Our salesperson, John, was very helpful and informative. We replaced 40 windows and the crew did a great job. Hadje arrived 15 minutes before the crew and he walked through and made sure everything was set for installation prior to the crews arrival. Installation and clean up went smoothly.

Great installers and great product! I bought windows before from Power home remodeling that were twice the price but had thicker bezel in which I am I unhappy with. My window world windows are perfect! I also had 2 exterior doors installed and they are perfect!

They damaged the hardi plank under the window removing the old window. They did not repair or replace it. They finished the job after dark and inspection of the job was difficult. They only showed me the indoor side of the window upon inspection. I guess they wanted to hide the damage they did outside.

The whole process was great! The Window World salesman Travis was so good at explaining everything and showing the windows and not pushy which we really loved! I was able to set up an appointment that worked for our schedule, they were here when they said they were and they did a beautiful installation job! They cleaned up everything before they left and explained how the windows worked and even gave us some window cleaner! Price was reasonable to put window windows throughout our whole house and we love them!

This is the second time we have purchased windows from Window World. The windows are high quality, cut/made perfectly and look beautiful in our home. The large picture windows bring a beauty and elegance to our home and the horizontal sliders in our kitchen area are a great touch, both aesthetically and functionally. I highly recommend them if you're looking for new windows that are beautiful, energy efficient, and functional.

Window is of great quality and looks great. From a security and energy efficiency aspect it is infinitely better than the old window.
The reason for the 4 Vs 5 Stars - during installation some damage was done to the stucco at the top of the exterior window AND on the inside where the window sill joins the wall (they used some of the dark window caulk to cover the damaged area).
Waiting to see what WindowWorld will do to correct.

This was a great experience from start to finish . I was kept up to date on the status of my windows and when it came down to installation these guys get right down to business . They replaced 8 windows in less than two hours and cleaned up afterwards. The price is also a no brainer compared to the competition. Similar materials and about an 1/8 of the price . I’ll be doing my doors next with Window World .

Windows are beautiful!

As a company, I would be hesitant due to the last experience. However when you finally sent Frank Cerrato to fix the previous work and finish the project it was good. I would recommend you but with the stipulation they only have him as the contractor. He knows what he is doing.

I expected that there would be no transfer of outside cold or heat into my home. I woke up Thursday morning the temperature was 49°, I touched my new window glass it felt like 48° cold!. I guess you get what you can afford.

I like Window World best for price, quality, appearance, ease of use, sliding screens, warranty, and efficient installation.

WW came the day after I called to give us a quote. The quote was given to us before the sales agent left. We places the order the same day. My new beautiful windows are now installed and I love them. This was not your normal window ordee. It consisted of plate glass windows, bay window glass and glasses for a sunroom. I couldn’t believe the warranty they gave us. The whole project went so smoothly.

No pressure sales. Good quality windows. Quality installation and thorough cleanup.

It was a frustrating experience. They did not install header flexers and refused to fix it even though I was charged for it. The crew was yelling at me when I was filling it questionnaire and signing the work completed form. I was charged $300 for 2 window sills but installed only one. Then refused to refund. Then I was told I was charged $200 not $300. Then I asked them to install that and headed flexors. They installed header flexors but not the other window sills. Then they said I was never charged for window sills. Then I referred to previous communication and they agreed to install the window sill, gave me a date for morning. The guy did not show up until 3 pm. And said he is only here to take measurements. I was already tired of this going on for 3 months. I asked to get it done quickly. Then they said my window sill is fine and they are going to refund me $100. Now I’m waiting for that refund.

Complete and professional installation!

Initial installation was fine we did have a problem and one window needed to be replaced. the wrong window was sent as a replacement and will take several weeks to get it sorted out very disappointed at this . The technician did a good job trying to replace it and explained everything well.
