I am very pleased with the quality of the windows. I had old aluminum windows that transferred a lot of heat and cold into the living space. With the new windows in 100 degree heat in direct sunlight the windows are cold to the touch on the inside.

The initial contact with the salesman was very informative without any pressure.

Frustrating experience. We ordered windows in mid-April and the sales rep measured three windows incorrectly. When the windows arrived at our home for installation seven weeks later, the installation team leader let us know that the measurements were off by three inches and told us that the supervisor would have to reorder the windows, which happened two days later. The three new correct windows arrived three weeks later (mid-August); however, the installation team was told to bring our old windows, even though the new windows were in the warehouse. The installation leader told us he would be back in an hour to install the correct windows; however, he did not, and we had to schedule the install a week out. I found the experience tedious and surrounded by miscommunication.

The discussion with our salesman of the different types of windows offered by Window World and which ones would look the best in different parts of the house. We also had to change the initial date of installation and Window World accommodated our new available date.

I've had Window World windows in my other house, and when I moved to Fort Worth, I had no problems with them. I'm okay with Window World.

Everything the salesman and installer did was exemplary! My issue was the unannounced extended lead time. I was told a maximum of 5 weeks from deposit payment to completion of installation. I didn’t hear a peep from anyone and I had to call after 6 weeks to get an update. Poor customer service. Keep in mind this was only ONE DOOR!

I still haven’t received my $3200 refund check for waiting months after I was told my windows would ship on multiple occasions.

The quality of the windows for the price that we received was amazing. We look through the windows everyday, and we just love, love our windows. They are easy to clean. We are very happy with our windows.

I truly think there are few and far between companies like this that will work through Murphy to get you to a satisfied customer and I can say that the Staff at Window World and Geral, Tom and Dereck all stood out as really caring individuals. I can say that I am truly a satisfied customer and I love my windows they were a long saved for upgrade.

The team was very professional from sales, measurements, and installation. Because I live in a condo, I was limited to a small selection of patio doors, but the one selected looks great! The surprising secondary benefit was that the new door cuts out noise from outside significantly! I can't hear any AC units running.

Workers did not replace parts of window shutters they removed and left a ladder they borrowed of ours In a bathroom.

2 times you’ve brought me a damaged door. Hopefully a third time you’ll bring me a mom damaged door to install.

The purchase process: Overall, great presentation and follow up. Louis was easy to communicate with and was patient with me as I got delayed in the process due to a death in the family. Installation: Day of installation, crew was friendly and worked very hard in 100 plus degree weather. My complaint - I didn't receive a call before 10 am to tell me what time the install would take place. I called the number on the email for my project manager but no answer. Eventually called me and told me that someone would call me. Long story - was told arrival would be between 1-2. The crew arrived around noon. Luckily, I had just arrived home. FOLLOW UP STILL PENDING - I called the project manager contact (Pearce?) and told him the knob on my patio does not lock and was installed incorrectly. He told me to send him my address and info. I did send it along with a picture of the knob. He informed that he or someone would contact me the next day to stop by and fix it. I am still waiting. I have a busy schedule and would truly like to complete this project.

Nothing but praise for your windows and installation team! They were very courteous, professional and efficient. They finished the job in about 5 hours, cleaned up the site and somehow managed to do it without any flies coming in! The city inspector just left and was very impressed as well.

Very professional and fast install. They knew what they were doing.

I am a returning customer and this time was definitely a disappointment. My order was delayed with no initiation of communication. I always had to reach out to learn the status of my order. Installation - one door does not feel as if it was installed correctly as when I step on the frame it bows. The other door was mismeasured and the solution was to install some 2x4/ to make up the difference. I’m disappointed that I could have gotten a little bit bigger door but also the 2x4s see were mine, they were not prepared for this installation error and I fear had I not had some 2x4s on hand what would have happened? Are those 2x4s appropriate or will they rot and I’ll be having to replace the door again very soon? It’s just an overall horrible experience and I don’t think I will choose WW in the future.

Window World was timely, cleaned up behind themselves, and were very professional.

Several concerns... one, the picture that I showed the salesman is not what I thought the windows would look like... the inside frame is on the outside!

After the workers were done! Things were left extremely dusty! We found a crowbar and a broom left by the workers in my yard!

We spent the entire day at home for them to show up at 5:25pm.

This is my third order that completes my full home window replacement. Each time has been super fast installation and a high quality window. Have recommended in the past and will continue to recommend in the future
