Very unprofessional service, work was rushed and very sloppy.
My doors were put in over a month ago and they still have not been fixed. They were scheduled to come out last week to repair and they called to reschedule for next week.
I tried to get in touch with them after they installed the windows. I have not gotten any response at all. I have issues with my windows. Nothing big, but I can't get in touch with anyone to do address that.
I am still not satisfied and they promised for someone to come back out to fix the loose window screen gaps.Several windows do not open and close properly.
For the installation, the first time they were six hours late. The second time it was a no show. The third time they were five hours late. They left a mess.
After a solid week of asking someone to contact us regarding the installation, no one has called. Job IS NOT COMPLETE
Very poor planning and execution
Window World is great. I have done three or four houses, and their work is unbelievable. The windows are of good quality. They are the best place to buy windows.
They did a really good job on the installation.

Window World has good workers and the product is great. There is no service behind the product. I am in charge of a $1.6 million dollar company and I know how to take care of customers.

The salesperson that came out and measured was very knowable and very quick however, the delivery from the contractor did not show on the scheduled date. Two days later they called trying to reschedule. I had to contact clients and tenants to make sure they were available when they arrived. That was not good.
I didn't really care for the service part of the project. They broke my windows when they loaded them. They rescheduled and did not show up. Communication was an issue throughout the project. They finally sent another crew that put the windows in. The field supervisor lacked professionalism

The salesman who came out was wonderful and informative. There was a woman who called us and said that the windows were in and they could come on a Thursday to put them in. We asked her to send them Friday because we work from home. They could not come but it got set up for the following Tuesday. The installers kept calling to tell us that would be a little bit later. We were sitting and waiting at home all day. They finally said they would come a different day on the following Friday. I told them o.k. but I do not want to be sitting at home waiting. I asked for a call before they come so I could meet them at the house. I only work 20 minutes from home. I did not get any calls from him. They had gone somewhere else about 3 hours away. They did install the windows and one got messed up and was under warranty. It came time to paid and I was overcharged by $200. I had signed a contract that had the payment details on it. They must not have looked at the paperwork. I did not authorize the payment and it is not legal to do that. I would not tell people about Window World because of this situation. I did get my money back.
I would give them 5 stars but they have missed several follow-up opportunities to install the 9th window that I purchased.
