It took 5 windows and many months before I had an acceptable quality window

The installation went flawless and the crew was great!

From start to finish, everything went as planned.

Sales man was careless and tracked dog poop throughout house, even after being made aware and reminded twice. There were many pieces of glass found on driveway and flower beds. Dangerous to me and my dogs. Price is too high.

The windows were advertised to me that they would reduce traffic noise. Once installed, I noticed traffic noise increased. Contact field manager who said he would get back to me on a solution and never did.

Awesome price, honest and trustworthy salesperson, knowledgeable, awesome crew. Better than I could have expected. First class all the way. Already saving money on electric bill. Didn’t expect that much savings on electric bill.

Salesperson did not seem aware that local codes require tempered glass next to doors, so we had to later ask for that. Also did not originally ask if we wanted obscured glass for bathroom window. Also, we were originally quoted a price to replace a door, but when we decided to do that, were then told it couldn't be replaced. We were told that we would be contacted by 10 AM on the day of installation to be given the time that was scheduled, in the event we were called at 7:45 and told the installation team was on the way, forcing us to scramble to be ready as the previous information implied the installation would not be scheduled before 10 AM.

Professional and good prices

The way crew took out window. Last crew hammered window out and busted trim.

The salesman was professional as well as the installation crew. Of the bids I received it was competitive and they had a very good warranty. The windows look great after installation.

Easy process and financing

We very much like our new front impact resistant door. Unfortunately, the new front door was installed with damaged hinges and door hardware that would not lock properly. A technician was sent out to rectify the issues. New hinges were installed but the doors deadbolt lock problem was made worse. The technician left knowing things were not right. We were left to contact a locksmith who corrected the problems straightaway and indicated the technician must have not known what he was doing.
We requested Window World refund us the the $110 locksmith bill which, to their credit did quickly.

The two gentlemen who installed the windows were professional, knew their product and extremely polite. They are an asset to your company. The sales person and the office staff we’re very diligent and processing my Window order.

The process started either your professional and courteous sales person Spencer Smith. He knows your company product, helped with the finance process he did not try to hard sell me. The communication either your company was through emails to keep me up to date of the process and your installation crew worked hard from the minute they arrived until the left. They removed the old windows and remove the debris. Once all the windows were installed we did a walk through inside and outside of each window. I was shown how to operate each window. I was assured the nail covers would be replaced that is my only issues. I am already recommending your company to others.

From the first meeting with Matt I knew the company must be good to work with. The installation was done in 1 day and I appreciated the number of people they had to get the job done in a timely manner. They were all courteous.

Quality, price, professional

The Installation crew worked well as a team and didn’t make a mess. They worked fast but still paid attention to detail.

The installation team was great. They were a little late on arriving but in all fairness. There was a lot of rain in the area. When they arrived they went right to work and worked steadily until they were thru. They knew what they were doing and seemed to know what they were doing. They thoroughly clean inside our home as well as outside. Team had good work ethic s.

The price was reasonable when compared to other window companies. They were willing to install a couple windows and a sliding door; other companies would not bother. We were able to have installation on a Saturday, and it was extremely quick.

Everyone was personable. Cleaned up afterwards. Listened to all concerns and questions.

Salesman was nice but not very helpful when it came to ordering or replying back. I was needing to pay my deposit and would leave messages for him to call me back but no response. he was always out in the field and he told me to call him back the next day to make it and still nothing …I ended up calling the 800 number myself to do so. I was needing the job done before a certain time frame and it would have been however the day of install they pulled up to my home with the wrong window color ordered!! So I had to wait another month for the reorder to arrive and be installed, missing my timeframe.

They were so quick! What I wish could have changed was protecting furniture / indoors from the glass and dust that fell into the house.

I used Window World of Tampa for other jobs and had no problems with them. This last job there were some problems with the installation that stemmed from the original person that took the measurements. They were wrong, and the installation crew really had to work to get the sliders in. Then they had to send out another company to repair the drywall inside the room, and now it looks so much better.

Window World of Houston was very efficient and quick in installing the windows.

I would definitely recommend Window World of Dallas/Ft. Worth to my friends and family because of the quality of their windows and their customer service.

We were very happy with the installation of our new windows. The workers were very considerate of our belongings. They cleaned up very well.

Windows were ordered in March 2025. Windows were to be delivered 6 to 8 week. When I called in early June I found out information was missing in order to secure a work permit. They dropped the ball. I had to call the city of St. Pete to find out what was going on. It appears that was the only reason the process started to move.

Crew was here at 10 and gone by 2:30.

Took almost 6 months to get our windows.Because the first time they came they installed two windows but the frame on the third window was broken and they said that they would give us a rush order but it still took two months. When they finally arrived in june. Then they said they had our third window showed up.It was a frame with no glass and they had to go to tampa to get another window.

We liked the quality of the product and the price.
