From sales to install Window World’s service was top notch. Friendly and courteous and prompt return communication. Rocky’s explanation of the window’s construction and lifetime warranty along with the professional install on the frontside of the house led us to do the backside as well. From the first meeting with the Ed, our Salesman, which was educational and not pushy at all, to the quoting which was very straightforward with no hidden fees or make-believe discounts that some competitors like to use. The presented prices are more than reasonable for the products and services offered.

After my order was placed, Lucille from Window World communicated with me regularly to keep me updated on the window build and expected delivery & installation.

Even with the great sales experience I had, one is always apprehensive about the installation, as that can make or break a project like this. Again, Window World exceeded my expectations and alleviated all of my fears as I am beyond happy with the installation of the windows. I had additional service personnel working on other items and they were able to work together to minimize the impact to each other and my elderly mother.

The window installation was top-shelf and I would say that it is better than most new window installations I’ve ever seen. While the installers were efficient in their work, they refused to rush the job, and it was apparent that quality was first. All 14 windows were installed and sealed on day 1, while all of the outside trim work was performed on day two. You can tell that Raphael has pride in his workmanship, and it is readily apparent in the final product.

Our experience with Window World was a pleasure from start to finish. Ed, our sales rep, was professional and honest, and there were no surprises or gimmicks. Lucille, our point person throughout the process, was friendly and kept us posted with updates and answered any questions we had. The installers were super sweet and friendly, despite the fact that they were dealing with a tricky installation on the second story of a two story family room. Finally, our windows were ready much sooner than expected. I would not hesitate to refer them. We will be back should we ever need more replacements.
