Really liked my salesman, Allan Johnson. Knew his windows. No hard sale, loved that part. I already knew what I wanted. Everything went smooth. Armondo and his crew worked hard and did a good job putting them in for me. The communication with the company was great. Everything was just like they said it would be. Really pleased with the look and the price.

The process was a disappointment. The sales rep told me one thing on the stain, the reality was different. The doors were installed, they creak every time we close the door. They didn't have the right peephole so we had a paper towel in the hole for over a week and when I mentioned it to the gentleman who came a few weeks later for the peephole about the door creaking, I was told that was just the door settling,it would stop at some point. But it hasn't. So nothing about the process left me impressed.
