I didnt like the tint. Had i know it would make the room so dark i would never have gotten the tint.

The entire experience was pleasant, from the salesman who made the initial site visit, the follow up from customer service to the install team. I was definitely impressed with the installation crew. They showed up at 11:30 and were done by 3:30 with18 windows. 4 guys working and 1 person cleaning up behind them.
Chris Stanfill - completed estimate on 7-2-, Said it would be 2-4 days before 1/2 down would show on my credit card. I called office 2 weeks later to inquire,he called me asking for my credit card which he already had. He said "oh" & the charge hit on 7-18. Windows installer appointment was August 11, Monday. Was to call ETA by 10am. No call received by 12 noon. I left VM & text to Johnathan, field supervisor, Still no answer by 2pm. I called office, then he returned call. Installers could not make it & would come the next day 8-12. Installer came & one window was wrong size. I told installer I didn't want the 2nd window & don't reorder. I called office when they left & told person who answered phone. He said he would talk to Johnathan's supervisor. I had long conversation with Johnathan. He said he would talk to his supervisor. JO1134hnathan called back & said I did not have to buy the 2nd window. He would like to come out & take a picture & remeasure the window. He came next day & my husband had to show him the error made on the measurement.
I have asked the office for a detailed invoice for the window & charges that make up the $1134 we paid for the one window. This is for an insurance hail damage claim & I need that document in order to file the claim & be reimbursed. The 3 part NCR form that I was given for the windows is for 2 windows & cannot be scanned to send to insurance company. All I have received a Paid invoice with no details.
I am very disappointed in the customer service of Window World. The window installed is fine.
Well, after waiting eight weeks, we finally got our windows installed and experienced several windows that had manufacturing imperfections. The service supervisor came out, ordered window replacements after inspecting the windows. We waited several weeks again and the installers came out and didn’t have the correct amount of windows and the replacements were worse than the original windows installed. It seems that window world has a quality problem.

Brian Ham was our sales person. He knew nothing about doors and the installation of them. I don’t know why window world would send out a rep that doesn’t know about the products he is trying to sell. He is a poor communicator and used every excuse in the book as to why he was incapable of timely follow up. He forgot to submit our doors to the manufacturer so it increased our time line another 6 weeks plus the wasted 6 weeks that he didn’t realize that he screwed up.
When the doors were installed the crew did a bad job and they didn’t come with the materials required to do the job per the contract we made with window world. If I had not read our contract we would have been out $640 in interior and exterior trim that they didn’t bring with them. A supervisor had to come out and waste another one of my days off to redo everything that was done on the initial install date plus the interior and exterior trim.
We will never use window world again, would not recommend and we should have a portion of our payment refunded to use do to the complete incompetent of Brain Ham and the crew that did the install as well as the 6 months we spent waiting for window world to get their **** together.

Tell your customers they will have to re attach brackets for blinds. I had to pay someone to do it for me. Be more consistent with arrival time frame.
My neighbor had already ordered hers
The windows look good but the installers were late said they would be here at 4:00 and I texted him at 4:21 when he had not showed up or contacted me. He texted me back saying he would be at my house in 35 minutes. We had shade screens that had been removed laying in the backyard and they took them when they completed the job. I didn’t notice they had been taken until they had left. I called and he said it wouldn’t fit the new windows but we removed them and I didn’t ask them to take them, bad communication. I called and spoke to Jonathan he said for me to get an estimate and he would try and reimburse me. Just a few things that happened during the process.

We were happy with everything except the instillation crew
The installers did not clean the windows and they had sticky substance all over them that we had to scrape off. The caulking on some of the windows is sloppy. Caulk on some of the window sills that wasn’t wiped off. Outside window frame was damaged and will need to be patched and painted.
The measurement was inaccurate for 3 of my windows, and installer did not replace the rotten wood at one of the window.
Getting the initial quote was easy and comfortable. Rodger was awesome! The installation was easy and fast! The team was efficient, hard workers and did great and keeping everything clean!

The salesman told me one thing but when installation team came out it was different.
Be on time and order the product correctly. Compensate the customer when you repeatedly cancel on them due to the company’s issues. I had to request to hold full payment until the job was completed. Gerald seemed friendly at first, but blamed his workload and other people when things didn’t go as planned. Never offered any discount for several job completion delays.
When I requested one, due me losing several days wages because of delays. he said he would follow back up after the job was completed but did not.
