Your installation team kept in contact with me before their arrival. They were very professional friendly. Got the work done and cleaned up thoroughly. I was very impressed! The lady that tended to the billing and looked like the supervisor was very pleasant and helpful as well

Why am I very unlikely to recommend Window World? I was told installation would take one day. I thought that was impressive. And I was right, it was impressive because it never happened. Here I am six weeks later and I’m still waiting for the this job to be wrapped up. On the day of the initial installation two units were the wrong size and a third had a broken sash. When the two that were the wrong size were reordered and finally arrived they weren’t tempered as required by code because of the proximity to a door. These, then, had to be reordered. Finally, on the third try the units were tempered and the correct size so that was resolved. But…I’m still waiting for the broken sash to be replaced. Oh, and communication could be improved. Instead of someone at Window World keeping me appraised of the progress I have to call to check on the progress otherwise I’m left to guessing.

Let me start off by telling everyone that window world had the very best Value of all contractors contacted. The first set of windows ordered did not fit and were supposed to be installed in July. After having to reorder my windows they were eventually installed in November which put off the other work to be done, painters, flooring etc. We had planned for house to be on the market in September and becuase of the delay it will be summer becuase of the weather and scheduling. The install went ok with the exception of poor and messy caulking part. I recieved no concessions for my troubles.

We’ve previously had new windows and later we had patio doors installed. We just purchased a new front door and they installed it this week. The estimate process is easy, no pressure to purchase. They communicate along the way. The quality is exceptional and the clean up is great.

The installation of the windows went well and the quality of the installation looked adequate although I couldn't inspect the 2nd floor windows to check their installation quality. On the down side, the installers left broken shards of glass on the ground below the broken window they removed and also left manufacturer's stickers on about half of the exterior frames on 2nd floor windows which can't easily be removed by the homeowner.

From start to finish every team member was outstanding and worked as a true team in meeting and exceeding our needs

Same standard door at home depot for 350.00 36x80 SAME MODEL SAME EVERYTHING!!! Door WAS NOT SPECIAL ORDERED AS STATED. I SAW IT WHEN I WENT TO PURCHASE MY STORM DOOR. DIDN'T EVEN PAINT THE UNLESS I PAID EXTRA. INSTALLERS USED 2 TO 3 INCHES OF CALKING TO FILL IN GAPS. FRAME WAS NOT LEVEL WHICH COST ME EXTRA ON THE INSTALL DUE TO ADJUSTMENTS NEEDED. USED BRICK MOLDING INSTEAD IF THE FLAT ON A HOUSE WITH SIDING. Which also resulted in hiccups with the storm door installation. THEY TOOK ALMOST 2 MONTHS TO EVEN GET THE DOOR AN DO THE INSTALL. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE...EVER!!!

The crew was extremely messy. Left behind blankets and glass. Threw personal belongings around. Got caulking all over places. Used too much foam and didn't clean it up.

Easiest process and love my new windows. We replaced the entire house and it was installed in one day. City inspector just did inspection and said it was the best caulk work he’s ever seen, even wrote Great Work on our report. Highly recommend!

I am not likely to recommend them to a friend because they didn't follow through with what they said they'd do. My windows were ordered back in July and there's still a prgolem with them, as we speak.

Defnitely have an English speaking individual as a lead installer.
