They were on time and made sure to protect my area of my home while doing install and cleaned up afterwards very good.

I would never recommend your company to anyone. Super disappointed in execution. The install team was abysmal. Left a mess. Could not communicate. I was uncomfortable with this team in my home. Just awful.

Installers did a great job, windows look great so glad I replace the windows in the house.

The salesman said install would be in 4 to 6 weeks, and didn't turn the order in until 5 weeks after we paid. We waited 12 weeks for install.

We are not impressed with the windows. We were sold on the fact that our electricity bills would be much lower and the sound from outside would be greatly reduced. We got the windows in early October when it was still really warm so we expected this month's bill to be really low since November was very mild and we didn't use the AC much, but the bill was actually higher than normal. And the sound from outside somehow seems to be even louder than before. Also the windows don't open very much - the bottom half on most windows (and the screen) is much smaller than upper half, which is ugly when the windows are open and inconvenient. That is my fault for not looking up every single window size, I guess.
