By not telling the customer about all the hidden fees and saying one thing that you’re gonna do it and don’t do it. When the subcontracts come in, it’s a whole different story from your contract you signed with Window World. be very careful when you talk to Window World about the subcontractors and what the subcontract is gonna do and not gonna do that’s in your contract with Window World.

I like the windows Window World installed but the salesperson needs to let customers know the outside framing is not included with the windows. These are what makes the window pretty and I am upset they weren't included.
