From the beginning, the gentleman from Window World who showed us the presentation for Window World and the product was great, very helpful, honest, and straightforward. The installers were good, fast, and did a great job. We had an issue closing two windows, and I was going to have someone come out to take a look, but other than that, everything was good.
We are very satisfied from beginning to end from sales to installation to follow up after installation.
I would definitely recommend because the cost to quality ratio is so much better than any other company. But I would recommend them being very thorough with questions and quality control.
Great saleman, listened to my needs and didn't waste a bunch of time, Thank you
Our salesperson was great. Very knowledgeable and responsive. The install team arrived 2 hours before I was told they would which was frustrating. The windows look amazing and were installed with quality. The team cleaned up well after the demolition too. Caulk and other tool prints were left on a second story window that does not open so we cannot clean it ourselves. I scheduled for this to be fixed and the people who came said they could not do it and I had to reschedule again for this to be fixed.
Installers did not install properly and failed to put in insulation. They also damaged the wood surrounding all 4 windows. I spoke with a supervisor who showed up almost an hour late. He confirmed that he would personally supervise the installers on 4/20/26 to reinstall the windows and would be there between 9-9:30am. When no one showed up by 9:45am (after I paid $54 to put my dogs in daycare and rearranged work meetings for that morning), I called him. He said the installer never showed up so they will come tomorrow. No apologies no call in advance nothing.
Service was great! Ordering and installation was efficient and quick. Price was affordable.
The workers were professional, efficient, and well skilled. They were respectful to the property and delivered on everything promised. We are enjoying the beauty and functionality of our new windows and are anticipating energy savings given the improved insulative properties of our upgraded windows. My wife and I were extremely impressed with the overall quality of the windows, the craftsmanship of the installers, and the fair, economical pricing of the overall project.
What a great experience.
Great sales, windows and installation. Not very happy that I'm waiting for a 1 page lien release form that I need to be reimbursed by my mortgage company.
Great windows at a fair price, installation was seamless.
No regrets. Great price. Good quality. Easy one day install of 23 windows. Sales visit was informative with no pressure and not condescending. Truly one of the best in house sales experiences.
We liked everything! The service, quality, price, just everything. Couldn’t be happier.
They were really good.
I have 2 bay windows. The first one went in fine the other one not until the third attempt all wrong size. Salesperson measured, her boss measured first installer remeasured 2 installer remeasured and finally got it installed on 3 visit and 3 month delay all other windows good first time
The crew was professional and timely.
I liked that WW builds windows based on specific measurements that are taken by a WW representative. Troy gave me an approximate time when I could expect my new windows. When the installation crew arrived they got right to work and installed 21 windows in 5 hours.
The caulking is sloppy, has debris and dirt in it. They ruined my shutters and trim around window in back. Would not have purchased from window world if I knew the quality of workmanship would be that bad.
We should have been more prepared prior to installi
Disappointed Is the right word and not dissatisfied. The thermo true door- Specifically the handle- is above average good not great quality. The install was slightly above average good quality. I say slightly because there's some finishing touches that could be improved. For the cost $5000 right now I feel a casualty of either inflation or being taken advantage of. I believe somewhere in the middle closer to inflation. I expected more for the price.
Door trim didn't match exactly, nail tip protruding on the side mostly covered with caulk. Installers marred the trim when trying to pull out the nail tip. Floor was damaged by the installers. Installers didn't know how to reverse the latch. Spent a week with the door improperly shutting until separate installer could come out and discover a 3 second fix.
The experience in getting new windows was relatively easy and Window World was nice to work with. The quality of the windows appears good, the curb appeal is definitely an improvement, the light the clear glass lets in the house is wonderful, and the price for all of that plus the warranty is worth it. There were a few things on the installation side that could be improved, but overall it was a good experience.
The purchase and installation was seamless and enjoying the quietness of the new windows.
The price was much more reasonable than the offers we had.
The installers were great. Professional and fast - thank you. But the logistics were terrible:
1. On March 26, 2026 I received a call at 7:00 AM that the installers were on their way and would arrive in 30 minutes. No head's up nor a courtesy call the prior day. Later at 10:30 I received a call from Jonathan Hamel the Field Supervisor who told me the installers would be at my house later this morning. They were here at 7:40 this morning.
2. At about 10:00 I saw a strange man in my house - not the installers - just a stranger in my house. He was Jonathan Hamel, the Field Supervisor. He did not knock nor was he presented to me.
3. On March 27 your billing department called me and needed the number of my new credit card. Being cautious of an unrecognized number, I said I would call Jonathan Hamel. I called him. His outgoing voicemail message was not set up up, so I was unsure if I called the right number. I left a voicemail for Jonathan to call me so I could give him the new credit card number. He never called.
4. On March 30 I received another call from your billing department following up on payment. I told them I called Johnathan Hamel on March 27 like I promised and left him a voicemail. I told him that Johnathan did not call me. The billing rep said he would call Jonathan. I called Jonathan Hamel again and got his voicemail. His outgoing voicemail message was still not set up. I left him another voicemail message. He called me back later and we squared up.
So a good installation but poor logistics.
Love my new windows.
