The install was good. The quality of the product was good. The sales representative did not follow up with me after my first install. I was going to have more windows installed. I chose another company for my next install since I was unable to reach the sales representative.
On the day of the installation, which was supposed to be a Thursday, I was supposed to receive a call between 8-10 am. I had to call them when I did not receive that call and they called me back around 11:30. The crew did not show up until about 12:30-1. It started to rain and they couldn't do the job. I had to take another day off work so they could come back the next day. They said the job would be done around 3-4 pm, but they did not leave until after 6 pm which made me have to re-arrange my schedule again. I called the installation crew's supervisor and he did not return my call until the next day. I expressed that I was not happy that no one called me and that I had to take another day off work. The two installers did an exceptional job installing the 20 windows and I would recommend them. The supervisor was very rude and wanted to know what I wanted. I wanted a discount (either 5-10%) due to my being inconvenienced for two days. He said they cannot control the weather, which I never mentioned being upset about the weather, just missing work. He said the most they could give me was a $70 credit on the deal when it was over $7,000.
