My experience was great. Windows are nice.

I didn’t like that the crew was there until 7pm. I have two small children (2year old and 3 month old). I had to have someone pickup my kids from daycare so they would be at the house while the replacement was happening. Larger jobs need a larger crew or constant first thing. The crew was great but they should never had to come to our house second and do 12 windows before end of day. They were there for 7 hours.

I am extremely happy with the windows. Everyone from the salesman Jack to the team that put them in were so nice. I have recommended them to three different neighbors.
However, the clean up after could have been better. We found metal pieces in the yard, one punctured a lawnmower tire and our daughter cut her foot on glass left in the bathroom. We know things happen, just hope clean up is better for our neighbors.

I would recommend because the quality of the widows are great. The only issue for me was after the install, the existing blinds were not put back in place.

I was disappointed. I had them 13 years ago and the windows were clean when they finished. Either the installers didn’t put hand prints all over the glass or they cleaned them. I had 10 installed back then but now I had 5 installed and was told people like to clean them themselves. The installers had hand prints all over them.

From our first meeting to the installation, every single person I spoke to was very professional, pleasant, and happy as peas and carrots to be working at window world! That was a winning first impression.

Everyone took care of us. We did get conflicting information about the lifetime warranty and are waiting to hear back about that, but overall the experience has been positive so far.

After windows were installed the person who installed the windows left some kind of glue are silicone residue on multiple windows and when I ask my window representative to please have them come out to clean the residue off the windows no one ever reach out are came out to fix the issue. In the window installation email it said that once the windows were installed they would be cleaned and any mess made would also be cleaned. When a customer spends thousands of dollars on new windows they expect the windows to look new and clean after they are installed but some of my windows are cover in streaks, finger prints, with some kind of glue are silicone that they installed the windows with.

I never heard back from Jimmy Graham at all all I think is he wanted my payment and the sale of the window. Never had a follow up from him till today
