This was my second installation of new windows after I had about 1/3 of them replaced the year before. I was very pleased with the installation team that replaced my first order and had requested them for this 2nd order, but that request wasn’t fulfilled. While the installation was completed in a timely manner, I felt the QA/QC was not as well done as the first group.

You can come out a find out why one of my windows is collecting water on the bottom? I already sent in the information over a week or so ago.

Dan trader explained everything about the windows and about how to get financed, kept us updated every step of the way. The installation crew called with time they would be here and they were very fast and cleaned as they went. We were satisfied with window world Houston work all around.

I had windows installed by another company on the back half of my home the prior month. Being able to compare theirs quality of the product and services I found that Window World was less careful and caused numerous damages to sheet rock while the other did not. The other company covered each window to prevent significant swings in temperature in the home and to decrease debris which was very professional compared to Window World. The quality of the Windows from Window World is also inferior to NT Windows. Window World windows do not slide as well and the area between the two window panes is very unfinished with rails and screw heads showing between the glass panes compared to NT Windows having a nice strip that appears to insulate and also covers the ugly innards of the window. I also received a window that has a very short lower part which made no sense and was not something I was told would happen. Overall I’m disappointed by the windows and the service. Without a comparison I may not have noticed as much of this but halftime having superior services it was hard not to see the differences.
