The salesman was great, and thorough. I had two issues. The installers installed the windows fine, however, when they did the caulking they did not make us aware how tacky it would be and for how long. They did not do a good cleanup on it. They were not very communicative about when they would come, and the clean up was not great.

Clint Conley is someone who I have been working with for a long time at Window World. He is always extremely helpful and flexible to my needs.

Installation team was great! The 3 month wait for the door seems a little long.

Your installation team kept in contact with me before their arrival. They were very professional friendly. Got the work done and cleaned up thoroughly. I was very impressed! The lady that tended to the billing and looked like the supervisor was very pleasant and helpful as well

Why am I very unlikely to recommend Window World? I was told installation would take one day. I thought that was impressive. And I was right, it was impressive because it never happened. Here I am six weeks later and I’m still waiting for the this job to be wrapped up. On the day of the initial installation two units were the wrong size and a third had a broken sash. When the two that were the wrong size were reordered and finally arrived they weren’t tempered as required by code because of the proximity to a door. These, then, had to be reordered. Finally, on the third try the units were tempered and the correct size so that was resolved. But…I’m still waiting for the broken sash to be replaced. Oh, and communication could be improved. Instead of someone at Window World keeping me appraised of the progress I have to call to check on the progress otherwise I’m left to guessing.

The installers were courteous and very friendly.

I would suggest you go with another company for your windows.

I really liked the product demo by the salesman, he was knowledgeable in the products and able to answer all questions. I also liked that scheduling install was easy and the installation crew did a very good job.
