The installers did a good job. The only thing I forgot to do was take some things off the wall so I had 2 things that got broke.
More transparency on communication among the employees and customers
No one called us to update us on our order status. It was me who had to contact our salesperson for updates.
No one called to schedule the appt . I had to do that as well.
The day before our install we received an email that someone would be in touch with us tomorrow before 10am to schedule our install.. well no one called us and the installers showed up at 7:30 ready to work. This call in my opinion should have been MANDATORY
Wow what a professional job they did. I was very impressed on the sales and installation. No pressure at all. The installers worked great together. You could even tell that they were there. The windows looked as if they came with the home. I have been telling everyone that Window World did a fantastic job.

My windows were left with a sticky residue and stickers and smudge prints on the windows. I requested to the supervisor and to one other guy that dropped off the gift bag, but nothing happened. I got new windows with some dirty residue.
Window World did exactly what they said they would do. The pricing is straight forward and the job was completed in one day.
The windows look great and the crew worked quickly and professionally. My only complaint is that I am still finding very small pieces of broken glass on my pool deck underneath the windows. I vacuum them up when spotted but it is concerning as people often walk barefoot in this area, including my grandchildren, since it is by the pool.
Overall, good experience for sales pitch and installation, marred only by one pane broken on install out of 30+ windows. Took three weeks to get replacement sash window made and installed.
Process was easy and transparent
The entire process was efficient and transparent. The salesman took all measurements and made a few recommendations. The windows were ordered and arrived earlier than the estimated time given. The installers were professional, timely and the craftsmanship was above par. We are very pleased with the entire process as well as the finished product.

There was a lot of silicone on the glass that needed to be cleaned off after the installation. The silicone was clear so it is likely due to sloppy work at the factory
I would recommend with input about reservations with installation process so new customer would have a full understanding.
The window was replaced on Friday 6/27/2025. The Crew was running late due to the previous job taking longer than expected. When the crew got here, they worked as fast as they could. After the installation, I did a quick inspection from downstairs because I wanted to get back to the evening routine as soon as possible. I did not see the smudge on the windows up high until the next day when I got to the upstairs. I called Window World customer service the following Monday. They sent out a crew to fix the problem on Thursday. I want to say that Window World do a good job in general. If there is a problem, they will come out to fix it. They made sure that customers are satisfied.
Price is great compared to some others, service is great, and Scott is the best salesman you got.

Our salesman, Bruce, answered all of our questions and showed us the actual window and the lifetime guarantee. Paul and his install crew did a great (and fast!) job of demoing the old windows and installing the new windows. Ernest, the site leader, stopped to check on the install and walked me through how to open and close a window, both bottom and top (double hung windows) Very happy with the whole process from quote to install.

Windos are good, instalation service very poor, installers work to fast because they say they have to do 2 more jobs to do so they have a lot of mistakes and have to come back twice, they take my furniture that was under roof to out side and got wet because the rain, they never putin back, his manager never showed up, I call him twice never come so I will not recommend this company.
I initially left a comment that I was not satisfied by the installation crew cleanliness after the work was done, but I was contacted by the Window World to ask for the reason. I was offered $100 accommodation, and I am satisfied how Window World took care customer's feeling and addressed it immediately. I would consider Window World for future home project.
