The service was really fast. They were very prompt in their return phone calls, were nice and they installed it quickly.

Very expensive and install was done poorly. Asked for assistance in achieving resolution but they said that the only option was to bring up an issue within 24 hours of placing the order, even though the order and install did not come in until weeks after.

We were extremely pleased with the service they provided, from start to finish.

My experience was good. They came back with a new piece, but they didn't paint it. Everything else was great.

From start to finish the process was simple, fast & done well. I only had one window to change which was due to an installation issue when my house was built. Hopefully I won't have to replace any others. If I do, I will call Window World.

I was really impressed with the man that did the installation. He was really efficient, stayed on task throughout the procedure, very friendly, helpful, and answered any questions I had. Also, they showed me how to work my windows.

I was not involved past the estimate and ordering; we sold our house while the windows were being made. - The part of the process that I was involved in was smooth and painless. I can't speak to the installation or finished look of the product though.

My husband and I purchased an older home. We had great experiences in the past with window world so we placed an order for new windows for this house. Unbeknown to us, the window frames on one side of the house were crooked. When the new windows were installed, they were also installed crooked. It’s very visible. When we called to discuss the issue and addressed it with the installation team, we were told that’s just how the window frames were. Being that window world is a window installing company, I would have hoped that upon inspection of the home, we would have been informed that this needed to be fixed to ensure the windows look level or smaller windows ordered so that they could have been shimmed to the proper level.

Window World wasn't the cheapest estimate I got but they definitely have the most bang for the buck.

I used Window World in my previous home. I did have another company give me an estimate but it was not comparable to Window World. I have recommend WW in the past and will again in the future.
