Windows are a big expense and it pays to shop around. Window World has a good quality product and fair price.

Terrible service. Installers not professional.

The quality of the windows is very good.

We were very comfortable with Brian Ham, the crew and Roxie. They kept us informed and was able to answer the questions we had. The team worked very hard and long hours, Roxie checked every detail. It was difficult to see everything because it was dark outside, Roxie had a light and assured me of details.

I did two houses. Neither was measured correctly and caused extended time to completion on one house and I have to settle with not being able to open to clean them on the other house. That is the only reason I wanted them. My inside shutters block them from pulling in since they were not measured correctly. Very disappointed!

The widows are very pretty. Kevin was great. As i stated below had I been told how the widows are not removed one at a time and replaced one at a time I would have covered my furniture and my kitchen more.

Crew was great but for our job there needed to be more workers because they were trying to clean up in the dark which you know how that goes. It was amazing that 5 guys could even do the job they did. Amazing crew.

The master bath and the guest bedroom we’re supposed to be rain fog and the guest bedroom was not. Then the other weird thing was we had five tempered glass windows that do not open. The next day, the bottom of the windowsills were covered in baby knats. No one has an explanation why that happened

I have 2 windows that need springs, they will not stay open . I have contacted WW regarding this issue with no responce. As if WW does not care about custoners once they have cash in hand.

Window World provided very smooth service; everything was explained clearly, and they were very responsive to my questions.

The entire process, from the meeting with the sales representative to the installation, was smooth and efficient.

At the time of purchase, I expected the windows to be installed in 6-8 weeks. Instead, it took nearly 5 months, multiple missed days of work, and the delay skyrocketed our project cost because WindowWorld repeatedly made mistakes and were slow to make the mistakes right. Our $5,000 window replacement caused us to lose nearly $12,000 in lost revenue from the delays. It was supposed to be the simplest upgrade on our property, but it ended up being the most difficult. Windowworld was dimissive, like, "oh well, we measured wrong, we'll call you again in two months to see if the new ones fit." Further, when WW did not complete the work, I was repeatedly pressured into paying the balance due. I stated the deal was 50% down, 50% at completion. The work was not completed, but they asked for the entire balance, so they could pay their expenses and assured me they would return. No. If it took months to complete the work and they had the incentive of receiving an outstanding balance, I can only imagine how hard asking them to honor a warranty might be.

This review refers to patio door installation and not windows. We really needed a door expert and not a window installer to do the door installation. We have requested someone to look at our door so hopefully it will be resolved.

Guess I should’ve known I’d need to hire window cleaners but thought new windows would be clean. Almost every existing window was broken when removing.

Our door was not finished on the day of install. Ordered wrong size of trim and will have to come back out again

The crew and crew lead, Rossy, were professional and respectful. They listened to our questions and answered each of them. They made sure each of the window areas both inside and outside was clean from any debris.

Good at keeping me informed of their arrival time, when they get here it was like an army. Ascended on the house. They just did a fantastic job. They put dropcloths down. They had the windows in and out in no time, I had 16 windows of different styles and shapes and didn't slow them down a bit. They were super professional and all that done in about four hours or less and they cleaned up vacuumed. Everything is a really super job, they're super organized in every person on the team knew where to jump in and fill in or do whatever is needed. I have one window left to do. They came back and same type of work couldn't be more. I have used them in the past and I am grateful I used them again. Henry Nuckolls

Beautiful windows; good financing option

The entire crew was wonderfulThey did a great job!! They left no mess to be found. Very courteous and right on time.

Pros: The price, the speed on install, the product quality, and the salesman were all impeccable.

Cons: The speed of the install (14 windows in 4 hours) was mitigated by the extreme mess left behind. In order to remove the old windows (original 1978 single hung) the team literally broke out every single window. Drop cloths were used, and they brought out a shop vac and made an attempt to clean but they were not enough and were fairly haphazard. For the last 6 days I have been constantly picking up glass shards everywhere. EVERYWHERE. I had never seen windows replaced and while surprised when they started scoring and breaking out every pane I had no reason to believe it wasn't being done correctly. I know now that this isn't standard procedure, and that this method is really about speed. In any case, my house is not safe for pets or children right now even though we have beautiful windows, and the money I saved by using WW over another company will now be spent on professional cleaning and a doctor's bill to remove a shard of glass out of my foot.

Unfortunately the team lead literally stood looking over my shoulder and demanded that I fill in the comment card in front of him and hand it to him along with the check and I was too intimidated to fill it out honestly.

Expeditious consultation, no 4-hour demonstration of heat deflection, etc. Fair pricing; to be exact, about $9k less than another company quoted us. Install SO far exceeded my expectations—you couldn’t even tell they had been in our home except for the beautiful new windows! Like, no dust even. I LOVE my new windows so much!!! This experience was so much better than I had anticipated. Everything was up front. We signed the contract, they executed flawlessly. Excellent communication and service. I’ve already recommended Window World to others, if you go with them you will not be disappointed!

I liked that my sales person was nit pushy and everything he said and quoted me was accurate. My installation was fast and easy no problems.

This is my second of three phases to putting in new windows. I am a little uneasy because my phone charger was taken from the nightstand that was not in the area of the new windows. In the past I had a contractor go through my nightstand and steal a 1k money order. He was arrested and given 6 months probation . Sadly I did not get my money back. I know it is a simply charger but it makes me uneasy and wonder if my stuff was gone through.

No. Poor customer relations, major error on salesman's part and very difficult to get it corrected. We have a friend who ordered on our recommendation and she has had a miserable time getting her order corrected. She is hopeful that it will be corrected in the next week. I am embarrassed I recommended Window World. Too many issues.

The installers broke the door while installing. It’s hard to shut and they broke a flower pit and a plant caddie while installing.
