The window was replaced on Friday 6/27/2025. The Crew was running late due to the previous job taking longer than expected. When the crew got here, they worked as fast as they could. After the installation, I did a quick inspection from downstairs because I wanted to get back to the evening routine as soon as possible. I did not see the smudge on the windows up high until the next day when I got to the upstairs. I called Window World customer service the following Monday. They sent out a crew to fix the problem on Thursday. I want to say that Window World do a good job in general. If there is a problem, they will come out to fix it. They made sure that customers are satisfied.

Price is great compared to some others, service is great, and Scott is the best salesman you got.

Our salesman, Bruce, answered all of our questions and showed us the actual window and the lifetime guarantee. Paul and his install crew did a great (and fast!) job of demoing the old windows and installing the new windows. Ernest, the site leader, stopped to check on the install and walked me through how to open and close a window, both bottom and top (double hung windows) Very happy with the whole process from quote to install.

Windos are good, instalation service very poor, installers work to fast because they say they have to do 2 more jobs to do so they have a lot of mistakes and have to come back twice, they take my furniture that was under roof to out side and got wet because the rain, they never putin back, his manager never showed up, I call him twice never come so I will not recommend this company.

I initially left a comment that I was not satisfied by the installation crew cleanliness after the work was done, but I was contacted by the Window World to ask for the reason. I was offered $100 accommodation, and I am satisfied how Window World took care customer's feeling and addressed it immediately. I would consider Window World for future home project.

I made my reservation and asked for the first appointment and then sat around waiting all day - the installers didn’t arrive until 2:17-

The windows are brand new so I can't speak to longevity but they look beautiful and appear to be installed well.

We waited an extra several weeks for windows to arrive at the warehouse as two of them were busted upon arrival. The next day after installation, I noticed that two are still cracked. My window of arrival was 12 to one. They didn’t show up until around 2:30 at the front entrance gate without a valid drivers license to enter the subdivision. So my husband had to meet them to drive them into my subdivision. After I had already informed them, they needed to have a valid drivers license to enter my gated subdivision. By the time they arrived at my house, it was 3 PM and by the time they finished, it was 9 PM and I could not see to validate the quality of the windows or the operability of any of them. Now I will need to schedule another time to meet them to replace the two windows. Not a good experience.

We like the warranty and the product. We liked the salesperson since he was not high pressure and didn’t waste our time.

Apparently high quality windows AND a a great price. Time will tell how they hold up to our punishing and lengthy summers.

The people I dealt with were pleasant and professional. They arrived when scheduled, performed quality work and cleaned up after installation was complete. They were informative and helpful to my tenants while performing their work.

Be careful when removing trim around windows. There was probably a tube of caulking around our new windows to fix trim.
Also try from putting dirty hands around white walls. I had to clean and paint two walls because of dirty hands

From start to finish, everything went as planned.

Sales man was careless and tracked dog poop throughout house, even after being made aware and reminded twice. There were many pieces of glass found on driveway and flower beds. Dangerous to me and my dogs. Price is too high.

Salesperson did not seem aware that local codes require tempered glass next to doors, so we had to later ask for that. Also did not originally ask if we wanted obscured glass for bathroom window. Also, we were originally quoted a price to replace a door, but when we decided to do that, were then told it couldn't be replaced. We were told that we would be contacted by 10 AM on the day of installation to be given the time that was scheduled, in the event we were called at 7:45 and told the installation team was on the way, forcing us to scramble to be ready as the previous information implied the installation would not be scheduled before 10 AM.

From the first meeting with Matt I knew the company must be good to work with. The installation was done in 1 day and I appreciated the number of people they had to get the job done in a timely manner. They were all courteous.

Travis, our salesman, was the best. He was knowledgeable but not pushy. He answered our questions and gave his opinion.


The installation team was great. They were a little late on arriving but in all fairness. There was a lot of rain in the area. When they arrived they went right to work and worked steadily until they were thru. They knew what they were doing and seemed to know what they were doing.
