Expensive and they use sub contractors. If you are going to do something like that then I expect a field supervisor to be on site for quality assurance

2nd order I’ve placed with your company-2nd order the slider didn’t come with a lock after asking salesman, then the window I purchased was NOT the window I spoke to the salesman about.

The installers did not install my sliding door correctly. They had to reorder a new frame and replace the one they put in. It means I have to take another day off work.

The installers left glass all over the house and drive way. They also installed a window in the incorrect place. My sales rep was supposed to follow up on the experience and never did. I’ve spent a lot of my well earned money to replace my windows and it feels like my business is under appreciated. I would like to be compensated in some way for my troubles.

The whole process was easy and efficient. Every person I spoke with was very helpful, informative, and kind.

I would not recommend....mainly because of the customer service at the shop or main office. The product seems fine (if and when it gets installed).

We upgraded from our original single pane builder grade windows. The windows we ordered arrived within the expected time frame.

They look amazing. We can actually use the windows now because they are so much easier to operate. The windows alone makes our house more modern looking from the inside and out.

The installers did our entire 2-story house in less than a day. Everything was installed to our satisfaction and they did a great job of cleaning up after themselves.

The windows are beautiful and solid.

They communicated well, and cleaned up well. They had their own way of doing things. When one room was finished, they cleaned the room. They borrowed the vacuum cleaner to make sure it was clean. It was a great experience.

The office was difficult to contact. The phone number listed in the email did not work, so I had to call the 1800 number on the website. Also, I wish the quoter and installer had access to charge credit cards in person instead of writing my credit card details on paper.

I am very unsatisfied customer. The overall feedback for both service and quality of installation by the Window World company of Houston is below acceptable. The sales man has came twice to measure the windows and still didn’t succeed in getting correct measurements to the manufacturer- 5 windows measurements were wrong by 30 inches (length) which resulted in delaying the installation by over a month. During this time Beryl hit Houston and I had many damages including water coming through the windows and causing water damage. The company refused to provide any help with the water damage. The second attempt to install windows has resulted in installing all windows with exception of 1 in the kitchen that happened to be too big….the installation crew has not cocked windows everywhere from the outside and messed up painting on the walls inside my house. I have shared the evidence with the manager but didn’t receive any reimbursements for that. The last window was finally installed on Sept 9. It took from the beginning to end over 4 months total from signing the contract on May 7 to the end of work on sept 9.
