I feel like window replacement should include the removal of shutters. Asking a client to remove something to get to a window seems off. Imagine a tire company asking you to remove a hubcap prior to them changing the tire. Just my two cents.

The service we received wasn't great. When we set up a quote for the window, the agent was rushing. During the installation, we found out the glass was broken. We had to reschedule a move in. When they came, they acted like they didn't know how to get to the unit, even though we provided clear instructions. They were demanding payment. It was terrible service.

Not sure how the door is secured in place. The trim on the exterior side of the door was not nailed back down it was just siliconed back in place. When my husband pulled on one piece it all came down

I was not here during the install; my dad was. It appears that whenever the crew took the window out, they used a pry bar, put dents in the fascia board, and peeled my paint off.

Well, I’m guessing that no effort will be made to follow up on providing photos to people showing what the end product looks like for different types of installation. See comments further on.

I’m satisfied with the siding I got installed, but not happy with how the installer handled it. His crew left my electrical meter and a breaker box not secured to the wall after siding installation, but what bothers me the most is they put a nail through my air conditioner refrigerant line, which caused all the refrigerant to evacuate. They then called an AC repair company to fix it, and I was never informed about any of this. The first time I heard about it was almost a week after the installation when the field supervisor David asked me if my AC had been running ok. None of how this was handled is acceptable to me, and if asked I would recommend against Window World installing anything for anybody. Despite being satisfied with the siding, I cannot trust that nothing else went wrong or was done sub-par and I’m just not being told about it by your installer or your field supervisor.
