I would not recommend them to anybody. Based on the feedback and the lack of follow up.

I was pleased with Window World from the first visit, that of Zach the estimator. He was helpful and very informative, and was never pushy. The installation crew was incredibly respectful of myself and my wife and our home. They spread protective material around the house to protect our furniture from the created dust and the whole process of replacement went very smoothly, including the vacuuming of debris inside the house.

Everything was very professional and exceptional with Window World. Super easy to schedule, consultation went great and communication up to installation was awesome. Definitely recommend!

The pricing was great, but the install was awful; they left a huge mess, windows were filthy, and the cleaners that were supposed to come and clean the windows were late when they arrived. All of the above is why I did not give the company a five.

I ordered windows and two doors. However, I got my windows but not my doors, so there's a bit of frustration there.

We had an unfortunate experience overall. The number of times that I had to take off work to have them remeasure the windows again and again, was ridiculous. The day of the installation measurements were still wrong on one of the windows. They measured again and had to have a new window built. When that final window was installed, there was a manufacturing defect. I was so done with the entire process that stretched from August to November, that I accepted a small discount on the final window rather than having them replace it.

We had a very good experience with Window World. From the time Ishmael came over to talk about the features of the windows and take measurements, to the time Gerol's team arrived to install them, the whole experience was pleasant and easy. We were explained the operation and cleaning of the double hung windows. After the installation, a complete walk through was done and the workers cleaned up all the debris. Special kudos to team lead Mario for making sure all post-install touch ups were completed to our satisfaction. We highly recommend Window World!

This is the second installation I have had. Neither of them have been installed without issues. Nailing flanges broken on several windows during installation. Window flashing tape not installed. Not explained it was optional. Disappointing.

Everything went very smoothly. They were all very professional.

There were 4 men and 1 woman who comprised the crew that installed our windows. They did not speak English but there was one of them who served as an interpreter. He did well. They all worked without delay and knew their place and the work that needed to be done.

They cleaned up after themselves very well. They took away all our old windows and left the place looking very nice. The man in charge did some tapping and adjusting of screens that did not slide well and got them working. I appreciated that as I would not have known how to get them sliding easily. The interpreter went over things with us at the end and showed us how things worked and where the serial number of each window was. That was helpful. We were well pleased.

I would recommend Window World. I think they did a good job putting in the windows.

I found the field supervisor attached to my project to be very rude and unhelpful. I reached out to him and when I found out we were going back and forth without a solution, I asked him for his supervisor and he stated that he was the supervisor. He said “good luck finding my supervisor “. It sounded like he was final because after calling around, none of his supervisors called me back. Awful customer service. After the installers installed my windows, 3 windows needed a technician to come back and fix. It has now been 2 visits from the technicians and one window is yet to be fixed. By the way these are new windows!

The install guys were great. The sales guy was really good as well but somewhere things were not communicated very well cause I ended up with windows installed into rotten wood that was visible during the initial visit by sales. That was the main reason I wanted the windows replaced in the first place. The windows were out and the first window was going in when I noticed this and called the supervisor. I really had no choice but to continue with install since I would had to wait 3 weeks for the correct sized windows to come in without any windows at all. The window area that lets the light in was reduced by more than half as well. I will do what I can with the rotten wood but did not get what I wanted.
