Half the price of others, literally. Quick, professional, follow up

Sales person knows what he's talking about and is very easy to talk/explain all aspects of windows replacement as well as financing.

The issue I had, I was not notified prior to the installation as stated when I made my appointment. The original eta was much later than I expected which would have been an additional expense for me. But my salesman Justin made some calls and the issue was resolved.

The only reason we went back to Window World was due to the fact that we had windows put in by them 10 years ago.

The windows look great, and the team they sent was on time, nice, and professional.

Multiple times they could not get the size of the window right. The regional manager could not fix it. Go anywhere but Window World.

I was supposed to receive a phone call by 10:00 a.m. the day they were arriving I never got a phone call 11:00 I called the office the girl I spoke to said she would put in a Urgent Message to the field supervisor and he would contact me shortly I also left a voice message and a text message with the field supervisor with no response 1:00 I called back again and still hadn't heard from anybody what time they're going to show up finally by 2:30 the field supervisor called me said to be here by 3:00 he did not arrive until 3:40 two of the workers did not speak much English they did expedite putting the windows in at this point I'm satisfied with the work I put in the windows in but it's very unsatisfied with a lack of communication from the field supervisor I had things I could have done during the day but I stayed home and waited for them so for that reason I cannot give a good review nor recommend the company.

Window World was on time, did good work, cleaned up, and provided a good experience. They were very professional.

I have never purchased new windows, and it was a very pleasant experience.

The sales process was easy and little to no pressure. The installation was clean and efficient, and the windows are great.

Window World came out to replace all the old windows in the back of our house a few years ago. The windows are lovely, easy to clean and use, and we've enjoyed them so much that we had them come back out to the house a few weeks ago and install all new windows in the front of the house. It looks fantastic. One window from before had developed mold from an imperfectly sealed sash and they came out promptly to replace it. They really do stand behind their windows and their warranty. Window World of Dallas is a great company with a great product.

Window World was very affordable and efficient. The installation was good, and quick. We enjoyed every aspect of working with them.

1) Manufacturer made the door wrong size.
2) Communication for original delivery and corrected delivery was scarce and diffiult/ unprofessional
3) Installation crew was 90% but shorted out my 12vdc door bell transformer either from removing electrical protective tape or shorting out the wires during destruction

We were referred to Tim, our Design Consultant, and even though he was new, he made sure every detail was handled. The installation crew faced a few challenges, as every home does, but their skill, persistence, and positive attitude stood out.
After installation, the Production Manager, Geral, coordinated with Tim and specialist Clayton and followed through on all of our post project questions. Their teamwork made the entire process smooth and reassuring.

Crushed my downspout, the caulk seal was not installed cleanly and I am going to have to redo it, and your crew installed a window world sign stake into my front yard without even telling me or asking. The followup customer service has been awful.

Yes. But plase supervise closely because the install crew that came out to do the work, very good at what they do only they don/t care about scratching the paint off of the walls and piciking up the mess they make. Seemed like they were in a hurry when they arrived.

Very courteous service and good prices

We had a lot of hiccups with our installation, and depending on who was asking me to do the windows, it would probably depend on the age of their homes. We have an older home, and the windows had to get remade; it wouldn't fit and was measured wrong, and we had a lot of delays back and forth. Overall it's come out good, but it's something that could be better when you're dealing with an older house.
