Great experience all the way around. Window World came highly recommended to us and we would highly reommend them as well.
The first rain, our windows leaked and caused inside damage after they were installed.
While the product itself is nice, the uncoordinated management of the products arrival and assurance of completion has been a pain. I was told everything was in in August , and at that time my husband and I have been diagnosed positive with Covid and quarantine. My husband was very sick for almost a month and I told him yes yeah I start receiving harassing phone calls saying that if I did not get them to come out and install the doors they will start charging you storage fee and they will be sending my account to collections. The day they were supposed to come install the doors they called to try and cancel to say that they were parts missing from the doors and they have to re-order them by this point I have 3- 12 foot openings in my back wall, again because they had questioned me and told me that they were 100% ready to go. After much back-and-forth ended up bringing two sets of doors they were not complete I had to come back multiple times to make adjustments and swapped out pieces that were wrong. Ultimately to this day they still have not installed the third set of doors so I have a 12 foot opening in my bedroom that is covered by sheet rock. They had to re-order the set of doors because it was missing so many pieces. I was told it was going to come on November 20 now I’m being told it will not be in until the end of December. So after threats being being charged extra for storage in threats are being sent to collection agency here I am with incomplete doors and missing a door set.

I would recommend the first installation, the second installation I totally would not.
We are very pleased with the outcome of the new windows, and they make the rooms look brighter.
They were very professional.
There was an issue with one of the windows causing a delay with installation, but they took the time to find a resolution. After installation, we had a window that wouldn't latch so I called, and they sent a technician out, it was a great job.
Mistakes were made in measurements, manufacturing and delivery, causing an unacceptable lengthy wait.
Window World of Houston was great, their quality was amazing and efficient and professional.
I am likely to recommend Window World of Houston to a friend because our salesman and our installer were great. They had all we needed and the installation was done in about 2 and a half hours. It was perfect.

This company has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life!!!!! And their workmanship was pretty bad also!!!!!
The issue was a lack of communication. I am disappointed in Window World of Houston's lack of communication. I would call asking questions and it would be a difficult time getting someone to call me back.
They were a good company overall, the only problem that I faced was that it took them a little longer to communicate with me than I would have liked.
Onan and his crew were amazing.
From the very beginning my order was not right. only got two out of four windows correct they had reversed the glass in two of them rainwater to regular. And One window was defective. When they came out the second time they only had the top part of the window had to wait again for the bottom. Then when they came out to install that the clips were broken on the window. I truly don’t understand how you could install a house full of windows when you can’t get four of them correct.
I didn't like the guy who installed it. He lied to me. If I got windows again, he definitely would not install it for me; I'll tell you that.
It has not been a horrible experience, but things consistently seem a bit bumpy and unorganized.e
I am happy with the quality of the windows that were installed, but I was disappointed in many aspects of the customer service.
I have already recommended several friends to Window World. They come in and do what they have to do and clean up afterwards.
