The windows are excellent and the installation was painless!
Some of the crew didn't clean up after themselves.
The crew they sent was not qualified to do the work.
I would recommend Windowworld but also tell any customer that they need to personally be onsite to oversee what is taking place. In other words, this project can’t be left without homeowners supervision.

The sales process was satisfactory but the installation was a less than stellar experience. The installation team was extremely rude - they did not show up in a marked Window World vehicle, only 1 person had a Window World shirt on (I was told the installation team would arrive in a clearly marked vehicle and that the installers would have Window World shirts). The installer was extremely rude to my sister - just started installation without asking my sister if we wanted the alarm wires installed - he went ahead and installed the wires, rushed my sister through the sign off paperwork, did not show her how to use the windows or do a walk through to inspect the work (all things the final sign off paperwork says would happen). When my sister asked what the wires were for, the installer said for the alarm system, my sister said that we didn't use our alarm system and his response was "you could have told me that this morning" - my sister said that they didn't ask about the alarm system and just started installation. He told her that she could cut the wires off and left. NO, you can cut the wires off and re-caulk, not us! I called the person over the install and let her know I was not happy with the way they treated my sister and she said she would call me the next day to schedule a service tech to come out and cut the wires and re-caulk (all things the installers should have done when my sister let them know we didn't want the wires). I was not called the next day and had to reach out to the woman who was over the install and was told that I would be the first appointment on January 8th - the 8th came and I sat and waited to hear when the service tech would arrive, by 11 am I reached out to the person over the install and was told someone would be to the house by noon. At 12:02 I got a call from Window World telling me the service tech was leaving Roanoke and would be at my house soon. At 1:45, still no service tech so I called Window World and was put on hold multiple times - finally was able to get an answer that someone would now be at my house by 3 pm. I asked Window World to have a manager call me and as of today (January 15th) I have gotten no call. I regret my decision to do business with Window World and would not recommend them to any of my friends or family.
I was satisfied because they fulfilled the order and everything they said that would happen happened. The order was on time and they showed up on time to install it.
