Very dependable company. Did a great job and followed thru as needed.

Installation went well just was a little hopeful on the time line

Installation was acceptable, but it bothers me that the screws in my sliding patio door are not flush to the wall or floor. Many are crooked and raised.

Heath and Dan from the sales team are amazing and incredibly helpful. They both worked with us to get exactly what we wanted while respecting our budget to accomplish it.

With all the problems we had including miss-measured door, wrong door delivered and charging my credit card by mistake....
I overall had a good experience. You guys stayed in touch and working hard to get the issues solved. I appreciate keeping up with the communication during all the issues.

The windows are a plus to our home - so happy we finally did the upgrade - they were very professional - we are happy!!

financing help my decision and quality and seeing finished job @. my friends house!

Timely, priced right, quality

We love the slider. Our only complaint is calling the 800 often gets no response or promises to call back.

The installation wasn't good. The workers were not qualified.

It didn't pass inspection, so I had to take another day off work for them to come back and fix it so it would pass.

Great service, beautiful work, competitive price. Everyone is very friendly and nice

I gave the rating a 4 star because there were mistakes made with our order from delays is submitting inspection application to Hernando County to wrong screen door. The errors were rectified.

It was a good experience.

Quality product, competitive price, knowledgeable salesperson, timely installation, courteous employees, good referrals from neighbors, easy to maintain.

I would recommend them. They were referred by my neighbor, who had a good experience. Their price is good; their quality is good. They did a good job and were polite.

Total no brainier, salesman and the installers showed up when they said they would, installed the windows and doors, and cleaned up. Simple and easy.

Cruise very professional on time and got the job done in one day

The whole team was courteous and professional. I had an issue with the sliding door but it was resolved quickly.

Great window company and everyone working there are great to us. Their products are amazing, very well made and designed!

I would recommend Window World ot Tampa to all my friends and colleagues.

I would highly recommend Windows World Out of the 5 estimates that I got they came in $2000 lower than everyone else. The install work quick accurate and it was all done in one day 10 windows unbelievable job well dpne

Ensure the amount deducted on down payment is correct. Was almost charged 12.000 instead of 1200 for deposit.

Very professonal, polite, timely and very clean.

The entire company is awesome. They helped me to transfer over a warranty on patio doors w/o any trouble even though I was outside the time frame. That was on one condo. On another one that needed windows they actually came with a sample mini window. They were the 5th company I checked into and met with. Obviously they understand their market. It was a great sales pitch by a great sales person who knew his job and answered EVERY question and concern I had but the clincher was the cost. They came in way under the previous 4 companies. And they held them until I was ready for them since this is a remodel from Hurricane Helene. Everyone in the process was great. Now the windows are in. They are beautiful and so easy to operate, whether i leave them open from the bottom or the top the screen adjusts easily and the windows slide even easier. Love them!

Third place I us window world every time. Because I like the quality, the professionalism, the excellent install and my grandfather even used in the world and I am 62 years old now, so yes, I keep planning on using them.

I’m very pleased with my experience at Window World of Tampa Bay❣️ I love the company’s organization and total transparency. Starting with Matthew, the Project Estimator, who sold me all new windows and a patio door for my house. Then there was Luis, the installer in-charge, with his skilled crew. Lastly, Kevin, the Field Supervisor, who was leaving the company shortly after we met. However, I received an email from his replacement Cory, the Production Manager, who seamlessly picked up where Kevin left off. It was a smooth and uninterrupted transition.

I can say the same about the entire group of people mentioned, including their crew. They were incredibly pleasant, always available, communicated clearly and frequently, and ensured my complete satisfaction with their services. Although there are a few minor tasks for the company, an appointment has been scheduled that works for everyone. Despite this, I feel comfortable writing this feedback before the entire job is completed due to the expediency and efficiency of your employees’ business practices. Window World of Tampa Bay stands behind its brand and work—I love it! I’m impressed with this team and the company they represent.

In today’s world, customer service is important, and these employees of Window World of Tampa Bay deserve the utmost commendation for their exceptional work and service. Thank you❣️

They were on time did a great job on the install, cleaned up after themselves and completed by 2
Only thing my husband ask them to remove the stickers on the window and they told us the inspector would do that well inspector said they lied we do not remove them, I am still waiting on the installers to come back and finish putting on the clips to cover the screws, please have them call us to get this done

Good experience with the sales team and the install crew. They addressed requests pretty quickly. The financing is a nice bonus if you need it. Would use again in the future for other projects.

Prompt service and nice people. They did a quality job

We have 2 neighbors who recommended Window World and they were happy with the price and quality of the windows and the installation. I would recommend them too.

The installation crew was great, but there was some damage to my drywall that was not repaired very well when someone was send to fox it. I had to pay to repair myself. They also missed a few of the caps, came back to put them in, and still missed another one of them. So I didn’t bother calling again.

Show up on time and clean up after themselves

First install was a fail. Incorrectly measured and wrong exterior color. Had to call and email repeatedly to get issues addressed. Was told price adjustment for major issues will be "negotiated after install".

Crew was outstanding! Work was top notch, team was very professional and courteous.

The installers were very professional and fast. When they were finished they showed us how to operate the new windows and cleaned up quite quickly.

Great service and great follow-up service.

We recently had impact windows installed by Window World, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. From the initial consultation with the sales team to the final installation, every step was handled professionally and efficiently.

The sales staff was knowledgeable, responsive, and took the time to answer all of our questions without any pressure. The installation crew arrived on time, worked diligently, and treated our home with care and respect. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship were evident throughout the project.

The process was seamless from start to finish, and the new impact windows look fantastic. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the product and the level of customer service we received. We highly recommend Window World to anyone considering new windows for their home.

The window installation itself was fantastic—fast, efficient, and the crew did a great job with the actual replacement. The new windows look great and I'm very happy with the primary work.

However, I'm deducting stars for how the window blinds were handled. I was told they had to remove the blinds and couldn't be reinstalled until after the city inspection, which I understood. But when I went to put them back up myself after inspection, I ran into several frustrating issues:

· Some wall brackets were completely removed and are difficult to put back.
· Several valance covers (the top pieces) are missing their mounting hooks.
· One blind no longer opens and closes properly with the side stick.
· Re-screwing brackets back into the wall was unusually difficult, suggesting the original screw holes may have been damaged or misaligned during removal.

Advice to future customers: Take photos of your blinds, brackets, and hardware before installation day. Also, consider asking the crew to reinstall the blinds immediately after the city inspection, rather than leaving it for you to sort out.

I love the windows, but the lack of care with the existing blinds left me with extra work and broken parts to deal with.

Quality windows, fair price; however, poor communication, wrong custom slider ordered, installation issues, job still not done over a year later.

We could not be happier with the level of professionalism, service, and product that we received.

The office doesn’t communicate well; doesn’t respond to messages.

Very good pricing on high quality windows and doors. Very happy with the installation and the overall results.

You put my sliding glass doors on backwards. I wanted a screen on the side I use and you put it on the opposite

Quality of the windows and the installers were top notch

Yes but warn them that communication is not good!

Transparent about process, communication throughout project. Staff very professional at every stage of the project.

The amount of time from when I ordered the slidding doors until I received them exceeded a year.

The crew did excellent work! Made almost no mess, and cleaned up what little dust they made.

The process from Estimate to Install was seamless. No pushy sales push Honest and fair from the start.
