Quality of product, nice installers, friendly sales staff. Good experience all around.

I ordered 5 windows, 2 were mismeasured and could not be installed . Installation of correct windows took too long..Old windows had security alarm connections. Window World told me they could not reattach as they were not trained for that.

Great service. Quality work. No mess

The crews were always friendly, knew what they needed to get done, explained if there were concerns so we could work together for resolution at the same time as they were working on other windows that were not of concern. Great job thru entire process even with a home that was built in 1970, had some issues with prior installation that measurements for new windows would not fit, so they gave us instructions on what we needed to do, while the new size windows were ordered to fit the new opening size. That could not have been projected totally until the installer saw how the original windows and settlement had affected those windows. The job is now complete for them, now for me to get the trim piece painted and it will all be complete. Job well done!!

I would definitely recommend window world to anyone wanting to replace windows in their home. Customer service was great from start with the sales person to finish with the installation crew.

The windows were a great value when comparing to a few other companies. The salesman, Brandon, was also very good and treating me like a friend, and in being available for questions.

-be sure all windows are in the warehouse before scheduling the install- had to take two days off work rather than one due to poor planning on Window World
- have installers respect the home they are working in by wearing booties over work boots when entering home and walking on the carpet
- clean windows after install to show pride in the business and the products. This was not done on the first install but was done by Francisco on the second install. Thank you to this young man.

From the beginning with Gordon to the end with the crew yall were fantastic!

We needed our sliding glass patio doors replaced. Our old ones were the originals in a house that was built in 1957 and had become very difficult to slide on the track. They are also quite large ... 95 inches wide and 75 inches tall (approx. 8' X 6')..The entire process with Window World was awesome. The Receptionist/Appointment Setter whom I talked with when I first called, the Design Consultant (Matt Mealer), the Installation Crew Chief (Mr. Ortiz), the installers and the Field Supervisor (Julian Cuevas) were all very professional, knowledgeable and competent. A job well done everybody!

Outstanding staff and quality of workmanship

Work crew was very efficient.

The crew was excellent. They covered everything with me after installation and did a good job of cleaning up the mess.

The slider window comes off the slide, and Scott stated it is a known issue, but I did not find out until the work was completed. This is clearly a quality defect, and had I known, would have opted to go with the double hung. I love the picture window. The only other feedback is the way the demo is done, glass shards were all over the floor and I assumed they swept, but did not and several pieces of glass were left behind. I would recommend they tape or cover the windows when they remove them, as glass was flying as they hit it from outside. Otherwise, I really like the way Scott kept me informed and did the walk through. Finally, I requested to keep the glass from one window, to transfer and use for a new cabinet that require a glass insert, and was told they do not have a process to take the glass out in a way to preserve the glass - that is a missed opportunity to re-use and show awareness for recycling.
