After the whole process, we were extremely satisfied with all aspects from the our sales specialist to the quick installation. Our wall of 10 windows and one door took less than 6 hours, which was amazing. We requested the same install team for our upstairs windows. Great experience.

The process from start to finish was easy and hassle free. Everyone from our salesman, to scheduler, to project manager to install team was fantastic. Communication was clear, they delivered on time and did a great job for a great price. We are very pleased we chose Window World of Tampa.

Their windows are wonderful. I have 23 of them.

The windows all have scratch marks in the vinyl. My sales representative and the manager are working to fix the problem currently. I expect it will be resolved, but this has been a hassle. In addition, the install created a significant amount of dust in the home, covering nearly the entire house. Had I known ahead of time I would have set up plastic to keep it all out, and also removed my 3 month old so that she didn't breathe any of it in.

They know how they disappointed me. I am not satisfied with the windows. They were supposed to do them in 2 and a half days. The crew decided they wanted to finish them in one day. They did a good job in installing the windows. They were the worst crew I have ever dealt with; I am an interior decorator. I have never had a crew like this. Louis was a little in and out and doing other things. Daniel and Keith caused a lot of damage in my house. Pulling the windows out, it is normal for a little bit of damage. They sent someone here for four days to fix the damages they caused. Dan called me and asked if the inspector was here. Keith, the project manager, was here for 15 to 20 minutes, looked at the installation, talked to them, and he said they were doing a good job and then left. No one ever came back to check the work. when I told Dan I was disappointed, he came to me that evening and could not believe what the pictures showed. They bent the trim away from the wall and damaged it. There were problems with getting the sliding door out. When they shaved the stucco, they made a huge mess. They put the door on with only masking tape. Instead of having a tarp down to prevent dust from coming into the house, they just used plastic. There were two inches of dust on everything in the house. It took me three times to clean the dust. All they used was a little broom here and there. They never did clean the patio with pieces of stucco everywhere. I still find big pieces of glass. I went with Window World because my son and daughter used them. The crews that went to their house were different. My complaint is not about the windows themselves; it is with the people who installed them. Keith started texting Walter, the handyman, and me. Keith did not know of all the damage that was done to the house. They never came to pick up their sign. We started December 1st, and today the sign was still in my yard and the HOA said enough is enough so their sign is now in my garage. I don't want to badmouth the company but the crew that came here was not good.

The crew showed up promptly and got to work immediately. They put tarps down to protect the areas windows and doors were installed at. They were easy to communicate with and the sight supervisor checked in with me to see if I had any questions. I had a couple things that was missed and I called the following day and Window World is working with me to get them resolved. I appreciate their quick response and taking action to remedy the situation.

Still waiting on inspection completion with the county. First inspection failed. Installers came back didn't seem happy that it failed. It's not my job to explain to the inspectors install issues. During install I thought they were efficient and cordial. Followup definitely not.

The product and price are good. My only complaint is the installation crew was very unfriendly. Otherwise a good experience.

The scheduling team is not good. They do not show up during the time frame they provide. They also do not call to say if they will be late or need to cancel

I would recommend window world only to anyone with a block home or new home and looking to get the lowest price. As Window World is focused only on installing windows and cannot accommodate easily problems that might arise from a wood frame home.

First of all, the windows look great now that they are Finally installed 6 months later. The installers were great and the price was good. The process to get our account set up was excruciating and the lack of communication was frustrating. I called numerous times to find out what was going on with our order only to find out most of our information was incorrect. Once the windows came 4 out of 10 were the wrong size!

I was happy with everything about my window and slider purchase through Window World. My salesman Leo was simply wonderful. Every installer, measurement crew and finisher made the process quick and painless. Fair price point and quality sealed the deal.

The entire team from Dan Kang, Keith, Anthony and the installation crew are consummate pros who provided exemplary service and quality of performance throughout the project. The doors and slider turned out beautifully exceeding our expectations. It’s a pleasure doing business with Window World.

After the signing of the contract, this was a miserable experience. Timelines just were horrible. Their communication was awful. They tried to blame the permitting department when it was their lack of communication in the beginning. This delayed the project two more months. And then it installation things were mismeasured. Things were wrong. Things are put in and properly things had to be put in multiple times. It was just a total unpleasant experience all the way to the end.

Our overall experience has made us reluctant to recommend Window World.

All went well except the installation required two visits. The install team was unaware that some of the windows were on the third floor requiring scaffolding. This caused us to have to make an additional trip from CT to FL.

Timely response for the estimate. Windows arrived sooner than expected. Good product.

Close our and clean up is poor.

Matt brought a window with him, went over everything about it, open close safety, etc.
He also told us about the interest free for two years. Thank you!

The entire process from demo to sale to install was exceptional!

We replaced sliding glass doors. Good quality. We previously used WW for windows, we’ve had a couple of warranty claims and they’ve always stood behind their warranties. Very easy to file a claim.

I was told it would take 4-6 weeks. It took 5 months. One of the doors were defective and I am still waiting for them to fix it. It’s been more than four months and I can’t get a call or response back.

The windows are a great product. The installation team was great. The quality control over their orders at any level is poor.
