Window World came out to replace all the old windows in the back of our house a few years ago. The windows are lovely, easy to clean and use, and we've enjoyed them so much that we had them come back out to the house a few weeks ago and install all new windows in the front of the house. It looks fantastic. One window from before had developed mold from an imperfectly sealed sash and they came out promptly to replace it. They really do stand behind their windows and their warranty. Window World of Dallas is a great company with a great product.

The salesperson who originally gave me a price looked at the job and seemed not to be in line with the actual workers. He quoted me for splashing and cover, so I anticipated getting that. However, when the installers arrived, they said they couldn't do any of it because it was a brick wall. I had the customer sitting there as it was going on, and it put me in an awkward situation because that's what the customer wanted. That was what was priced and what I thought I was getting, and then they got there and said they couldn't do it.

Window World was very affordable and efficient. The installation was good, and quick. We enjoyed every aspect of working with them.

Everything from the initial consultation to the entire process was smooth and great. Window World was informative; we were kept on top of everything. When they came in, they were professional with how they put windows in and how they were cleaning up everything. From the start to the end it was fantastic.

The representative, Adrian went above and beyond. He was customer service oriented. I was out of town and my daughter, who also uses WindowWorld Adrian, came over to our house for the window purchase. He listened to everything I was asking for and explained how it would look. Great and fast clean install

Efficiency in whole process. Good quality work. Professionalism with individual care in sales. Excellent installation crew.

1) Manufacturer made the door wrong size.
2) Communication for original delivery and corrected delivery was scarce and diffiult/ unprofessional
3) Installation crew was 90% but shorted out my 12vdc door bell transformer either from removing electrical protective tape or shorting out the wires during destruction

Window World of Baton Rouge does a good job.

window world installed windows at my residence in 2 different years. both times they ran out of trim. the first time they had to use white instead of cream. the second time they had to return the next day to finish the job. Seems everyonebwins if installers were given more trim.

We were referred to Tim, our Design Consultant, and even though he was new, he made sure every detail was handled. The installation crew faced a few challenges, as every home does, but their skill, persistence, and positive attitude stood out.
After installation, the Production Manager, Geral, coordinated with Tim and specialist Clayton and followed through on all of our post project questions. Their teamwork made the entire process smooth and reassuring.
