I'm truly sorry that the threshold issue has left you disappointed, especially after investing in a new door. The unfinished hole and scratches are absolutely not acceptable, and I understand your frustration.
I'm glad Kristi O'Rourke and Rick provided excellent service and follow-up, but I sincerely apologize that your installation date was changed without proper notification and that the threshold concerns weren't addressed during the final walkthrough. You deserve a completely finished, beautiful door.
Please know we're committed to resolving the threshold issue promptly. Your satisfaction matters greatly to Window World OV, and we appreciate your interest in our garage door services and willingness to serve as a reference once we've made this right.
