The entire experience was great. From my first call, to the day my window was installed.

This was the second time we have had Window World install windows for us and they did another fabulous job.

Time frame of 4-6 weeks from signing of contract was not accurate nor met.
Every update I would ask for would be answered with “trucks in the lot just verifying order”.

Install was decent enough, some of the screens are slightly warped because the window is too tight. Solution to the was using a heat gun to “straighten it out” which is quite ridiculous if you know anything about vinyl and heat it was cause warping..

The best part about window world is they’re cheap compared to other window companies.. but it comes with its own price.

Love my new windows. They're so easy to open and close; easy to latch/lock, and super easy to tilt in to clean. Winter will no doubt be a new experience as well; my house will no longer sound like a haunted house from the bitter cold wind whistling through drafty windows and forming ice on the INSIDE of the windows! First time I'm not dreading winter! Thank you, Window World!

The entire process was very good. Our sales person was very professional and communicated well after we placed the order. The communication of when our windows would be installed was also very good. The best part was the on-site crew that did the installation. They communicated well with us and they worked hard. I appreciated that the field supervisor came by in the middle of the day to make sure everything was OK. We couldn’t be happier.

Salesman was thorough and informative, price was competitive if not better, quality of the window seems to be good, installation was good and efficient. Installation crew was very good.

We decided that the WW windows do not have the whiz bang of Anderson or Pella, but they are better value.

They were installed in a few hours.

I am very pleased with my patio door. Every one was so professional and friendly. I would recommend window world.

We ordered a window & when it came in it didn’t fit. So, we waited a few days for someone to come remeasure it.
Then we were told it would be ‘rushed’ through the system. It was NOT!
We received an email on five5/15/26 saying it should take 3 to 4 weeks. Then we emailed Jonathan mid June & his response was not nice.
When it came in the end of June the installers made a mess & the installation is sub par.

Yes!! Professional experience throughout the entire process. Salesman, install crew, quality and value were above expectations.

The windows were installed correctly but the mess was unacceptable. I had to spend 2-3 hours after the install team left scrubbing every window surface because it was covered in sticker glue and caulk. The caulk was not just in the corners either... there was caulk all over every window. The windows looked like they had a quick wipe down with a dirty newspaper.

There was not enough drop clothes for the entire job. There was ONE 6x6 moving blanket that was used to cover a wall of windows that is 14 feet long, so we had construction material falling directly onto our hardwood floors. No protective coverings were placed on wood floors and a water bucket full of caulk was dragged across those floors. In addition we rolled carpets out of the way and created a walkway but those rolled up carpets were walked all over rather than going around them. Window seals were not vacuumed out and carpets had rocks all over them

Finally, they used a furniture cover for the master bedroom bed but for some reason that cover was on the floor an hour into the installation and nobody bothered to fix that.
I get that window installs are messy but turning over windows with a minimal effort final clean did not leave a good impression with us.

The salesperson stated “it’s a messy job but after we are done it would be like nobody was there”. That statement does not reflect the 9 hours of cleaning we had to do just to start cleaning the dust we anticipated on having.

Our house was treated like a construction site, not a home.

Kindness and behavior of crew

Very efficient and such hard workers.

Sales process was the only good part.
Lack or no communication after that on EVERYTHING.
Installation day had issues.
Workers baby and its mother were on site of job.
Damaged yard/ fence gate which still remains damaged.
Other items were finally addressed 45+ days after install
Field supervisor Jonathon did not communicate (answer texts), got dates wrong (followed up by stopping by on the wrong date which I communicated would not work bc I had surgery the day before. Asked me what my surgery was for) sent email/text the morning of my surgery saying they were coming that day.
When I called the customer service number I only got thru twice, called probably 5+ times. My call was never returned when it says we’ll call you later if you don’t want to wait on hold
The first I did speak with put me off. I asked to speak to a manager who never returned my call.
I had to call to find out what was going on for the window that was mismeasured

WE WERE TOLD BY THE INSTALLER THAT WE DIDNT MAKE A PAYMENT UNTIL THE FULL PROJECT WAS DONE AND WE GOT A LATE FEE

ONE THING AFTER ANOTHER and I could never reach a customer service person

The install was a debacle my house was trashed after having all the windows ripped out at once because the crew that was scheduled before lunch didn’t show up until 2pm. They failed to measure and two full length windows were 10 inches too long so they cut ten inches off and stuck it in the frame because they had already ripped out and destroyed the old frame. I’ll upload pictures of what my front door looks like. The seals are inconsistent and the two in my bedroom leak at the seals. The production supervisor came out and walked around mumbling arguing against my concerns . All this and I paid cash up front that was over 4 months and still going .

They still haven't gotten back to me. Their response isn't very timely. Their office personnel later is a little bit nippy.

Not pleased with the late start and finished in the dark.
