It was a frustrating experience. They did not install header flexers and refused to fix it even though I was charged for it. The crew was yelling at me when I was filling it questionnaire and signing the work completed form. I was charged $300 for 2 window sills but installed only one. Then refused to refund. Then I was told I was charged $200 not $300. Then I asked them to install that and headed flexors. They installed header flexors but not the other window sills. Then they said I was never charged for window sills. Then I referred to previous communication and they agreed to install the window sill, gave me a date for morning. The guy did not show up until 3 pm. And said he is only here to take measurements. I was already tired of this going on for 3 months. I asked to get it done quickly. Then they said my window sill is fine and they are going to refund me $100. Now I’m waiting for that refund.
Complete and professional installation!
Initial installation was fine we did have a problem and one window needed to be replaced. the wrong window was sent as a replacement and will take several weeks to get it sorted out very disappointed at this . The technician did a good job trying to replace it and explained everything well.

Starting with the sales representative, the interface with people in Baton Rouge prior to installation and the installers themselves everybody was nice, professional, and did a great job. It’s a little unnerving to see all the windows pulled out of your house and then to have them install new ones in just a few hours was absolutely unbelievable. They did respect my home and did make efforts to make sure that everything was working. The windows were clean. I knew how to operate them, it was just a good job.

Not likely due too all the issues with the installation crew. No real supervision and a lack of workmanship in the details. You should see the craftsmanship that was considered complete by installation crew.
I selected Window World for the quality of the product, and the business approach. I appreciate a straight forward approach. All but one other company had their sales tactics (high pressure, high prices then cut them over the phone with a manager, etc…). I felt like I was at a car dealership with the other companies. Derek in sales came out, he measured, completed the estimate sheet, and he listed out the price. Fair and no haggling.
The installation, payment options and overall experience has been what I expected.

Windows are beautiful! Installation cause a tear in one of my screens. Still waiting to hear from some to schedule a time to come fix it. Need to know how to get fingerprints off the newly installed windows
Salesman was great but installer crew and field supervisor David Mount were horrible to deal with. The installer crew performed like they were picked up that morning and had zero experience installing windows. Window world acts like they bring quality windows but I have questioned my decision since days one. If there is a problems, do not expect a person in David Mounts position or his boss Ernest (this that is how you spell his name) do be helpful or offer you compensation for their lack of ability but that is all you have, absolutely zero management that is willing to take ownership. Window World owners and management need to take control and be engaged.
