I was blown away by the professionalism, the experience and knowledge that the salesperson and installation team at Window Works have. If I could recommended one place in Houston it would be Window World.
Very bad workmanship, I would not recommend Window World even to my enemies. Stay away from Window World.
5 because the windows are great, but they need to get it together on the installation crews. They need to train their crews better. There was a crew of three people but only one really knew what they were doing. The other two were just helpers, and for me, they all need to be qualified. I don't feel comfortable when I'm not getting Window World full time. I understand you guys are busy, but that doesn't matter to me because I'm a customer. I've now changed all 11 windows in my house to be Window World, including the most expensive one. I also bought the insurance from you guys, too, which for my windows needing adjustment or re-caulking or whatever--for you to fix it.
I am highly satisfied they did exactly what they said they would do and when they said they would do it. They were kind, professional, friendly people, and I wouldn't hesitate to use or recommend them to a fried.
Window World is a good company for me, with a good price. In taking care of the customers, I called two or three times. They're happy to come to discuss and explain to me my question. I recommend them highly--a 5. I recommend them to anybody.

I was satisfied all the way to the end. When the installers got here they came with a crew and they all had a job. An hour after they got here I had 7 windows installed. They cleaned up after themselves and were very professional. I am very pleased.

The windows were great but I did not like the patio door.
Although my windows look great, my wife’s wedding bands were stolen in the “clean-up” process. After she called and reported them missing- the window world consultant told her she had to file a report with the police (confused and feeling like the company didn’t believe her). However she did report it, and 2 days later the company called back claiming that her two rings were sucked up in the vacuum while they were cleaning up (although the rings were not anywhere near where they should have been vacuuming). They claimed they fired the crew, which again is a red flag, if you believe it happened by accident then why would you fire the crew? The stories just really don’t add up and she was truly devastated where I wasn’t really made to feel better other than claiming the fired them. Which did not make me feel better, after all these men had been in my HOME. If they are mad they lost their jobs, can you imagine the feeling they have about me?
They are amazing, and the salesperson was very professional. The crew came in, and finished it quicker than I expected. They are all very nice, and I couldn't have asked for a better installation crew, or company to work with.
I am happy with the windows, I just do not like that they did not clean up the area. It shatters out too far into the yard.

Window World failed to communicate within its own company on the complication of my home. I selected the morning slot for the installation. The installer contacted me at 9 am to inform his lateness because he was stuck at another job. The 1st installer arrived at 1:30 pm. The 1st installer was very professional, but he could not install the window. His notes did not indicate any special instructions which were covered in my initial quote when Travis came out. Since there was no spare crew to install the window, I had to schedule another day for Window world to come to install the window. This meant taking the 2nd day of PTO for their mistake. The 2nd installation team was professional and did an excellent job. Window World reached out afterward for feedback via email. I've asked Window World what they would do to compensate for their mistake; it has been a week with no response except this survey again.

Really impressed with how clean they left it, and that they did 37 windows in one day before dark. With the quality of workmanship that was done, I would have bet it couldn't have been done.
Crew was fast - 3 hours for 15 windows. Most mess was removed. But bits of broken glass in most rooms after the crew left, including bathrooms. Still walking carefully around the house. Crew needs to hang/tape plastic on inside of windows to be prevent broken bits of glass from shooting into room.
The crew was outstanding! The clean up was great. I had heard rumors about them leaving stuff behind. That was no my case. Everything was picked up and straighten up just like they found it. I had no problems!
