Invoicing needs improvement.
Installers arrived very late but did a good job.
I have lived in this house for 30 years with single-pane windows, and I have finally been able to afford new windows. Replaced 13 windows on the West and South sides of the house. Noticed today with temps in the 100's the indoor/outdoor thermometer said 113 outside and 74 one foot from the window, the furthest from ac vent in the dining room. Very impressed with how the temp has dropped inside and stays consistent throughout the house now. Not the 5+ degree variation from room to room. The crew was very clean, fast, definitely, and friendly. Would refer Window World to all my friends!!
There are a couple of issues someone is coming out tomorrow to help resolve them.
The installers were all very nice, did a good job, were neat and tidy, very professional, attention to detail. Overall, i'm quite pleased with the install.
quality and price
I ordered windows in April 2025 and the Thomas can out to order and measure them so when the installers came to the house to put them in they was the wrong size so the manager came to the house to remeasure them he order the windows and the installers discovered they were the wrong size as well so at that point the installer measured my windows and ordered the correct size. It took 3 months for me to get the correct windows. Also which I had to leave my windows unsecure without having my alarm set while I was away and at night.
Responsive, prompt, low pressure sales representative Justin Eisenrig. Thorough, skilled installation crew left job site very clean.
The windows and install was great. The job was done quickly with minimal hassle. I would just suggest that sales let people know that it will take longer than the 2-4 weeks to hear when install will take place.
They explained the process and delivered on all the discussed expectations. !!8
No follow up when a problem was addressed with installer. No return call after calling customer service before end of job. Very disappointed
We were overpromised an early morning time slot as my fiancé works from home in the late afternoon. We were told there would be a team of 6, there by 7am gone by 2pm. Instead we had a team of 3 (incredibly hard workers) there at 1:30 until 10pm and then had to come back the next day from 9 to noon to finish.
This is not the fault of the crew however an overpromise from the salesman and lack of follow through on the schedule coordinator.
From start tofinihs there were always someone to answr myquestions and concerns
Because the recommendation I received turned out to be the one I ended up using
The install went really well and I heard that maybe they may not always go great so I was super happy about how smooth that went
Salesman came, went measured windows, provided quote, followed up to see if would be submitting loan application. I did. Asked after if he also did door quotes. Never got a reply. He never followed up to even ask how the install went. Sale made, moved on. Windows aren't evenly installed, my blinds on one side now stick way out when screwed in, they didn’t before. The quality of windows aren't even aligned/welded straight. The insulation put around windows was extremely lack luster and barely, if at all, made a seal.
Last year they ordered 3 windows the wrong size. This year they ordered 2 windows the wrong size and ALL windows the wrong color.
They did a great job overall.
Quality windows, fair price
Untrained installation crew, poor communication and missed appointments
Their price was very good. They were very prompt very clean and very professional.
Dry wall damage around window. I mention to team leader and he indicated it would be repaired. One they left I noticed not repaired. I had to repair it. I have a photo if you would to see. Windows not cleaned very well. I will have to get a service to clean better.
What was completed was not what I asked for. One of the windows was not even completed and the colors were incorrect as well.
Value for money and quality of product
The work quality with the installations was disappointing. The windows were crooked because the installers didn't use a level to ensure proper alignment. I had to argue with management just to get them reset correctly. One manager said the trim would cover the imperfections and that there was a warranty, so it wasn't a concern, instead of ensuring the job was done right the first time. It was frustrating to voice my concerns and feel ignored, only to have another manager come out, measure, and have to reset several windows because the crew was rushing and lacked proper equipment on site.
