Everyone and everything. Grandson, your salesman, did a great job with his entire presentation. BR office kept me informed of what was happening. Joshua, came by daily and kept me informed about everything!
We were a returning customer we had bought windows in Arkansas and had an excellent experience. This experience here in Louisiana has been awful. We were told our windows would be in in about four weeks. It ended up being over two months before they were installed from the time we ordered them the installers were over two hours late getting here they left the inside and outside a mess. We are still picking up screws and nails from the yard two days later Because we have kids that run around. There was a letter left on the roof and debris. The windows were left dirty and disgusting with handprints and sealant/caulking all over them that we are trying to get off. We have one window that I cannot get clean and may have to hire someone to come out and clean because it’s way up in the air and strangely shaped above a Porch roof that we have they left rotten wood around the windows and even put one window in crooked, and when I tried to say something to the installers, he kept saying he didn’t understand that it was that way because the wood was bad will not be doing business with them again to have our French doors replaced and would not suggest them to anyone else we had suggested them and referred them to a friend of ours up in Alexandria, Louisiana and they ordered their windows a month after we did and got their windows put in Four days before us. They will be the last people we referred to to window world.
You need to have an English speaking supervisor on site.

Everyone with Window World was professional and very diligent with their work. I appreciate the supervisor calling and leaving his number for me in case I needed to speak with him concerning his worker.
My daughter, sister, and neighbor used Window World years ago. I was hoping the windows would be cheaper, but now they cost so much. We were satisfied with the windows, I love them.

My Window World experience was wonderful from the start. Field representative Conner was very descriptive and informative in his presentation and answered all of my questions. Every part of the process was explained and followed through with the Window World team. Our installer was thorough and quick with his installation. Very kind and explained everything that would be done. I would recommend Window World and the fact that they are local is a big plus!
The installers were outstanding, but calling me around 9:30 am to let me know they were in Slidell, but not showing up till 5 pm was devious!
After difficulties with incorrect measurements and initial inadequate resolution of the resulting problems, all issues have been addressed to my satisfaction.

Great customer service. From the Salesman to the installation crew. Install on 3 major areas was done within an hour. Only thing I would add is an emphasis on if you need blinds put back up, that should be a point in the sales pitch in that it's available and it's an extra charge if needed/done.
I was frustrated with the installation process. For a company that prides itself on its product being Made in America, having a crew show up to my house that could not communicate in English created confusion and frustration. I had questions about installation and window operation for the crew and they could not answer them. The crew was friendly, but not being able to communicate in English led to calls to the supervisor at 6pm who couldn't see the work and speak to my concerns about proper install.
From the bid by Brett to the crew manager Arlender and the crew were courteous and polite and very knowledgeable
From my initial sales contact (Granston Box), to all of the other people I dealt with, (David, along with the windows, door, and siding crew), my experience was first rate. I was especially impressed with PC, the go-to person for all of my questions and concerns dealing with the entire job, especially the Everlast siding installation. PC and his crew were very knowledgeable, and the attention to detail and quality of work was top notch.
We have used Window World more than once and after comparison shopping, they truly are the best quality for the price. We've had to use the warranty in the past to replace foggy windows and it was always easy and efficient.
The initial sales went fine but once I made the purchase I couldn't get Ryan to return my call and your field guy David wouldn't return calls so over all service was poor.
