Salesman was nice but not very helpful when it came to ordering or replying back. I was needing to pay my deposit and would leave messages for him to call me back but no response. he was always out in the field and he told me to call him back the next day to make it and still nothing …I ended up calling the 800 number myself to do so. I was needing the job done before a certain time frame and it would have been however the day of install they pulled up to my home with the wrong window color ordered!! So I had to wait another month for the reorder to arrive and be installed, missing my timeframe.

They were so quick! What I wish could have changed was protecting furniture / indoors from the glass and dust that fell into the house.

I really like the windows so far. My only complaint was the installation crew was a bit messy. I found silicone on my walls, picture and several big pieces of concrete underneath my bed. I think they could’ve been a bit more cleaner than that.

We’re getting a whole house generator which required us to change out a window due to installation requirements. We contacted Window World and Julio came out to give us an estimate. He was very professional and knowledgeable making him a pleasure to do business with. It took about 4 weeks for the window to come in and we were immediately scheduled for an install. Orlando was our head installer and he along with his helper did a fabulous job. We went from a sliding window to a picture window. It looks beautiful and we couldn't be happier with the finished product. Many thanks to them for a job well done!

I asked the salesman for a short overview to allow me to deal with my kids in the other room, and he respected my request and went through his material very quickly. He didn’t drone on and on like other contractors… he quickly answered all my questions, he brought a functioning sample for me to see and feel, and his price was lower than all the competitors. Also, when installed, it only took half the day for nearly 30 windows! And they look great and the installation crew was friendly and flexible. Very happy with my new windows.

The windows themselves are beautiful but our replacement was terrible. We had broken glass and mortar/sheetrock dust through out our home. It would take over a week to get our home completely cleaned and 4 weeks for them to replace one bad window, fix our Hardy plank, mortar our bricks and patch Sheetrock. We were in disbelief about broken glass everywhere inside and out.
