The installers did a fantastic job.

The quality feel of the old door was better than the new ones. The new ones shut very lightly, the overall seal does not appear as sturdy as the one I had before.

The workers did a good job, but they inadvertently disconnected my freezer and I lost hundreds of dollars in frozen food/meat over the week. (I went on a business trip once they were done). Bad luck.

The windows are very nice, and we are happy to get the job done, however I am a 75 year old man, and having to remove and then reinstall the drapes, shades and furniture was torture. I have had windows replaced in other homes before, and NEVER had to experience that agony. Maybe you should consider a fee based service for this part of your install.

I was dismayed to discover that on installation day all my windows had an alarm sensor that I had to remove and rewire. Had the rep told me this, I would have bought windows somewhere else. As it turned out, the removal/rewire was relatively painless, only costing me a little time and electrical tape. BUT the rep should tell the customer. As it was, I had no choice, and no time to consult with a professional; not a good feeling. Lastly, the install crew was polite, friendly and efficient; however they could have been more diligent in the cleanup process.

Window World is a company I would recommend to anyone, they made everything very stress free from the Salesman to the institution. The Salesman explain the windows perfectly and showed how amazing they are, the installers were very professional. They came in and installed the windows and cleaned up and they were in and out in about 3 hours. They also explained everything about the windows before they left. Window World is an amazing company with an amazing warranty

Really disappointed the installation crew ruined my overall interaction with the company. Still waiting on a call back to resolve.

They did an excellent job from what I can tell. They immediately started in task and did not stop till work was complete.

Excellent products and excellent worker's. The workers were very kind and respectful. The windows looks beautiful.

They also replaced my back door. The rubber molding has already broken because it is too thin. Windows are wonderful.

Very impressed with the entire install . . Workers were trained well and it was done timely .

First 4 windows were made with wrong measurements and we had to stay home another day for installation of those. During installation both times they did not cover the floored inside the house properly and walking through the window opens and walk with dirty shoes on my rug. Took pic and text supervisor before they did something about it. Found glass all over the house way away from window days after installation.

The windows are awesome and were installed in a timely manner. Everything was picked up afterwards and cleaned up. We will be getting the rest of the house done by window world shortly!

Scott made the ordering process very easy. The installation crew were great— no problems removing the old windows and installing the new windows. Very professional! They worked quickly and when they left there was no debris left.

Provide better protection when removing the old windows. Lots of small pieces of glass left behind.

Salesman was on time knew his products and took my concerns in the selection. Crew was on time worked very carefully and did a clean installation

From the in home estimate all the way to the install the process was super easy and the service was great. The price we paid was so much lower compared to other companies but the quality is definitely still there. This is our second time using Window World for a whole home window upgrade and we would use them again in the future if necessary. Thank you Robin and the install guys y’all were great.

Installers were good. And customer service was helpful. But the estimator that came out took extensive notes, wrote up the written order like we talked about and I signed. He placed a wrong order and then left me a voicemail basically calling me a liar, which I don’t take kindly to.
