They came when they were supposed to.
The guys were top-notch and the work was great. I didn't have to do any clean up or touching up after them. They did it right around when I had to leave my job due to Covid-19, and they were very mindful about keeping their distances and being clean and orderly. It was very impressive.
I'm a second-time customer. I had absolutely no issues with them. I think they have good windows. However, only one person became extremely pushy for me to have their windows installed within a month of them coming in to order. I explained that we were in the middle of a government shutdown, and my husband was very sick. The one girl, Lisa, was amazing! She was a sweetheart and completely understanding. She said, "Let's take it week by week." I appreciated her sincerity. A week later, Dave called me. He was rude, pushy, and I had never been treated with such disrespect. I even asked what if I don't have them installed by the end of the month, and he said that was fine, I would just have to deal with collectors. I had already paid for half of the windows. It wasn't about money, it was about health. There was very little reassurance that they would take care of us and be cautious. He was just like they were deemed as an essential business and this is their policy. It became all about the money! I never want to deal with them again. I understand about policy, but he could've said everything that needed to be said with a different priority. It should have started off with the health of the customer, empathy, and understanding. This was three weeks ago. We did put the windows in last week or so. I didn't feel like it would get any better. I did talk to someone Lisa gave me (not the owner but the manager over Dave), and I expressed to him how I felt. He was more understanding, and he listened respectfully. I appreciated that. Again, it was their policy, and I could have it paid through a credit card, but I didn't need that. I had taken my tax return, and I work from home, so it wasn't about money. It was about health. I feel in general that Window World provides good windows for the money. I feel that when an employee comes across like that, it makes customers wonder if they are folding up, or if they have enough money. I begin to worry financially on their part. I would hope that's not the case. There is a lifetime guarantee. If they fold up, that guarantee is out the window.
So far, so good.
From our initial visit to receive a quote to the final installation Window World was professional, punctual and friendly.
GuildQuality partners with it's member companies to survey their customers and collect detailed feedback on their behalf. By administrating surveys as an unbiased third party we ensure that customers have the oppurtunity to express their true feelings about a project and that members get the most accurate and detailed feedback possible.
When a survey contains the "Review" question, that customer's answer will show up on the member's profile page as a public review. Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of Window World of Tampa as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5.
