Everyone was polite and helpful. Received calls and text message about the progress of windows. Installers were respectful and friendly. Did a fantastic job with installation and clean up. A very pleasant experience.

Month is a total rockstar! He is efficient, professional and excellent at installing.

The only complaint I have is about when the windows came. I had ordered the interior color, but it arrived wrong. I brought it up with someone, and by the time I heard back from them, they told me I was wrong and that it was the color that I asked for. I had put a deposit on the windows when they placed the order. This person said they were going to put a lien on my house for non-payment if I didn't accept them as they were, so that I would pay for them. Someone came out and did that correctly. The installation was okay, and the windows are okay now with the colors I originally wanted. There was a delay, but it was partially my fault due to a death in the family. I ordered the windows in April; the first install was in October; the next was in December, which I had to cancel; and the next was in April.

Outside of Windows didn't look finished. Had to pay someone to finish them.

I already have to two neighbors interested in doors. I also recommend the windows and I’m glad they stand behind and on their product as advertised. I have had to get several windows replaced and that process has been uneventful and seamless. Very refreshing in this day and age.

Very professional from the sales person, and office personnel to the installers. I felt comfortable calling them and asking questions and getting quick responses. I couldn’t be bothered with my windows.
