The sales process was straight forward, helpful, and low pressure. It was compelling and easy to buy. The only thing I’ll say is that Window World needs to go digital. Still using carbon copy and overnighting documents is a little concerning..

The windows are so much better than the windows we had. We had 4 windows that had glass broken or would not shut completely. We absolutely love the new windows!! The black on outside and white inside looks fabulous!!!

Alan answered every question we had prior to and after the order of the windows. The installation crew, which was a team of 4, were knew their jobs and did them well.

The install team were quick but thorough

From the get go, the salesman was knowledgeable & respectful of our time. He presented the product in a clear way. The price for the quality really sold us. Many other quotes we got were 1.5-2x as expensive. The installation crew was efficient & clean.

1) Guy on phone much of the time with video calls to his daughter/son.
2) Often while some worked, the rest sat around doing nothing.
3) One guy sat in his truck on his phone the entire time. Can I get that job?
4) Found shards of glass here and there after they left. Had to vacuum and clean up myself.
5) Job took 7.5 hours, promised 4 hours max. Maybe if people weren't on the phone so much or chipped in it would have gone faster.

Just had 13 windows replaced, the installation crew was awesome. The crew picked up everything, field supervisor came out after job was completed to insure everything went as expected. Good customer service

Professional, cleanliness and Quality

We liked the sales representative and the communication with the company

Installers did a great job. They were respectful, quick, efficient. Some minor things I wish were different. Installers didn’t speak English. Caused a communication barrier at times. Some small nails holes not filled in some window frames. Gates to yard not secured after installation during clean up which caused an unseen pet tragedy. Partly my fault as well. I should have checked after they were done. Windows are amazing. Huge difference in outside noise and temperature. Proving was amazing as well. Would gladly recommend to anyone.
