I get so many compliments on the curb appeal. Everyone has told me it looks like a total remake of my house, and it just makes my quality of life better and changes the appearance of the house. One thing I still have to do is the garden window at the rear of the house. Hopefully, I will get it done at the end of the year.

Quality of windows

Better communication. When we placed the order we were told that the windows would arrive in 4 weeks and then we would receive a call to schedule install. It was almost 10 weeks from order to install and there was no communication from Window World after the order was placed. I had to call twice to get updates and to get the install scheduled. Apparently our windows had been at the warehouse for 2 weeks without anyone calling to schedule .

I thought it was window world in baton rouge.

Excellent customer service professional and great communication

Great service, friendly staff, and they installed the windows earlier than expected. The transferable lifetime warranty gave us free replacement sashes for 10 windows that a previous owner had purchased! We ended up buying a new set of doors and another window. They are beautiful and were installed quickly and professionally.

When I received an email from Window World saying my windows were in the warehouse I was excited so I called and scheduled an appointment for installation. Aug 4 was the day for service I took off from work so I could be available. I received a call saying they will be at my house on August 5 so I called the company and spoke with someone about it. A supervisor called saying the crew truck broke down and that they were waiting for a tow truck which seems like a lie because when the guy first called he didn't say that just that they would be at my house on August 5. I called the office again the lady said they changed your date for tomorrow. I'm like really on the day of service and no one called me. The next morning which was Aug 5th I took off from work again they were supposed to arrive between 7:00am- 7:30am they arrived at 8:30am. I called the company again and asked to speak to a manager but no one ever called me back. Window World is a big company but the lack of communication and professionalism was horrible.

The gentlemen that came to install the windows weee very nice!! They worked clean and efficiently.
