Smooth process from beginning to end

Quality windows and quality installation. This is all I can ask for.

The quality of the trim installation on the outside of the windows are not the best and will allow moisture to get in. Some of the windows were installed in unfinished walls so I asked them to foam around the large gaps(2”+) which shouldn’t have been that large to begin with. After the foam dried I can still feel drafts coming through the cracks. It seemed like the crew was rushing to get out of there, the windows were filthy and one window is damaged slightly on the inside vinyl part. I asked them to clean the windows and I was told they don’t clean them! Is that normal practice to get brand new windows installed and y’all don’t even clean them after? For paying over $13,000 I find it ridiculous I have to go behind the installation crew and fix all these issues myself which will result in me spending even more time and money. Overall I’m very unsatisfied and will not be using Window World in the future

I have listed many reasons below. I was not satisfied with the installation, one of the windows which is in the bathroom/sunroom is the wrong window entirely and it’s uneven. Also, some of my windows do not lock and has yet to be addressed.

I was disappointed that one of the 9 windows did not appear to be level, although the man from WW stated that the window was indeed "level" based on the leveling tool that he used. What's disturbing to me is that the old window was perfectly visually level, in spite of any outward shifting of the framework he observed. It seems to me that this could have been corrected prior to the installation of the window; i.e., shimming. Someone from WW came to my home later to check it and, of course, he didn't even mention the possibility that shimming could have prevented the window from appearing to be unlevel.

I am really satisfied. At first, I thought the windows were kind of small, but when looking again, they're kind of big.

By not telling the customer about all the hidden fees and saying one thing that you’re gonna do it and don’t do it. When the subcontracts come in, it’s a whole different story from your contract you signed with Window World. be very careful when you talk to Window World about the subcontractors and what the subcontract is gonna do and not gonna do that’s in your contract with Window World.

Straight-forward pricing and a high-quality product that was far beyond my best expectations.
