The sales Rep, Dan Day was very detailed and very knowledgeable about answering any questions are concerns about window replacement at my residence.We ordered 12 new windows.It took 4 weeks to get them and 6 hrs to take them out and replace them. The installers David and Scott did a fabulous job on the removal and installing of the new windows. Very satisfied with Window World!

Since I only wanted one window installed was made to feel unimportant. Initial scheduling perfered day & time, not honored. Incompetent person sent to measure & give estimate. Second install date changed without being advised.
