Quality windows, lower price and great install team.
My sales person wasn’t available to fix a problem with getting his emails sent out to me. I did hear from Dan once during this time from the company regarding this. So had to wait until the sales person got home from his vacation. Internet wasn’t working for some reason.

They did a great job. We are really happy with the windows, and it is beautiful. The installation was on task, and they showed up on time, and we are really happy with it.

Your calling System was absolutely. I needed a particular number for my carpenter and I called and I would be put on hold. I would talk to three people and then I would be put on hold and then it would click off and that happened to me three different times and until I got a hold of a manager, who gave me his personal number was the only way I had any satisfaction. The office in my town was good but there calling System I cannot say how terrible it was

Horrible customer service, got transfered several times only to be disconnected. Didn't show me how to operate or clean windows.
I am not impressed at all with the quality and installation. I just had a window come apart in my hand.
This will depend on the incorrect window being replaced with the window ordered and on invoice.

The person who came out and did work was good and professional. My only complaint is it's a little spendy, but very happy with quality. I would recommend, but it's a little bit on the high side.

The salesman fell off after the original visit. He wouldn’t respond to any communication at all. We had questions which had to be answered through the regional manager. Second issue was false advertising on your vehicles. It was promoted on the vehicles siding and doors is also done through the company. We were told the advertising on the side of the vehicles is 100% false. Windows is the only things you do in St. Louis which makes no sense. We hired the company doors and siding could be done as well. Didn’t find out until after the windows were being manufactured windows is all you do. We felt as if a bait and switch happened. If we knew you only did windows then why use the company? Go and use a general contractor for work. I also have a feeling warranty claims won’t be easy. The customer service call center could use a lot of work. Called to have someone call me for serious questions to be answered and had to request many times for a person to call me back. The rep read what sounded like a script over and over again not listening to what I was asking or saying. The regional manager was awesome and was great of addressing issues.
From scheduling the estimate to the measuring appointment to installation, everyone was prompt, professional and did great work!!
I had an amazing experience with everyone until I had to reach out to management. I didn't have a good experience trying to work with management to get information on the second half of my windows completed. It's been a big issue and held up my refinancing.
On time, very professional, courtesy and did a Great job of installing and clean up.
You did everything you said you would do and the sales rep. offered different options than other companies that were better for us.
The quality of the windows is not good.
We are a return customer, the first experience was incredible. The second time around communication was non-existent and difficult. Dates changed, when they finally came to do the work things were missing and / or not done correctly (like a door not fitting so it didnt lock and my 3 year walked outside by herself) no apologies along the ride just frustration and dozens of phone calls to managers, etc. to just get the work done.
I have been trying to get friends that need windows to contact you but so far noone has.
I feel that Rob, the salesperson, is their biggest asset, and he's really good at his job.

The installers seemed to throw the windows in and left broken glass, left over parts and pieces?
They haven't finished the job and left me with windows I can't open. The financing company through Window Nation had already paid them, and I thought it would be when it was completed. They didn't bring out a screen and left me with windows that are not working properly.

I like the windows and the installers. They set up the schedule three times. The windows were delayed.
Window nation has great prices, and the installed products are very nice but I had one miss measured window, and for damaged windows. And they were about to be installed that way until me as the homeowner found them and alerted the install team. The install team left a dirty and dangerous job site with nails on my living room, floor and glass and screws on my driveway. The install team damaged some of my property during the install and didn’t mention it. The communications process with the local branch to resolve this has been substandard. I had to reach out to them first after the install, and I haven’t heard from them since, not even regarding the replacement date of the windows. however, like I said, the pricing is great, so I will leave it up to y’all to decide what you’re willing to tolerate.
Install crew for my windows did not clean up before leaving. I found several screws on my driveway and several pieces of sharp metal laying around my house
