Good windows ata great price!

I have never purchased new windows, and it was a very pleasant experience.

The sales process was easy and little to no pressure. The installation was clean and efficient, and the windows are great.

Window World came out to replace all the old windows in the back of our house a few years ago. The windows are lovely, easy to clean and use, and we've enjoyed them so much that we had them come back out to the house a few weeks ago and install all new windows in the front of the house. It looks fantastic. One window from before had developed mold from an imperfectly sealed sash and they came out promptly to replace it. They really do stand behind their windows and their warranty. Window World of Dallas is a great company with a great product.

Window World was very affordable and efficient. The installation was good, and quick. We enjoyed every aspect of working with them.

1) Manufacturer made the door wrong size.
2) Communication for original delivery and corrected delivery was scarce and diffiult/ unprofessional
3) Installation crew was 90% but shorted out my 12vdc door bell transformer either from removing electrical protective tape or shorting out the wires during destruction

After installation, the Production Manager, Geral, coordinated with Tim and specialist Clayton and followed through on all of our post project questions. Their teamwork made the entire process smooth and reassuring.
We’re very pleased with both the results and the people who made it happen.

Our home is noticeably more comfortable, and the reduction in road and air traffic noise is remarkable.
A neighbor referred me to Tim, our Design Consultant, and I’m grateful she did. Even though Tim was new, he was a former customer and made sure every detail was addressed. Every home presents its own challenges, and our installation crew certainly encountered a few — but I was genuinely impressed by their skill, persistence, and consistently positive attitude.

Crushed my downspout, the caulk seal was not installed cleanly and I am going to have to redo it, and your crew installed a window world sign stake into my front yard without even telling me or asking. The followup customer service has been awful.

Yes. But plase supervise closely because the install crew that came out to do the work, very good at what they do only they don/t care about scratching the paint off of the walls and piciking up the mess they make. Seemed like they were in a hurry when they arrived.

We had a lot of hiccups with our installation, and depending on who was asking me to do the windows, it would probably depend on the age of their homes. We have an older home, and the windows had to get remade; it wouldn't fit and was measured wrong, and we had a lot of delays back and forth. Overall it's come out good, but it's something that could be better when you're dealing with an older house.

I think it takes a lot of time for them to come out for the installation. We waited 6-7 months for 1 window. They provided the wrong measurements. This delayed the installation time. The process and communication can be improved.

Window world promised a “crew” would perform the installation. Instead, it was one installer. While he was professional and friendly, he tried to complete the entire task in one day. This had him at my house from 9:30 am until nearly 9 pm at night. And it left him rushing to finish after sundown and during an evening thunderstorm. Rushed work translated into sloppiness

I am very satisfied with the windows, the window installation team, and the whole process.

The estimated time for completion and the time of actual completion were almost 4 weeks apart. Had this happen in the summer hot months or the cold of winter, this would have drastically changed my view of your overall experience. I do understand material delivery and timeframes. That is why I did not have a lower recommendation than what I have given. This is from someone that has to deliver on stated schedules.

arrived late due to other project, were pushed by coming storms to leave early, I have had to clean house, window and outside due to the arrival of the storm. team was good and did communicate with me once here on the install.
