Salesman answered my question, installers worked hard

Was disappointed that the installers did not change the interior trim (part of the job). I had to remind them that was part of the agreement. They agreed and came back 2 business days later to change. It was very unethical for them to not let me know of the issue. They say they didn't have it loaded on the truck, which it why they reinstalled my previous interior trim.
