The job completed was extremely challenging. I was informed that it is standard for the company to use products and materials that are sub par, to a degree and Window World accessed my credit card account for a payment without my authorization.
Job did not take long completed the same day and cleaned up everything.

The Window World team made the entire window buying process a pleasant experience.
Ordered in September Door was finally installed on Valentines Day. This was the 3rd installation attempt. First door was too tall and couldn't be cut down due to window. Second attempt - factory sent entirely wrong door (had NO window). Hoped having to wait a 3rd time it would be expedited but apparently not...still waited weeks. Really not happy.
Our first round of windows went well(6 windows). Then we ordered the remainder of them. This is where things got weird. 3 of them were the wrong size. This mistake happened a total of 3 times and on the 4th trip out, they brought 1 incorrect window. Apparently it wS in the warehouse and someone did deliver it. I will say they did a very nice job of installing and they did make it up to me on the pricing.
Firstly, the delays were unbelievably long. The communication and attention to detail was poor. The windows were installed but then the inspector came and none of the documents needed were available. The color we ordered was not what we were shown. Our salesperson was rude and did not check on the project at all, all he wanted was the sale. The only person that really made any effort was David, the manager. He actually listened and understood the problems we had. Overall the experience was poor but because the install team did a good job, the David worked with us and the windows are nice and the price was better than some of the competitors, I would recommend them.
We recently had 17 windows and 3 sliding doors installed by Window World of Tampa, and overall, we're extremely satisfied with our experience. Windows look and operate great. Here's a breakdown of the pros and cons:
Pros:
Best Price: We received bids from five different companies, and Window World of Tampa offered the best price by far.
Quality Products: We chose Simonton hurricane windows and got a great deal on hurricane sliding doors.
Excellent Salesperson: Our interaction with Michael, the salesperson, was outstanding. He was knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire process smooth.
Efficient Installation: The installation team completed the job in just one day, which was impressive given the number of windows and doors.
Cons:
Rebate Delay: We haven't received our $1,200 rebate yet, which is a bit disappointing.
Order Finalization: Window World wasn't very quick in providing a finalized order, causing some initial delays.
Installation Time: It took 10 weeks from placing the order to the actual installation, which was longer than we anticipated.
Clean-Up: The team left some broken glass shards and other small garbage around the worksite, which could have been handled better.
Overall, despite a few minor issues, we're thrilled with the new windows and doors and would definitely recommend Window World of Tampa to others.
Absolutely the worst customer service. It's been 4 months and I still have not received my rebate. I have spoken to, emailed, texted, and all they do is transfer me or say someone will call.
From start to finish, everyone was professional, efficient, and did exactly what they promised. My windows are perfect. It was refreshing working with a company that still believes in customer service.

We've been using Window World as we've moved around the country. We had great service with the team here a minor hiccup with our installation team this last go around however, I have confidence they will use our feedback to improve other customer experiences going forward.

Salesman and installation was great but everything fell apart after when I needed assistance with grant paperwork and the rebate I never received.
Husband and wife team were delightful and very hard working.
Used them once already and had them come to do bathroom windows! Everyone was awesome. My electric bill is better because of their windows. No drafts any more.

From Sales to Installation, working with Window World has been amazing.
The windows seem to be of good quality, but there were multiple hiccups during the installation where they had not properly secured the right lift. When they did get the right lift, they left the lift parked in front of the house, blocking the road, resulting in multiple neighbor complaints. There was no mention of an inspection, so the inspector ultimately showed up at the house, which is a rental property, and that caused more issues. Then there is the third-story window where stickers were left on the outside of the window, and now there's no way to remove those stickers, so the stickers are blocking the view.
The quote process was easy, and we were not pressured to sign. The estimator understood we were getting multiple quotes, and did inform us of the pros (and cons) of using Window World. In the end, since we are planning to sell within a year or two, we went with Window World instead of Renewal by Andersen, which came in much higher in cost. The job was planned and then postponed, and there were issues with scheduling, but we had our windows installed just before Hurricane Milton, and the windows did the job of protecting our home from any water-damage intrusion via the windows. The workers were professional, polite, and kept us informed. Several visits to finalize and fix outstanding issues were handled within a decent timeframe. I have recommended others already to Window World and will continue to do so. Mainly, and honestly, because of the quoting process where we were not pressured into signing that day. (Others had to be threatened with police action because they would not leave our home until we signed, even after being told we were not signing that day.) Your estimator sold us on your company. Give him a raise.
Window World was excellent which is why we used them now for a second time.
They did a great job.
Install was clean and quick. No issues with the windows. However, they did offer a rebate if the windows were purchased prior to 12/31. We gave a 50% deposit in November, but they did not call to schedule install till after 12/31. So we were unable to take advantage of the rebate they advertised due to the time of the installation that they scheduled. This was very misleading since we have no control of when the install would be scheduled and the remaining balance paid.
