The entire company is awesome. They helped me to transfer over a warranty on patio doors w/o any trouble even though I was outside the time frame. That was on one condo. On another one that needed windows they actually came with a sample mini window. They were the 5th company I checked into and met with. Obviously they understand their market. It was a great sales pitch by a great sales person who knew his job and answered EVERY question and concern I had but the clincher was the cost. They came in way under the previous 4 companies. And they held them until I was ready for them since this is a remodel from Hurricane Helene. Everyone in the process was great. Now the windows are in. They are beautiful and so easy to operate, whether i leave them open from the bottom or the top the screen adjusts easily and the windows slide even easier. Love them!

Starting with Matthew, the Project Estimator, who sold me all new windows and a patio door for my house. Then there was Luis, the installer in-charge, with his skilled crew. Lastly, Kevin, the Field Supervisor, who was leaving the company shortly after we met. However, I received an email from his replacement Cory, the Production Manager, who seamlessly picked up where Kevin left off. It was a smooth and uninterrupted transition.

I can say the same about the entire group of people mentioned, including their crew. They were incredibly pleasant, always available, communicated clearly and frequently, and ensured my complete satisfaction with their services. Although there are a few minor tasks for the company, an appointment has been scheduled that works for everyone. Only thing my husband ask them to remove the stickers on the window and they told us the inspector would do that well inspector said they lied we do not remove them, I am still waiting on the installers to come back and finish putting on the clips to cover the screws, please have them call us to get this done

Good experience with the sales team and the install crew. They addressed requests pretty quickly. The financing is a nice bonus if you need it. Would use again in the future for other projects.

The installation crew was great, but there was some damage to my drywall that was not repaired very well when someone was send to fox it. I had to pay to repair myself. They also missed a few of the caps, came back to put them in, and still missed another one of them. So I didn’t bother calling again.

Show up on time and clean up after themselves

First install was a fail. Incorrectly measured and wrong exterior color. Had to call and email repeatedly to get issues addressed. Was told price adjustment for major issues will be "negotiated after install".

The window installation itself was fantastic—fast, efficient, and the crew did a great job with the actual replacement. The new windows look great and I'm very happy with the primary work.

However, I'm deducting stars for how the window blinds were handled. I was told they had to remove the blinds and couldn't be reinstalled until after the city inspection, which I understood. But when I went to put them back up myself after inspection, I ran into several frustrating issues:

· Some wall brackets were completely removed and are difficult to put back.
· Several valance covers (the top pieces) are missing their mounting hooks.
· One blind no longer opens and closes properly with the side stick.
· Re-screwing brackets back into the wall was unusually difficult, suggesting the original screw holes may have been damaged or misaligned during removal.

Advice to future customers: Take photos of your blinds, brackets, and hardware before installation day. Also, consider asking the crew to reinstall the blinds immediately after the city inspection, rather than leaving it for you to sort out.

I love the windows, but the lack of care with the existing blinds left me with extra work and broken parts to deal with.

Quality windows, fair price; however, poor communication, wrong custom slider ordered, installation issues, job still not done over a year later.

The crew did excellent work! Made almost no mess, and cleaned up what little dust they made.

The process from Estimate to Install was seamless. No pushy sales push Honest and fair from the start.

The project took 8 months to finish. That is not acceptable. Some of the windows were mismeasured. Some of the windows came in damaged. The arch windows created a problem. The openings are never perfect. The windows are made perfectly. The homeowner is left with a problem. They do not fit perfectly. Cory should never be allowed to talk to any customers. He created a situation where I insulted him. He had no empathy. Communication with this company is very poor.

Tried to extort me and the quality of the finished exterior was terrible. The company bailed on me and told me to have someone else fi ish it and they would pay for it. It took multiple tries to get my refunds/credits for all the issues with this project.

They were very punctual, clean, and willing to answer any questions. The quality of the service is phenomenal.

I flew in from CT only for my window installation. When the crew arrived they refused to do the job. I had to stay a few more days which caused time out of work I couldn’t afford.
Upon completion I had to call about the final inspection appointment. Once set, I wasted an entire day waiting all for no one to show up.
When I called window world I wasted then told I need a threshold inspection. Window world had no clue of this inspection. Very concerning for such a big company that focuses on window installation.
I was also told that WW will handle all permits and inspections. Now I’m scrambling to travel back and forth and trying to find someone who does this inspection. This is on WW and should have been a part of the process. At very least notify me I needed this before. I waited 4 months for windows so it could have been handled. I have my attorney looking into the contract because I was sold that window world handles all this within the price I paid!
