I had my windows installed in 2 parts. First set done the installers ripped off and broken up the wood trim.
When I questioned it they didn’t have an answer. The installers that came on Saturday was very careful not to damaged the trim and those windows look like the original windows and that’s what I was trying to achieve.

The salesman that came out was very knowledgeable and personable. The install crew was excellent . They all worked in unison and finished the window installation with speed and precision. I would recommend WW to anyone.

Installation and quality of the windows seem to be great. However, the installation crews were very messy and left glass inside and outside of the home. We even had glass in a bed that was pretty far away from the window itself. Not much of a training or care process when the job was finished.

Overall, was pretty disappointed in the clean up and cleanliness of the installation.

Very very poor communications with office to finally get product installed

Y’all broke my alarm system y’all messed up shutters on the side of my house. I said y’all were gonna come fix them and y’all did everything not to had a side out of mine.

The price was right, and the installation was fast and easy. Good product quality too.

Overall the windows looked great, but it took 3 months to finish my job due to mis-measuring 3 windows. These 3 windows had to be ordered 3 different times. Communitcation was lacking during this time. I would email or text the Supervisors and I would not get a response. Julian was the only one who finally helped me get my windows finished. I should have at least been given some kind of discount during this process. I like the windows, but I would probably not recommend Window World to a freind.
