Had problem with door install but it was corrected when pictures were sent to the supervisor.
1 window as incorrect. It took 2 months to fix with no credible explanation.

Let the customer know in advance what time the installers will arrive. I was not informed until the day of that they would start at 3:00 p.m. I was given the impression by the salesman that they would start in the morning because he said the install would take all day. I was very unhappy that they started so late and were in my house until 9:00 p.m. that night. I would have rescheduled but I had already taken down all of my blinds and moved furniture away from the windows.
I have multiple text messages from your warranty people right after my install and to date Still haven’t heard back from you people. I took care of the problem myself
I'm not sure, yet. Some aspects of our experience were lovely, others were terrible. I just don't think WW handled all of our mis-measurements, delays, cancellations well.
After my neighbors got their windows replaced right after ours, I saw how clean and tidy that company was. Not a window was broken and all the debris was very picked up. Unfortunately I have been picking up nails, screw heads and pieces of glass all over my yard and driveway. It’s hard when you have kids and pets that walk around everywhere.
Other than that the windows are great and the crew was very nice and very efficient
The process of measuring and ordering was very simple, and the windows themselves are fine, but the installation leaves a little to be desired. I had to go behind the crew and point out several caulking errors, and the language barrier wasn’t impossible, but it would have been nice to have a supervisor on site. The installers also knocked items off of our daughter’s shelf in her bedroom, breaking them in the process. They didn’t mention this to us until she found them after they’d left and was devastated.
The workers were not punctual in their arrival time and then worked into the evening. Nail holes were showing on the front door, and corners were not finished on the doors. One of the patio doors did not have a trim on the bottom of the floor. On the other patio door,the insert was missing on the side. Several corners of the doors were not finished neatly. A wrong color was put
around the edge of the front door.
I am not very satisfied. All the windows are cost-effective, but the quality and labor were not good. The first issue is the screen quality, which is poor. The windows let bugs in. The overall build quality is not that great. There are no window stoppers for the single-hand windows, which was not clear. I am very much dissatisfied with he labor. The team showed up at 12:30 pm. I was told that it was a 2-hour job, but they were working til 8:30 pm. They walked through the house with wet clothes and shoes during the rain. They did clean the wooden floor, but not the carpet. The external caulking started washing away immediately since it was raining. One of the windows was shorter, so they filled it with caulking. I feel like I needed an explanation on that. That was not up to standard. They damaged the siding; there were many pieces that were gone, and they caulked it. They are supposed to be coming back to fix it.
They had the best value for window replacement compared to other companies.

They did every window in our house which was over 37... But we did it over time and they worked with us to help get us the right kind of Windows for the right kind of price.
I had issues with communication with the crew that did the work with Window World. I am not sure how much was a misunderstanding or language barrier. I do appreciate that the work was done well, and I received good quality products.
Great service and a good price/ good value.
I would not recommend Window World due to our windows being installed two months later than stated and three windows being wrong. Furthermore almost FOUR months after installation, we still have not received the correct windows, received the promised refund, or had good communication with Window World.
The men were great but they left me with poor finish around inside that I don’t know how to repair
My windows took a lot longer than expected. Communication was lacking at times but in the end I am happy with the product. I still have 2 pieces of just replacement glass using my existing frames on order even though I have paid in full and my other windows are installed. I finally was able to get the field supervisor Jonathan to come out to measure those 2 windows himself and said he would order them. He also gave me his card and said if I have any trouble at all to contact him. Installers were awesome. Cleaned everything up nicely and were efficient. Paul my salesman was awesome. He answered questions for us even after his part was over.I do believe they try to make things right so even with a few issues I would use them again.
