The scheduling department was a joke. I scheduled for 2 different Saturdays and both appointments were rescheduled the day before at 5 PM. The reasoning was that they don’t have installers available for Saturday installs, but let me schedule for Saturdays twice. The scheduling process was extremely disappointing and frustrating.

HORRRRRIBBLE SERVICE. WOULD NEVER EVER recommend anyone to window world and not even speak about Jonathan. He could care two cents. I get they want to just finish and never hear from anyone again because I complained about something after the guys were completed especially since did not notice the guys broke my storm door and of course he never answered. I was already upset since it took FOUR TIMES to be scheduled. FOUR. First okay sure weather but the other 3 definitely not weather related. You guys need to do better. Everyone should stay away from window world now to figure out who is going to fix my **** door.

I had my windows replaced by Window World and I’m really happy. I waited a couple of years after my neighbour had hers done, just to see how they held up, and she still loved them. So I’m glad I went with them. The whole process was smooth, questions answered fast, very satisfied. I recommend

I love my new windows from window world!
I can tell they are so much more insulating and they make it so quiet in my house. I love how both the top and the bottom tilt in for cleaning. They also don't allow a big glare to come through like my old windows did.
One pane arrived broken, but they reordered right away and came a couple weeks later to install it. The installers seemed professional and were friendly.

We had multiple issues. The installation was messed up. The window was not appropriately placed. My house failed inspection, and I had to follow up with Window World. From the day we signed the contract to the installation, the salesperson said it would be 4-5 weeks, but it took about 7-8 weeks. In that time, there was no communication. The biggest issue was that my brick wall was damaged by the installers. I have not heard anything about a repair. Moneywise, it was okay. The installation was pretty neat, besides the one window and the messed-up wall.

Everything after the sales was horrible.

The windows completely updated the look of the house. The room are much more comfortable. The old windows leaked and fogged up. These new windows are sealed tight.

The overall process from speaking with the sales person to working with the installation team and all follow-up was simple and hassle free. I have already recommended Window World to other several homeowners in our neighborhood and will continue to do so.

Make sure the sales rep. makes it clear to the customer as to level of uv/tint included with the windows. While the installation crew was competent, it would help if someone on the crew was fluent in English.

We are so pleased with the finished product but also with every step along the way from initial contact, to quoting, and every but of communication in between. I will highly recommend them to friends and family!

No need to look further. They are fast and clean up. There is no evidence left that they were there.
