It was very difficult dealing with our salesman who came to our house. He was very degrading to women and did not follow through with his words. We signed a contract and found out within 24 hours that we could have gotten a 0% interest rate. When we asked about it, he said, "Sorry, you already signed the contract." The salesman was a snake.

Always kept up to date on everything. Everyone is friendly and polite. Installers did a great job with clean up.

I researched window specifications for my area. I met with the consultant and told him my specifications. He did not try to upsell me. Window Nation had windows that fit my criteria, that were sleek and stylish and now that they are installed, they are absolutely beautiful. I love them. Window Nation will certainly be replacing the remaining windows as they age out.

Pleasant staff and eff

I would not recommend Window Nation - St. Louis, MO because we just had sliding glass doors installed 9 days ago. It worked perfectly at first, and now it will not open. The first time I called, they stated someone would call me back within 24–48 hours. Now, they state they will have someone contact me within 1–3 days. I am afraid to open it and am still waiting for someone to come fix it. Their customer service is not all that great.

Three man crew showed on time ready to start 8AM got to work .Took out first three Windows by 9 :30 and new ones in. .area around old Windows picked up and vacuumed and sweeped next two Windows went well also all caulking and flashing spray foam done by Foreman . The job done by 12:30 pm
