The salesman was very friendly and not pushing a sale, following up, and installers doing a great job. They even moved some furniture that was too heavy for me to move.

I liked that my sales person was nit pushy and everything he said and quoted me was accurate. My installation was fast and easy no problems.

I loved my installer, Yony Castro, came 3 times to install windows and did a fantastic job, super clean too.

I had a really good experience with Window World. The windows are really great.

So, I just finished working. And checked the windows. I finally have the windows I wanted.

However, the installers were supposed to be here at 3pm. They showed up at I think 4:30pm.

They were clearly in a rush and the workmanship is not great. Just a quick scan, and there are so many scratches and missed insulation. These aren’t big things, but something as easy as replacing one of the plastic clips was dismissed, and they rushed out, with shoddy work.

I’m not sure why they think they can do this poor quality work, and rush out, because they were late to start the job.

These inside frames are going to need to be replaced, and properly sealed.

This is my second of three phases to putting in new windows. I am a little uneasy because my phone charger was taken from the nightstand that was not in the area of the new windows. In the past I had a contractor go through my nightstand and steal a 1k money order. He was arrested and given 6 months probation . Sadly I did not get my money back. I know it is a simply charger but it makes me uneasy and wonder if my stuff was gone through.

Window World replaced my old porch windows with floor to ceiling windows on the two outside walls of the porch. They are beyond my expectations beautiful. My living room, dining room and master bedroom all have sliders opening out to the porch. So this room is an integral part of the house. These windows have changed the feel of the whole house. My salesman, Christian Rossi, has been extremely helpful and professional throughout the process.

I was disappointed that one of the 9 windows did not appear to be level, although the man from WW stated that the window was indeed "level" based on the leveling tool that he used. What's disturbing to me is that the old window was perfectly visually level, in spite of any outward shifting of the framework he observed. It seems to me that this could have been corrected prior to the installation of the window; i.e., shimming. Someone from WW came to my home later to check it and, of course, he didn't even mention the possibility that shimming could have prevented the window from appearing to be unlevel.

Your Returning calls to me after I complained were ignored and I was not contacted until 8 days later I called and complained.
when you scheduled bid for windows I received 3 calls wanting me to confirm and call in and I did. When I contacted your service call number after problems I was IGNORED. So basically you want your employees to get a quick response but your Customers YOU IGNORE. Why don't you put this in your Tv ad instead of "we treat you like family"

Y’all did a terrible job on our windows. **** near all the windows are crooked, dirty, some plastic crap in the glass. Some issues. Look like they came from dollar general. Terrible quality install. Installers were terrible. Make massive mess. New windows are less noise reduction than old windows. House very hot now so they must be less efficient as well. Terrible.

Double check that your order is completely on the vehicle before you come out with the incorrect or missing product

No. Poor customer relations, major error on salesman's part and very difficult to get it corrected. We have a friend who ordered on our recommendation and she has had a miserable time getting her order corrected. She is hopeful that it will be corrected in the next week. I am embarrassed I recommended Window World. Too many issues.
