In general, Window World of Pittsburgh was easy to work with and accommodating to my schedule. I did not feel there were any gimmicks or hidden information. The installation of the windows was very professional. Window World of Pittsburgh scored highly with me.

They were extremely efficient, and professional, and replaced 18 windows in one day. The people were courteous, and the house looked cleaner than when they started. I am delighted with the work.

I like the product. Easy open, easy clean and clearly a cost saver for their efficiency. When I purchased my home about 3 years ago, half of the house had Window World windows already installed. I finished the rest of the house this year with the exact same window product that had been installed prior to my purchase. I really like the product.

Window World is an excellent company to deal with from start to finish. I was provided with a thorough initial visit and demonstration, as well as a thorough installation. They were more than helpful, and they did an excellent job.

The installers were at my home for about 6 hours. They worked the whole time. I don't feel they did a good job cleaning up. Also I found a splintered piece of wood underneath a changing table I use for my granddaughter. It was no where near where they were working. The floors weren't cover well enough.I called the service dept. a few days ago because I noticed some problems with a couple of windows so far, but no one has called me back. I'm feeling dissapointed.

More than 6 months passed from order to installation of the window. Absolutely incompetent workers. As a result, the glass was dirty inside. when I asked to fix this, they replaced one glass. They just glued new glass. this can't be! you must change both glasses! glass unit! The saddest thing is that we paid $8,000 for this window, but they don’t want to give us a receipt for the full amount. only half. They say that this is some kind of specificity of the program. This is the first time I have encountered such a terrible service
