My sister's previous home has Window World windows and Andersen. She showed me the windows and how they work.

She also recommended me Window World.
Before, I selected Window World to replace my windows, I searched for a video of how they get replaced. I never found such video.

Dustin, sales person did not thoroughly explained how the windows were going to be replaced.

My assumptions were replace/repair any damage wood or siding around the window frame. That was not the case.

Once the windows were being replaced, I realized some of the siding and flashing needed to be replaced.

I later hired someone to replace the window trim, siding, and flashing around the window.

The workers were very professional and courteous.
Since I have OCD, I immediately vacuumed behind them once they finished with a window and moved to the next one until they completed the work.
I advised them that I have pets and any broken glass left behind would cause them harm.
Plus the broom they tried to use was not as productive as a vacuum.
It was a hot Saturday when all windows were replaced that I had to offer them hydration drinks.
I did not want for the workers to show me that every single window was working properly since it was late in the evening.
I'm all about spending time with the family.

Overall,
Dustin, the salesman was professional, and showed me different options and upgrades without the hassle.
Since I had already made up my mind to purchase from Window World, I was not pressured by Dustin.

The workers who installed the windows were
professional, courteous, and respectful.
I appreciate Window World looking out for my safety by having their workers wearing a uniform shirt and their identification provided.

I love the basic classic wide white trim around the windows. I enjoy the natural light beaming inside the home.
My home now stays cooler and warmer inside.
I definitely love the bathroom windows, the frosted glass.

My entire interior and exterior home looks amazing.
My 4 fur babies can truly enjoy the clear view through the window and enjoy the breeze too.

I would definitely recommend Window World and reach out again in the future.

While we like our windows and have also been pleased with our windows in our Waco home. It is difficult to recommend when we have waited several months for a problem to be resolved.

We did not have a good experience with the salesman. When we first set up an appointment for a quote, we requested to have our windows and doors replaced. The salesman came prepared to show us windows but was not aware we were interested in doors as well. The salesman gave us information on the doors but was rushed due to his next appointment. He took our door order but did not get the correct front door color we requested and ultimately lied about our door request during installation.

Will recommend the company, not the install crew. Disappointed

Your employees were very professional. They were very good at their jobs and one of the main things that impressed me the most they did not leave any kind of mess. Everything inside and outside was cleaned perfectly. Actually window world was the first contractor that has come into my home and done such a professional job over the last five years so thank you for your great service.

The quality feel of the old door was better than the new ones. The new ones shut very lightly, the overall seal does not appear as sturdy as the one I had before.

The workers did a good job, but they inadvertently disconnected my freezer and I lost hundreds of dollars in frozen food/meat over the week. (I went on a business trip once they were done). Bad luck.

The windows are very nice, and we are happy to get the job done, however I am a 75 year old man, and having to remove and then reinstall the drapes, shades and furniture was torture. I have had windows replaced in other homes before, and NEVER had to experience that agony. Maybe you should consider a fee based service for this part of your install.

I was dismayed to discover that on installation day all my windows had an alarm sensor that I had to remove and rewire. Had the rep told me this, I would have bought windows somewhere else. As it turned out, the removal/rewire was relatively painless, only costing me a little time and electrical tape. BUT the rep should tell the customer. As it was, I had no choice, and no time to consult with a professional; not a good feeling. Lastly, the install crew was polite, friendly and efficient; however they could have been more diligent in the cleanup process.

Window World is a company I would recommend to anyone, they made everything very stress free from the Salesman to the institution. The Salesman explain the windows perfectly and showed how amazing they are, the installers were very professional. They came in and installed the windows and cleaned up and they were in and out in about 3 hours. They also explained everything about the windows before they left. Window World is an amazing company with an amazing warranty

Really disappointed the installation crew ruined my overall interaction with the company. Still waiting on a call back to resolve.
