Easy to arrange an estimate and installation date

This was my second time to use Window World to replace my windows. I’d only been able to do some of my windows initially, and this time I replaced the rest. WW has always made the best possible impression on me, from the sales reps to the office staff to the installers, not to mention the website, the literature, and the various forms of communication (email, texts, etc.) And their prices seem to be competitive. I highly recommend Window World.

The entire process worked pretty well. It was not perfect but everything was made correct.

Travis the sales representative made it really easy. I spoke with him at their location and then he came out and did the measurement for the new windows. I had a couple of questions after I placed my order, and he was able to answer them.

Then when my windows came in, I missed the call that afternoon so I had to call back the next day. They were able to put me on the schedule to do the installation.

Pablo showed up the next day to do the installation. They had took out the old windows and replaced it with the new ones within 2 hours.

The down side was that one of the windows was broken and the metal was bent, so they had to place a re-order for that one window. I spoke with Pablo's supervisor (David)I and he guarantee that they would order the new windows and it would be in about 3 weeks.

I contacted David, and he indicated that the new replacement window had arrived and he would schedule the installation the next day. They came out and did the installation in no time.

I have been very satisfied with overall work that Window World did on the removal and installation of the new windows. I have been enjoying being able to look out my windows again.

You could not get the door frame color correct. First frame was white despite a specific order to match the wood in the rest of the house. Second time the repainted frame did not match, not even the door.

2 main reasons- First, the salesman walked into dog poop (I have 2 big dogs), that I made him aware of, but due to him coming early, I was not able to dispose of it. He walked through my kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom, stepping into my tub and standing on my counter, each step leaving dog poop behind, then he walked out without saying anything. (I was filling out my loan information on the back patio) You could see the footprints vividly going in and coming out. I should have been told and given a cleaning compensation. He had to have known. Why didn't he check his shoes or take them off. It took me literally hours to clean.

Then after the glass was replaced, I had shards of glass in my flower beds, yard and driveway. I stepped on some and had to clear all other pieces for my dogs.

1. The crew arrived on time.
2. The crew leader asked me to identify the windows thatvwere being replaced and explained how they would proceed.
3.The crew covered the floors appropriately.
4. They then started removing each window one by one, cleaning up behind themselves, installing the new window, completing the installation and moving on to the next window, then moving on to the patio door. The door was installed with the same precision and care .
5. The 3 man crew are to be applauded for their excellent customer service, their amazing skills and techniques which allowed them to do a superior job.

Ease of service, quality of windows

The sliding door install was not done very well. There is a bump when latching. I mentioned this to the installer and he said 'give it time' . It has been months and nothing has changed.

Great customer service, always on time and communication was outstanding. Quick job, cleaned up and made sure we knew how to operate the new windows and door.

Prices were competitive.

Process was pretty simple and straight forward. Windows are beautiful and time will tell how they stand up so I can't speak to that currently. However, with the lifetime warranty, we have a measure of comfort that if something happens we'll be covered. Staff was very easy to work with and installation was really quick once the order was received. Thank you for a great experience.
