The consultation was very informative, and I never felt pressured. The schedule of work was adhered to. The workers were professional, but friendly throughout the job. The work completed was top notch, and by the time they finished, it was so clean that you would never have known they were there!

You could not get the door frame color correct. First frame was white despite a specific order to match the wood in the rest of the house. Second time the repainted frame did not match, not even the door.

Window World did a beautiful job installing my door, I am very happy with the final product. I was disappointed they did not arrive with all the tools they needed, trampled thru my garden to sit down and rest in it, left trash in my yard, and destroyed my yard art without letting me know. I would hire them again based on the quality of the craftsmanship and either request a new crew or at least have a chat with the crew that did show up.
