The service was good, but I thought the pricing was high.

What caused me to give this review is the amount of glass that I found in my son’s room in his carpet and on the outside of the house in the lawn. I don’t understand why that had to be Dunne the way that it was in glass be shattered and then slung all over the yard and my son’s room. The guy that did the installation did not do a thorough job cleaning up the glass in my son’s room after, and I had to prompt him to looking at the outside of the house and when I did there was glass all over the place outside. I have young children that play barefoot in the backyard all the time we now are not able to do that because of this installation. When I went to the back of the yard with the Window World installer he said there was no way to prevent the glass from getting all over the yard, I don’t see how that can be true. Why couldn’t they have taped the glass so that it did not shatter in 1 million piece pieces or covered it somehow on the front and back before removing it so that I did not have glass all over the place. For this reason, I would not give my recommendation of this company to someone else.

Yes, as long as you keep your structure and process the same, I think you have a winning combination of Customer Service, Sales, and Installation, along with great financing options to fit different needs. Everything was very smooth and not complicated or stressful.

There were issues with the install. They have to come back and fix some things the crew didn’t do — including screws they didn’t put in the windows.

They were efficient and on time. I could not ask for better. I do like the windows.

My window installation took over a year and there was many hurdles along the way. Their was lots of difficulty making sure the windows were functioning properyl, difficulties with reapirs, and diffificaly with some of the quality of the workmanship.
