Communication is not very thorough from the sales process through install

I have already allowed others to see my windows, old and new, and how well they work for me without having any issues to date.

The sale rep was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. everything happen just the way he said. The installing crew was very efficient and i was impress with how well they worked together.

It took them so long to finish the job because they got a couple of the windows wrong twice. It was supposed to be completed by labor day. It just got completed 2 weeks ago.

Window World from start to finish was possibly one of the best experiences we have had ever with contractors. Communication, price and customer service was above a beyond expectations.

The appearance of the windows after they were installed.

The window is good quality, and the installation was done properly. But, after approving the work and sending the deposit there was little to no communication for months to schedule the instillation unless i prompted. Then when i scheduled the install the time table kept shifting, ultimately the install didnt take place till 8 pm at night. They also promised me they would walk me through paper work to get a discount on my electric bill, but no one has reached out. I will likely have to promt this myself

Poor communication and quality defects.

Beware of the prices. They are high-priced.

The installers left broken glass all over the bed in an Airbnb. They set the broken window on the bed and didn’t clean it up. The salesman also installed windows that were similar but not exactly the same, and he never told me they were different until they were already in the home. Those were two major issues that made me feel I would never use your company again unless I absolutely had to.

Great looking Windows very happy with the look, the quality and the installation.

They left the windows smeared. The caulking was bad. They messed up several window sills.

I have already recommended WW to a friend that is in the process of getting bids. Love the product, and look of our new windows. Big improvement over our previous builder-grade aluminum windows, some of which we were unable to open, missing screens, leaking water, and drafty.

Excellent customer service

Window World quality was very similar to what we were shown by other companies. Window World was the only one that provided us with detailed pricing that was reasonable. The other companies just came up with an outrageous price (no details on each window cost), but then offered discounts if a decision was made that week, or more discounts if made that day. Nobody wants to play that game. Very happy that Window World provided a clear upfront quote right away.

There was damage done to the house (interior and exterior) during the installation. I have notified your local franchise and they agreed to pay for the repair. I still don't have a resolution. If we can get this completed in a timely manner, I will not resort to social media. I have pictures of the damage upon request.

All members of installation team knew what to do & got on with their jobs

Canceled my appointment 90 minutes before scheduled to start. Had all blinds and furniture removed, and couldn’t put it all back and wasn’t safe to leave behind, so missed Thanksgiving with my family. Just very disappointing. Energy bill did not drop.

I like Alan; this is the second home he has handled for me. All the crew members were nice! However, I did not like that in this installation, one window was measured incorrectly due to the outside house trim. I also did not like that we waited 25 days to get the same too-large window installed. There was an appointment that Window World scheduled with me and then a no-show. My mother told me that during the 25 days of waiting, she felt cold air coming from where they attempted to install the window but had to replace the existing one. I certainly did not appreciate that there was no adjustment in price because of the delay and missed appointment. What I would have liked is the same urgency used to collect the final payment to install that wrong-sized window. The number of calls, texts, and emails left a bad taste with me. We have a third house, and I will think about whether we should choose Window World for that installation.

Everything was great. Called for a new sliding door and Layne sold me a house full of windows. I liked him and felt comfortable. Turnaround time was perfectly quoted. Miguel’s crew was great on installation day as well. I am very happy and already answering calls from my neighbors asking wuestions
