We are very pleased with the product and installation of the windows. The installers were professional, polite, and dedicated to the task at hand. They did a great job of clean-up but my wife was having a difficult time cleaning the windows because of the film left on the windows. There should be a solution provided that could be used by the home owner to clean the windows after installation.

I am highly satisfied. My initial reason for choosing Window World was because they did windows for us in 2005. It was a complete house of windows and doors. When my husband was alive, he was very picky with whom he worked, and he was satisfied with their work, thus being the reason for me going back to the window world for my new home.

I would strongly recommend WW to any person. They were friendly, they got the work done fast cleaned up after themselves, took the mess and old windows with them. And the price was very reasonable.
It was a bad experience. The installation crew came with most of the windows and took months to get the windows in. The first guy left a mess of broken glass in my backyard, and not all the windows were installed the same way. There was a guy working until 8 at night. There are some pieces still missing from the windows, but they should have been. They also knowingly arrived for the installation, missing four windows.
