The sales person was kind, courteous, and knowledgeable of the product. The cost was great compared to other bids I received. The install crew came in when they said and did a great job on the installation and clean up.

What a difference!!!! Wow! House was built in 1983, looks brand new now. Guys were fantastic! Friendly, professional. We got the windows because flies were coming in the old windows. Such an improvement! Only wish we had done the replacement sooner.

We priced out about 5 different competitors. They were, by and large, the most cost-effective option. I like their warranties and everything else, so it just seemed to make sense.

The individual responsible for measuring the windows made an error, resulting in a delay of an additional month for the installation. Despite spending approximately $8,000, the company declined to offer any compensation.

I recently had 6 windows replaced. Then hurricane Beryl hit and 3 of the 6 windows leaked. Two employees came out and inspected them. They told me six sashes would be replaced. I called to follow up on this and was told the claim was being rejected for two of the three windows. Since that call, there have not been any updated. I must say I disagreed with the people at Window World that a water test with a garden hose could approximate the wind blown rain of Hurricane Beryl. I have been told there were steady 92 mph winds w gusts to 133. I am suprised your company did not just replace the windows. I could not in good conscience recommend your company.

I replaced windows and doors. The window installation was great. The door installation, on the other hand, was very disappointing. I let my sales guy, Dustin, know of the rot issues with the back door. I showed it to him twice, made sure that he took that into account when I got charged. He said it was all covered. When they got here the installer complained because of the condition of the back door frame. Which again I had pre-warned the sales guy. The installer complained the entire time and then the sales guy had to call me and tell me that I had to come up with another $400 out of my pocket to give that man the same day Because of supplies. On top of this, my front door and my back door has three locks. All three of them have different keys. Who in the world has three different sets of keys! I have asked my sales guy, Dustin, multiple times when that lock is going to be corrected so that I only have one key for both doors. Not getting a timely response.

We would highly recommend Window World. Our experience was a very pleasant one and went exactly as outlined by the salesman. The installation crew worked hard and quickly and got all 39 windows removed and replaced in just a few hours.

They were reasonably priced, good quality, and installation was relatively painless.

I would give full recommendation except for my first experience. I could not afford all windows changed at once so did it over time. The first time, for 6 front windows, the crew did sloppy work, a window cracked when I was supposed to inspect the work, the crew never bothered to ask me my opinion, although in Spanish they kept wondering what to do, one of the workers was constantly on the phone with someone about getting their passport, and when I came to check I was shooed away. My opinion was not valued, and I felt if I were a man things might have gone differently. I contacted the crew foreman, who was NEVER on the site, and he had the next crew come and fix things. I have done a lot of remodel in my house and NEVER has the foreman not even checked the site once. One the second installation of three windows the foreman did come, and I felt relief with his inspection and asking for my input. On the last installation of 9 windows, the foreman did not come, the crew was excellent and friendly, and there was no issues with the install. That first install was so bad, had not a neighbor recommended I give them another chance, I would have gone elsewhere for the rest of my windows.

This is my second experience using them, and I have been pleased with them both times.
