I've been a customer with Window World for over fifteen years. I really like their team that comes to my house and measures the windows, and the installer. If I ever have a problem with anything as far as the screens, they are out here right away to fix it. I would recommend them to my friends and family. If I ever move, they will probably follow me for the rest of my life getting me windows.
Arrived on time. Doors look great. However, crew waited until the end to present a COVID form that should have been filled out at the beginning of the appointment. And crew should keep their opinions on COVID, the pandemic, and mask wearing to themselves. Also, felt pressured to award the crew 5 stars on the survey presented at the end of service as they hovered over waiting for it to be completed.

We had a wonderful experience from the beginning till the end. Windows took some time to make, but we were told in advance that we might wait a while. We were contacted to schedule the installation as soon as they were ready. Everyone was so nice. When the crew arrived, the rain was very very strong, and I was concerned about their ability to install 13 windows under those conditions. They rescheduled it for Sunday, so that we do not have to take more time off from work. They arrived on time and worked so hard! I could not believe that 13 windows can be installed in one day. They were so nice and respectful to us and to our house. They cleaned up after themselves. Overall, wonderful experience.
They did a fine job and they hustled. They cleaned up well and did it in one day. I'm in the construction business and I would hire all three of them.
The windows are very nice and well constructed.A huge difference from the old aluminum windows.

I know I had my install during COVID but it took so long to get my windows. I just got my shutters installed recently and I ordered them in October.
We had absolutely no issues with them. We were pleased with the product. We did have to have service. Everything was as they told us. Surprisingly, they said, "If your dog busts through a screen, or your cat tears holes in the screen, call us. We come out, and we fix it." And they did, because that is what happened because we have animals. So, everything that we were told, they stood behind. The service was good. Any issues we did have on a couple different things that we had service on, where they had to order something, we were notified. Communication was good. We actually have absolutely no issues with Window World in any way. The product is as it was sold to us, what it was like and the quality.
