I have used them for a while now and even though I ran into an issue with a new installation, once I advised them, they resolved it immediately. The customer service of this company is top tier, something we don't see a great deal of anymore.
They were on time, professional and did good job. When they finished, they showed me the work, we're polite and cleaned up. The price for the work was very fair.
I just changed two small windows in the bathroom. I am happy with the service. They left a wire and came back and fixed it. The service has been good, and the windows look good. I was very satisfied with the service.
Whether I would recommend Window World would depend on the installer. The first time, the work was very well done. However, the second crew that came out left a big mess. The installer said that it was not his job to clean up any messes.
The caulking is sloppy, has debris and dirt in it. They ruined my shutters and trim around window in back. Would not have purchased from window world if I knew the quality of workmanship would be that bad.

Disappointed Is the right word and not dissatisfied. The thermo true door- Specifically the handle- is above average good not great quality. The install was slightly above average good quality. I say slightly because there's some finishing touches that could be improved. For the cost $5000 right now I feel a casualty of either inflation or being taken advantage of. I believe somewhere in the middle closer to inflation. I expected more for the price.
Door trim didn't match exactly, nail tip protruding on the side mostly covered with caulk. Installers marred the trim when trying to pull out the nail tip. Floor was damaged by the installers. Installers didn't know how to reverse the latch. Spent a week with the door improperly shutting until separate installer could come out and discover a 3 second fix.
I like how the windows operate as far as the different ways to open the window, the ease of removing the screen and how you can release and flip them to clean the glass
Took a few months extra to finish the job. Y’all forgot one window and I had to wait for it a few extra months.
The technicians worked with me really well. I had some difficulty getting the blinds down, but they showed me how and I was really pleased with that.

When he put the blinds back up, he broke off a piece that makes the blind open and shut.I didn't inspect it before they left and signed
the piece of paper that said I was satisfied so that was my mistake. On the windowsill, there is a big gash, where the paint has been knocked off. I would have expected the gentleman that put the windows in to at least show me what had happened.But they did not, and I knew the guy that did the bions knew that he broke it when he did .
I was told that they don’t use subcontractors, that was a lie.
2 hrs late than what we were told- with absolutely no communication.
Communication was difficult because of extreme language barrier.
Balance was suppose to be collected at time of completion. Then showed up on my visa without knowing .
Windows were filthy, mentioned it to the workers , they walked out.
The man that came to install it was the best I have ever seen and also the salesman that came and wrote my windows up. He’s a keeper. He’s very, very good.

We had our whole kitchen bay window replaced. Window and construction work. Very reasonable and good work.
The experience in getting new windows was relatively easy and Window World was nice to work with. The quality of the windows appears good, the curb appeal is definitely an improvement, the light the clear glass lets in the house is wonderful, and the price for all of that plus the warranty is worth it. There were a few things on the installation side that could be improved, but overall it was a good experience.
The purchase and installation was seamless and enjoying the quietness of the new windows.

The installers were great. Professional and fast - thank you. But the logistics were terrible:
1. On March 26, 2026 I received a call at 7:00 AM that the installers were on their way and would arrive in 30 minutes. No head's up nor a courtesy call the prior day. Later at 10:30 I received a call from Jonathan Hamel the Field Supervisor who told me the installers would be at my house later this morning. They were here at 7:40 this morning.
2. At about 10:00 I saw a strange man in my house - not the installers - just a stranger in my house. He was Jonathan Hamel, the Field Supervisor. He did not knock nor was he presented to me.
3. On March 27 your billing department called me and needed the number of my new credit card. Being cautious of an unrecognized number, I said I would call Jonathan Hamel. I called him. His outgoing voicemail message was not set up up, so I was unsure if I called the right number. I left a voicemail for Jonathan to call me so I could give him the new credit card number. He never called.
4. On March 30 I received another call from your billing department following up on payment. I told them I called Johnathan Hamel on March 27 like I promised and left him a voicemail. I told him that Johnathan did not call me. The billing rep said he would call Jonathan. I called Jonathan Hamel again and got his voicemail. His outgoing voicemail message was still not set up. I left him another voicemail message. He called me back later and we squared up.
So a good installation but poor logistics.

I am pleased with the product, the price and the professionalism by all. also am am exceptionally pleased with the suggestion of a change design on my largest window. it is my favorite and I never would have thought of it.

These windows look great, very contemporary compared to single pane glass that was original to the house. The installation took less time than I thought and they removed all debris. I will miss the lead glass though.

Well. We have used you before for 11 windows and a back door and it was fabulous! The attention to detail was wonderful.
So we invited you back to do 10 more windows and a front door. The windows are fine.
The front door is a disaster!!!
For starters we requested the same crew we had for round one and that didn’t happen. They didn’t arrive until 12:15 to start this job and they were done and rushing to leave at 745pm.
Parts of the door are not caulked. Part of the caulking is completely bubbled up. My brick sill was broken. Part the caulking pulled away from the brick and it’s open.
And they used old door pieces which have color missing. They also installed the deadbolt system in upside down and my husband had to reinstall over the weekend.
When I called the foreman Friday morning he said he would call me back to discuss and he didn’t. So I left a long email over the weekend and got a call Monday. He said he was calling to get us on the schedule to have my “jacked up door” fixed. We are on the schedule Friday now to have the issues resolved. I’m skeptical this will even get fixed. And I’m disappointed that I have spent so much money for a new door
Don't recommend any businesses to my friends, I will say install crew, sales person, & job coordinator all did a good job.
