Pricing and product were great. The installation crew was absolutely excellent, A+. It wasn’t an easy job, it was a bunch (15) of large floor to ceiling picture windows in my living room. They were extremely clean and courteous, and took pride in their work. Sales guy Louis Farmer was very knowledgeable and helpful for anything I needed throughout the process.

On installation day the installers checked all the window measurements and were all wrong. The salesman had measured incorrectly so they had to reorder all my windows. When they arrived they broke a window and had to reorder window and when it came in the service man was sent just to install window but the whole frame was still needed to be installed so we had to reschedule it for the 4th time.

INSTALLER HAD TO COME BACK TWICE, TO MY HOME TO RE-MEASURE AND OR RE INSTALL WINDOWS, WRONG WINDOWS WERE ORDERED.IT WASN'T GOOD LOOK.

Techs were incredible and the work was quality.

Suggestions for a better Customer Experience:
1. At initial meeting, customer should’ve been informed that Window World installers will not attend to the re-connecting of existing window alarm sensors.
2. At initial meeting, customer should be informed whether the installers will be independent contractors or Window World employees. And if independent contractors, then customer should be provided proof of contractor’s valid workers compensation insurance.
3. Installer should show up on the previously agreed upon day for installation instead of cancellation just a couple of hours before appointment, and that text message communication should be followed up by phone call.
4. Installer should complete better clean up after the job (too many sharp shards of plastic left in the carpeting). Also, when dirty wall smudges occur, they should be cleaned off.

I would Absolutely not recommend using Window World. Once you order windows, you are at their mercy. My job got extended over a month due to breaking a window before the job started. Once windows were ready, I was told I would be the first job of the day and install of take 2 hours max. Workers showed up at 11:30am and did not leave until 7pm. No job completion form or walk thru was done, workers didn't speak English and my job Supervisor never returned 1 message through out the time they were at the house. Window World dropped their work trailer in front of my truck, preventing me from picking my kids up from school. Once job was complete, and the workers left I checked out the window install and found a few issues that Window World has to now come back to fix, lucky me.

The process was painless and efficient. We needed a new door which was a custom size and had it in less than a month without an insane price tag.

They did exactly what they said they would do, so they had to order the window. It came in a timely manner, it was seamlessly set up, and the installation was good. Then they cleaned up everything, all the debris, after the fact. I was very pleased.

Our salesman, Steven, was one of the best sales people I have EVER met. His picture should be next to the word 'FRIENDLY' in the dictionary! When he finished his presentation we had no questions left. He was thorough! The price he gave us was much lower than I expected. The Window World people kept us up to date on our order. We never wondered what was going on. The Gonzalez installation crew was incredibly thorough, precise and did, in my opinion, a PERFECT job! I only wish that every company I've dealt with was as GREAT as all the people at Window World! WE LOVE LOVE LOVE OUR NEW WINDOWS!!!!!
