Window World is an excellent company to deal with from start to finish. I was provided with a thorough initial visit and demonstration, as well as a thorough installation. They were more than helpful, and they did an excellent job.

The installers were at my home for about 6 hours. They worked the whole time. I don't feel they did a good job cleaning up. Also I found a splintered piece of wood underneath a changing table I use for my granddaughter. It was no where near where they were working. The floors weren't cover well enough.I called the service dept. a few days ago because I noticed some problems with a couple of windows so far, but no one has called me back. I'm feeling dissapointed.

More than 6 months passed from order to installation of the window. Absolutely incompetent workers. As a result, the glass was dirty inside. when I asked to fix this, they replaced one glass. They just glued new glass. this can't be! you must change both glasses! glass unit! The saddest thing is that we paid $8,000 for this window, but they don’t want to give us a receipt for the full amount. only half. They say that this is some kind of specificity of the program. This is the first time I have encountered such a terrible service

This is the 2nd house I have used Window World to replace my windows. The crew was very friendly and professional. They cleaned up after the job was completed. the price was very competitive as well. Definitely would recommend them.

Currently it feels as though the rooms where the windows were replaced are significantly colder than before the new windows were installed. In the one room that serves as my office, one morning I had to turn on a space heater because the room was so cold. In the same room, I have painters tape covering the space that is letting cold air in. I have mentioned this to your warranty department
