window world installed windows at my residence in 2 different years. both times they ran out of trim. the first time they had to use white instead of cream. the second time they had to return the next day to finish the job. Seems everyonebwins if installers were given more trim.
Window World recently replaced all 24 windows and a patio door in our 28 year old home. The experience was excellent from start to finish. The new windows and door are as promised — our home is more comfortable, and the reduction in road and air traffic noise is remarkable.
We were referred to Tim, our Design Consultant, and even though he was new, he made sure every detail was handled. The installation crew faced a few challenges, as every home does, but their skill, persistence, and positive attitude stood out.
After installation, the Production Manager, Geral, coordinated with Tim and specialist Clayton and followed through on all of our post project questions. Their teamwork made the entire process smooth and reassuring.

Very good overall experience
They were uncommunicative. They gave us one day that the windows were supposed to come in, and the windows came in much earlier. When the date came when they were supposed to call us and let us know the windows were in and schedule the appointment, they never reached out to us. It was two weeks laterwhen we called them to find out if the windows came in. We found out the windows came in two weeks prior to that. They could have scheduled us to get the windows in at the time they had promised us in the beginning. Then when we scheduled the appointment, they canceled it that morning saying the driver was having car issues, and they weren't sending anybody else. It wasn't professional. It was rude.
I love how clear those windows are. They really let the 🌞 sunshine into a room.

Crushed my downspout, the caulk seal was not installed cleanly and I am going to have to redo it, and your crew installed a window world sign stake into my front yard without even telling me or asking. The followup customer service has been awful.
