Pretty much the entire experience was amazing. Beginning with the office staff who pleasantly and satisfactorily answered “100 questions” before I agreed to schedule an appointment to estimate the job-lol. The installation crew was amazing!!! They were very efficient and demonstrated what appeared to me as orchestrated workmanship with the tear down, reinstallation AND cleanup afterwards! They even walked me through all 10 windows to confirm my satisfaction and demonstrate the use of each window. The final product looks BEAUTIFUL.

1. The sales representatives (Dan) was not very good and I ended up having to do his job for him by getting all the proper information to my condominium board…2. While the sliding glass doors were getting installed the workers installed the opposite direction and they gave me a hard time to redirect them but they finally took care of it. However I must say that the quality of all the windows and glass doors that were installed are very nice.

I have recommended Window World to my parents and a couple of my close friends already.

Several concerns... one, the picture that I showed the salesman is not what I thought the windows would look like... the inside frame is on the outside!

After the workers were done! Things were left extremely dusty! We found a crowbar and a broom left by the workers in my yard!

We spent the entire day at home for them to show up at 5:25pm.

The entire company is awesome. They helped me to transfer over a warranty on patio doors w/o any trouble even though I was outside the time frame. That was on one condo. On another one that needed windows they actually came with a sample mini window. They were the 5th company I checked into and met with. Obviously they understand their market. It was a great sales pitch by a great sales person who knew his job and answered EVERY question and concern I had but the clincher was the cost. They came in way under the previous 4 companies. And they held them until I was ready for them since this is a remodel from Hurricane Helene. Everyone in the process was great. Now the windows are in. They are beautiful and so easy to operate, whether i leave them open from the bottom or the top the screen adjusts easily and the windows slide even easier. Love them!

I was told installation will take one day. On the first day of installation the contractors arrived at 4 pm when I was told they would arrive at 2 pm. They worked all the way till 9 pm. However, the contractors had to return and said they will come another day so we made an arrangement. But the contractors did not show up on the agreed date causing me to miss one day of work. I was forced to be proactive and call window world, the contractors, the window world production manager, and another manager. The only helpful person to help me was the production manager. Next, the contractors damaged my stucco wall and did not properly install my interior trim correctly. A metal rod is sticking out and pushed my trim outward.

I will recommend WW to anyone looking to replace their windows. The price was fair and the service was very good.

This is my third order that completes my full home window replacement. Each time has been super fast installation and a high quality window. Have recommended in the past and will continue to recommend in the future

Yes I will recommend Window World to anyone that might be interested in new window installation.

I cannot recommend this company to anyone when they fail to follow through with their promises. Window World has yet to deal with the remaining window since 6/23. I've received no communication from the company letting me know they are even working on the problem. Totally unacceptable.

From the time I walked into the office everyone was so professional and polite to me that I knew I made the right decision

We moved into an older house and knew we would eventually need new windows. We saved for years before going out for quotes. We received quotes from 4 other companies, and Window World had the best deal by far. They were able to accommodate some of our custom windows, and have a warranty that the other companies couldn't match. The installation crew was great and very professional. We have already noticed a difference in the temperature of our house, even in the middle of summer. I'm looking forward to continuing to work with Window World for our yearly inspections and should any issues arise with our windows in the future.
