You ordered the wrong size doors, did not follow up to get the right sized doors for a month. I have requested someone call me 4 times and have heard nothing. I think I am going to have get doors from someone else now.

The process was a disappointment. The sales rep told me one thing on the stain, the reality was different. The doors were installed, they creak every time we close the door. They didn't have the right peephole so we had a paper towel in the hole for over a week and when I mentioned it to the gentleman who came a few weeks later for the peephole about the door creaking, I was told that was just the door settling,it would stop at some point. But it hasn't. So nothing about the process left me impressed.
