Absolutely not. I will adamantly warn friends and family from ever using this company.
Windows are great. Install was not so great.
The sales pitch, timeliness of the initial install and price were great. HOWEVER, a broken window (from the factory) was installed, temporarily secured with hideous blue painters tape, and took six weeks before I got a replacement. Then, six weeks later, two men showed up and told me they didn't realize it was on the second floor, and because of a rotater cup injury, they couldn't install it. Then a week later (so now we are eight weeks with the hideous blue tap on a very large window of the second floor above the front door, of all places), two men showed up and I had no choice but to tell them they needed to get it FIGURED OUT. So many people in my neighborhood pointed at the house when they went by - not at the new, beautiful windows, but the ridiculous blue tape. I was incredibly disappointed that it took two months after the initial install to FINALLY get the replacement in. The original tech told me they could escalate the order and have it within days. Then his supervisor Tony told me the tech never should have promised that. TONY never even apologized for the broken window OR for the fact that it would be another six weeks before getting the replacement. WHY ON EARTH can you company not have put my ONE replacement order in before all other orders that hadn't even started yet?? I had to go to the back of the line. Ridiculous. If I am eating at a restaurant, and the cook makes the wrong order for me, and the rest of my family has their food, would the cook put my correct order behind all other orders that need to be filled? NO, he would make mine next. Very disappointed in how that was handled. The windows are beautiful and installed well, but the fiasco with the replacement window was handled unbelievably bad. I even called the original salesman, Clayton, and begged that he help me escalate the replacement order. That did not happen. That is why I am giving Window World three stars instead of five.
I would say that Window World has great prices, they have great installers, they're very clean, cleaning up after themselves, always doing a professional job. Everything looks great. There is no reason to repaint or retouch up when they are through. I highly recommend them.
The work was done quickly and adequately, and well. There was some confusion as to how my woodwork would be completed.
Window World was timely and the staff was very polite.
I would have recommended 2 friends, but I am now waiting for the 3rd set of windows, because of issues in manufacturing

The quality and service is excellent. They were very detailed with the scope of work along with money that they told me would be required to complete the work. The sales process was very efficient and professional.

It took them 11 weeks to make 3 windows. The salesman said it would take 6 to 8 weeks. Additionally, one of the window was defected.

They came out last year and we were not thrilled with the work that was done and had them come back out. This time they were much better than the last time.
I have had several estimates for my windows and the other estimates were almost double the amount I paid with Window World. The salesperon that came was so much better than the others. He was more personable, knowledable and he actually worked in installation, so he knew what he was talking about. He went above and beyond.
