I was very satisfied with Window World of New Orleans and their service.
Windows may be fine but service is horrible. I told my parents to cancel their install. Their response was that they live in Mississippi and have a different region that handles them. So maybe they have better luck

I have been struggling to get my windows since January all the way in September.
it took several visits for them to remember to bring my windows out. They kept messing things up. Caulking had to be fixed. I had to hunt down the supervisor to find my windows. Took almost 3 months instead of 3 weeks to complete the job. The windows are just alright.
Everyone from Window World of New Orleans worked great as a team. I was amazed at how well they all worked together. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing windows.
I think it was very efficient that they had an itemized list of prices, so I felt like the prices were going to be accurate and fair and I didnt have to worry about hassling prices. The person that gave me the estimate was very professional and he didn't pressure me towards any particular choice.
I have had Window World windows in my whole house for over 30 windows! I experienced minimal issues with the installation, but the product is very good!

The installation of the windows was fine, with the exception of a few mistakes that needed to be corrected. It took me nearly 3 weeks to get a call back about making these corrections, and I still have a screen that was supposed to be replaced but I've given up. The windows are very nice, but the experience was not.
