window world installed windows at my residence in 2 different years. both times they ran out of trim. the first time they had to use white instead of cream. the second time they had to return the next day to finish the job. Seems everyonebwins if installers were given more trim.

Windows look great and they did a wonderful job on the install. My only hitch is, we just spent a LOT of money to install 33 windows and they didn't clean them. Yes, they wiped them down some and removed the stickers. But there was still sticker residue, hand prints, streaks and installation haziness on every window. I know they aren't "required" to do anything but remove stickers and quick wipe them but, one of the main purposes of windows is to provide a clear view of the outdoor world, indoors. For that, you need clean glass and, like a new car, you expect it to be clean when picked up. So too, we expected the windows to be cleaned.

After dealing with scare sales tactics from other remodeling companies (Power, GCW and Anderson), Window World was a weight of my shoulders. The pressure to commit to a project immediately in order to receive the best price was the bane of my existence from other companies. Window World gave us their best price first. I was recommended by a friend after almost losing hope for affordable quality windows. I will use window world for my doors next.

Friendly and efficient team

There is a few small cracks on the framing of the new windows that look like they’re caused by installation. Also glass shards were left inside the house after the installers broke down the old windows.

They did a good job putting the windows in but broke some brick in the process. They said they would come and repair it but never showed up.

The whole process was a great experience. Mr. Ryan was very professional. Not pushy. Answered all of our questions. He was very easy to talk with and genuine. Already referred him to my neighbor. The install was very pleasant also. Crew was very respectful and courteous.
